Staff wasn't very helpful Toilets/showers very dirty Huge rooms lots of people and very smelly

Really nice hostel! Beds were so comfy and private. The staff really made it, they were so friendly and helped my book tours and buses. Even when I was walking out for the day they were stop and chat. The location was perfect. It’s above a bar but you couldn’t hear the music from your room which was great if you wanted an early night

Bathroom floors could do with cleaning a bit more frequently

L’hôtel Big Easy est vraiment un endroit où aller! Que de soit pour passer une nuit ou une soirée, l’endroit est génial. J’ai trouvé cette adresse grâce au guide du routard où il y avait de bons avis et je ne suis pas déçu! Ambiance internationale, les gérants, le personnel tout le monde est serviable et souriant. L’ambiance est au rendez-vous, vous vous sentirez accueilli comme si c’était votre famille. Encore merci!

It’s located near most happening places. The facilities provided are good and dorm/beds are clean. Staffs are very friendly, especially Anne(I guess that’s her name) from Italy, she is so helpful and understanding. Their beds are more like a capsule kind, so please check the pictures carefully before booking, if you have some of kind you might not like it I guess.

There’s a bar downstairs which is the common area for the hostel, there’s no specific common area. I reached the hostel at 5.30AM in morning, the shutters were closed, I woke up the security guy by ringing the bell. He said hostel opens at 8.30 and asked me to come back at 8.30. I asked him let me use the common area until then. He was like no I can’t let you until hostel staffs come at 8.30. Then I have to show him I have two big bags I can’t go anywhere with that, then he let me keep the bag in the luggage area and be in the bar which is yet to be cleaned from yesterday’s mess. The hostel could provide a better option for guest who reach there early morning. Also the toilets were not so clean and once I saw the bar staff using the hostel toilet.

The staff is so friedlich, helpful and lovely and I give them 10! but the hostel itself is dirty because of many people who dont care

So I've been traveling E. Asia over 100 days Staying in 40 Hotels. I stay 2 hotels in Cambodia They worst hotels I stayed in. And where the most expensive. Wasn't expecting the standards to he as high as other countries in Asia I've visited. Most unfriendly people chasing the dollar. Actually went from planed 30 day trip , to leaving the country after a couple days. I'll never go back or recommend anyone else to. There Much better place to visit.
