This house was wonderful and spacious. All the rooms were equipped with technology and multiple plugs. The pool was amazing and clean. The code locks were easy and safe. All the beds were comfortable, including the pull bed. It was close to a public park! It had a fully equipped laundry room and kitchen! We would stay here again!

This place is exactly as advertised. I was very pleased that when walking into Grey Manor, I found it exactly as expected. The inside was very clean. All appliances were in working order. The private pool certainly was a hit with my grandchildren. Communication with the host was timely and relevant. If i ever go back to Miami this is the first property I'll be looking for.

Everything was perfect for our family. The house is clean and has everything we need. The courtyard with the swimming pool is great and we are just 10 minutes in car from the beach. The owner is great and the communication is easy, we will come back for sure. Thanks a lot.

The property was wonderful and exactly as described. The pool area was a wonderful retreat with palm trees surrounding the area. Having a high chair and pack and play for our 1 1/2 year old grandson was such a blessing. Communication was great and everything was just as described. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We loved the easy location for getting around and the beautiful pool. The house is equipped with most everything you need. We had trouble finding the laundry because we were following the house rules a little *too* closely, but finally investigated and found it in the carport. We would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed this place. Perfect for our family traveling for my granddaughters track meet. Comfortable and cozy. Granddaughter enjoyed the pool and outside area. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Great location for everything we needed!!

Nice place , good host

We were evacuating from Ian and needed a place to stay. Davin was so gracious through the process. Accommodated an early check in and blocked some days as we waited for more news to come to us about whether our house back on the West Coast was habitable or not. The house itself is incredibly clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed and a great little fenced backyard area with pool. Many VRBOs are pics from years ago and you show up and they are pretty rough, but this rental was perfect. Highly recommend.

The communication was very poor. I had to reach out to VRBO, just to get a response from the property owner. Two days before my trip I received an email stating that the pool didn’t work. When I arrived the pool looked as if it had been under construction for months. There was green algae and frogs in the bottom of the pool. The television in the back living room didn’t work. Only 2 of the fans worked. And the washing machine was also broken. I can’t forget that they left out the smallest towels for use to use and there wasn’t enough. This is my first time using VRBO and I wasn’t pleased with this listing at all.

The home is a stylish nicely decorated home. It is in a central location, which we found to be convenient. Stores, restaurants, freeway, beaches, etc. all close by. The property owner had great communication and responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had. Small things we found and mentioned about our stay: the kitchen dishwasher not the best it didn’t drain all the water out. The detergent dispenser was broke and it made an annoying buzz. So we’d run it when we went out. Lack of glassware and the property owner responded by bringing new glassware by. Little things like that we found to be eh. The house did have Netflix and things like that and the smart TV’s in each bedroom was great for others that didn’t want to watch the same movie. The neighborhood is great and even a park within walking distance that was also great for the kids too in addition to the pool. Overall the house was a good stay and good space for ourselves and another family to vacation together in. So, I do think if you are looking for a house that is homey, and nearby to things, for a good price this is a good option. Book it and enjoy! Regard, Michael

We enjoyed our stay. It was very accommodating for our group of 8. The home and the hot tub was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and near the beach. I only had to contact Davin once while there and he was quick in responding. Would definitely rent again if traveling to the area.

My family had a great time. House was plenty big enough for 3 kids and 4 adults. The jacuzzi was great and plenty space in the back yard. Stores, shops and beaches were within 2-5 mins of the home which was very convenient. There was only one roll of tissue for each bathroom so that went quickly. Which wasn’t a big deal since we always bring our own supplies. My kids took advantage of the smart TVs and Netflix. So they felt right at home during the moments we were at the house. Quiet neighborhood with a small kid friendly park a short distance walk away. If we are in this area again we would love to stay again.

Grey Manor is a very nice secluded property in the middle of town. Close to everything we wanted to do and see. This was my family's first trip to South Florida and we loved it! We would stay at Grey Manor again!

Overall it was amazing I was skeptical at first but the pictures does no justice for the house book it what are you waiting for ?

This house was exactly right for me and my mom. The neighborhood was amazing to walk in, and I can't say enough good things about the hot tub. There were a couple of minor issues that were rapidly addressed by the property manager. If we ever get back to FL, we are going to stay here.
