There isn’t enough time or space here to convey how wonderful our trip was…and it all starts with our host, Caroline and her husband Jo. The listing of the property was spot on to what we experienced. The cozy house is nestled in a gated resort-style area and about a 3 minute walk to the most special and magical beach you’ve ever been to. We had 4 adults and one 14 year old and it was a perfect place for all of us to be together. We needed a ride from the ferry (our small rental wasn’t big enough for everything) and Jo was there waiting with a sign. They live adjacent to the property which added a friendly face every so often along with immediate response to any questions we had. The recs for dinner were perfection and we felt lucky to be in our own house versus a hotel experience. We fell in love with Mo’orea and can’t wait to come back and stay here again. This place is amazing! We stayed for one month and had a fabulous, relaxing time! Caroline was an amazing host and was right there whenever we had a question, very kind and considerate. We highly recommend to stay here. The beach is amazing and super easy access, just a quick walk. We also played tennis a lot in the evening when it got cooler, the court is good and was available. This place really has everything you need. The kayaks were really nice to have to explore the fish and the motu's. We look forward to coming back!

We had a great stay at Caroline’s place! The house was clean and comfortable for four people and it had everything that we needed. Caroline was very friendly and welcoming, and she always answered our questions quickly. She was very helpful. The house is located a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mo’orea and there are kayaks so you can go and explore the lagoon. It made it easy to see rays and sharks. We recommend the place and would definitely stay there again.

The best beach! Quiet with a small amount of people. The water was warm and the swimming was enjoyable. Our host was warm and accommodating, setting up our transfers and checking in on us along with her cat, Felix. We cooked many meals in a well equipped kitchen and markets, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Excellent stay. Thanks so much!

Our family of 5 with adult children loved our stay at Caroline’s. A beautiful beach is only steps away and nearby businesses are an easy walk. Caroline responds immediately to all questions and we could not have enjoyed our stay more.

We stayed at this property in late 2019 and fell in love but Covid threw a wrench in our plans to return but this was our year!!! It was so great to be welcomed back to a place that really feels like a home away from home. The inside is fantastic and for us, the outside was the cherry on top. Such a lovely yard/huge deck. That is where we spent most of our time in mornings and evenings, eating, relaxing, using bbq, loving up the owners kitty Felix and of course napping. The location can’t be beat, the beach and water sublime and almost feels private. You can use the kayaks to go over to the motus and to see the rays and sharks. We also really enjoyed a drink or coffee at the hotel next door with a jaw dropping view. Most importantly, the host Caroline is so so so lovely. You will not be disappointed if you choose this place for your stay in Moorea. Merci!!

Moorea is a fantastic island to experience French Polynesia at its best and this house is perfect as a base to explore Moorea. The location is excellent, close to attractions such as Magic Mountain (a great hike and fantastic panoramic view of Moorea), the Belvedere (another great hike and viewpoint), snorkeling (a 2 minute walk to the beach), kayaking (kayaks provided with the house) and many restaurants. We can't say enough positive things about our property manager, Caroline. She arranged our transfer from the ferry (Jo, the driver, provided a wealth of information on the way to the house) and welcomed us to the house. Throughout our stay she was very responsive and provided invaluable information on what to see and do in the area. She also has a rental vehicle available at competitive rates to use to explore the entire island. She went above and beyond our expectations, even to the point of offering to dry our clothes in her dryer. The constant rain showers were preventing the laundry from drying on the clothes line. The house had everything we needed, from a BBQ to air conditioning in the bedroom to a Nespresso machine for great lattes in the mornings. We spent hours on the covered patio, enjoying the ambience. The fully fence yard provides privacy from passersby, roosters and stray dogs. Truly a wonderful place to experience our personal "Adventures in Paradise".

House was well located in a private subdivision steps from the beach. Owners house is attached to the unit. Owner was kind, considerate and quick to react to any questions we had. We did not need a car but staying here again I would probably enjoy it. One can walk to a few good restaurants

This place was absolutely perfect for an island get away with crystal clear water just a 2 min walk to the beach. Caroline was super helpful and even rented us a car which was very convenient. If your thinking about booking it I recommend it !

This was my first real trip since the "before times" (I'm writing this in the summer of 2022). I am so glad we picked this location and house. It was a great experience to have our own place and just sort of live life as normal, albeit in such an amazing location--walking to the little market, making our coffee and having it on the deck. It was really the best of both worlds because we felt well taken care of in our house (even air conditioning, when we wanted it!) but had a lot of autonomy too. The beach is just a couple minutes' walk away. Do check out a sunset of course, but also a sunrise! And take advantage of the free kayaks, especially to paddle out to Coco Beach! (Make a reservation on their site though!) Huge thank you to Caroline for the warm welcome and her great tips! Maruuruu! Lastly, ask Caroline in advance to rent a car for a day or two to explore things farther away, as there aren't always a lot of rentals available in the area.

We stayed for 5 days and it wasn't long enough, I would recommend at least one week and also have Caroline make reservations at Coco Beach restaurant in advance. My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. We stayed three nights. Its easy to get to, great location, gated, quiet, close to the beach and dock. The house it self is cute. Two bedrooms with a full bathroom between them, full kitchen with bar stools to eat at counter, livingroom with couch and TV which we never turned on, washer and ac in the bedrooms. There are kayaks and ping pong table. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Coffee maker, Nespresso, stove, microwave, counter oven, grill and all the things to eat and cook with. A big covered patio was a place we hung out out of the sun and have some drinks. Caroline was amazing with setting Coco beach lunch for us. Not only did she answer all of our questions, she's great to have conversation with. She lives next door, so she stopped by to introduce herself and then on our last day. They have two cats and a dog. The cats would come by in the mornings and visit on the patio, but not annoying or mean. They are friendly. We rented our own car, but you can rent that through her too. The island is super easy to drive around on your own. Theres a big Champion grocery store near the marina that we stopped at since it was so close to marina. There is also a Super U at Cook bay thats closer to the house. Highly recommend staying here is your visiting Moorea.

There are several restaurants, small shops, and a gas station within 2 km. There is a small grocery store approx 1/4 mile away and several more within 2 miles. We enjoyed using the provided 2-person kyak every day to go see the rays and sharks and to visit the beaches on the nearby motos. There are 3 other kyaks there as well. We appreciated all the needed kitchen items so we could prepare meals; however, it does not have an oven. We used the gas grill several times. We really liked the lanai where we spent most mornings and evenings. All TV channels are in French, but this is not surprising since this is French Polynesia. This is our first VRBO experience and we would recommend it to others.
