The overall state of the property is in disrepair and very poor condition frequented by rats and mice. Deck had holes, loose nails, windows cracked and holes. One family member leaving our holiday early due to the state of the house. Otherwise the location is fantastic..

The house is overpriced to rent - smoke alarms not up, broken toilet seat, paint coming of ceiling but service from real estate was good just very disappointed in house and price

The position and character of the house are exceptional, the kitchen and amenities were more than adequate, the position is first class with views that cannot be beaten. We had a great week.
Our only concern was that if you walked through the house barefoot your feet became black and required washing. The floors needed a real good washing.

The house is in a perfect location, within walking distance to park,water, dinning and shops. The house is old and a little run down but if you have kids no worries about spillages or damage. The beds were comfy

We were a large group, four adults and 7 children. Was perfect for that - especially with two living areas. Bit rough and ready, but that's reflected in the price. We would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay here. Very close to the pub without being too close to hear the noise. Beautiful view on the balcony. Beds could do with replacement and Queen size put in instead of the doubles. Rooms a plenty big enough.

We enjoyed our stay here and the kitchen had a lot to offer however the house was a little dated and the fourth bedroom too unsafe for kids. We enjoyed our stay just could have been a little better.

Just had a two night stay at this property and thought it was fantastic! The views from
The wrap around balcony were simply stunning. Plenty of room for a large group and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Only small complaint was the cleanliness of the floors especially on the balcony, we all ended up with black feet but that's a small price to pay for such a fantastic location and those to die for views. Can't wait to book in to stay again soon. Excellent value for money.
