We had 6 adults and one baby staying at this home. We had plenty of room to spread out and socialize. The rooftop was our favorite gathering place. We didn't do any cooking as there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around.

Very lovely place to stay on vacation with friends! Our friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean and lots places to check out in the immediate area. The host was incredibly responsive and had very clear instructions and lovely amenities. Would love to come back and stay if we are ever in the area again!

Property functioned well and is centrally located to many great shops and restaurants. Our family came for a wedding and extended to enjoy the area. Host was responsive and helpful.

Pros: Very responsive owner who was quick to respond Great location ... convenient for wandering through the Venice canals on the way to the beach, as well as within reasonable (15 min.) walking distance to Marina del Rey. Rooftop hot tub was ideal after a long day of 'touristy' stuff in LA Master BR shower was excellent Kitchen had everything we needed Having a garage was crucial, as street parking isn't as easy as some of the other reviews have indicated. Just make sure your vehicle can fit (length-wise and height-wise) Cons Lovely home, but probably could use a deep clean, as the furniture, carpets, floors were a little dirty. Check-in directions for accessing the garage were not very clear. When asking for clarification, the owner could have been more helpful by naming the side streets, but only instructed me to re-read the check-in details. We figured it out on our own. For those reading this, the garage is at the rear of the property on Eastern Ct., between Carroll Ct. and Linnie Canal Ct. The upstairs dead bolt was not working when we arrived. It is not easily accessible, as it's the door that leads up to the rooftop patio, but sleeping with an unlocked door for a night was not ideal. (** handyman replaced it the next day **) Upstairs has minimal shades, so it gets hot in late afternoon. Only thermostat is downstairs where it's darker and much cooler.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Perfect location with an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The rooftop patio with hot tub is the icing on the cake as it’s a really nice outdoor space to lounge and enjoy the California weather. The house is very well-equipped and the host extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay here. The common areas - living room, kitchen, etc. - were so open and full of natural light. The hot tub was easy to use and great for a "chillier" January night. The check-in process was super easy and with any questions/concerns, the host responded very quickly and we had quick resolution. We would definitely consider staying here again for this area. It is in walking distance to the beach, good restaurants, and shopping.

The location is awesome, the place is fantastic, it’s ver California living, and the rooftop was so lovely every night! It is less than ten minutes walk to Venice beachfront. The canals neighborhood is adorable, the little market is sooo cute, and the area feels safe and cozy and quiet. We loved it! I’d totally book again.

Perfect for our family of 4 adults, 1 toddler. The canal walkways are almost European - fun to explore. Venice Beach was terrific.

The home was immaculate and very big. We, my fiance, our daughter and myself stayed and we want to come back as soon as we can! The host was great and check in was a breeze. Lots of amenities especially catered to families which was awesome. Cant wait to be back soon.

This home is everything advertised, the beds are extremely comfortable, soaking in the tub a treat, the kitchen left my wife envious. The main selling point however is the location. You can literally walk to all the best of Venice. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. My only word of caution would be regarding the traffic. People unfamiliar with LA/ beach areas may be in for a surprise at how busy it can be.

We had a great stay at Andrea’s Venice home. Very accommodating, we had everything we needed and more! The location is great it’s a short walk to the the Venice pier, 10 min drive to Santa Monica, a short drive to Dodger Stadium, the list goes on. We will definitely be returning to Andrea’s Venice beach home!

Andrea was great! House is close to beach and boardwalk. The rooftop spa was relaxing. Kitchen is fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely return.

With 6 adults traveling, we need a fair amount of space and this served our needs well. Everything was clean plus there are more TVs than are listed on the property description. Our car was taller than the garage entry allowed, but parking on the street was easy enough so this was not an issue in the least. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you, Andrea!

This property was perfect for our group visiting the area. The AC was vital for our stay and there was plenty of space. The roof was a great hang out area too with the hot tub and plenty of sitting space with a grill. Only complaint is that the showers weren't functioning properly at times i.e. cold water, shower water kept turning off, but we were able to get by.

The house location is great - a short walk to the beach or to restaurants/bars/shopping in Venice & Marina DelRey. Quick & easy access to the beautiful houses and gardens in the canals! We've rented numerous houses on VRBO throughout the country, and this ranks up there with the best. All in all a great experience - I've only marked down the star rating due to an issue with the door code that was resolved quickly....

We loved our stay at the Venice canals. It was a short walk through the charming canals to the beach and the house was well appointed with kitchen items and linens. We especially loved the roof top area with the hot tub and grill. We highly reccomend!

We stayed for a long weekend. The property was perfect for my family of 4 plus my mom. It was exactly as advertised. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommended.

Loved this beautiful and pristine home in Venice! Absolutely delivered on all fronts and the hot tub was a bonus!

We came from Montana to visit and this location was perfect! The canals are great for a morning walk and the house is located just minutes from the beach. We ate breakfast at the Great White, which we walked to. We felt very safe in the area. The rooftop hot tub was perfect to unwind after a busy day!

Stayed here with friends a few days for visit to LA area. Nicely located to airport and most all of the attractions. The canals are a must see. Owner communication was great and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Not as new as photos suggest. Rooftop amenities not as welcoming as we had hoped but overall a good stay.

Great house in a great location. Far enough to be very quiet but a short walk to Venice beach and a ton of food options. Of course walking around the canals is fun and interesting. Around the corner is a farmers market on fridays. Andrea is well organized and has this rental dialed down perfectly. I would def stay here again and would recommend it to friends and fam! Enjoy

The house we rented was very nice could use a few touch upstairs, but nothing that wouldn't rate it as a 5 star.

The house had everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the rooftop was a fun place to hang out. It was centrally located where we could either walk or a short Uber to restaurants and the walk to the beach was lovely through the canals. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! Beautifully furnished with a fantastic kitchen. Abott Kinney is within walking distance as are the Venice Canals-perfect walking area. Andrea was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will book again!
