We had an amzing stay in this apartment. It had everything we needed and was bigger than i expected. The view from the terrace was a real treat. The location was exellent. Short walk in to the old town and lots of lovely hotels to enjoy an evening drink at. We will be back!

Spacious apartment with beautiful water views. Is close to the old town. Management company was very easy to work with- drove our luggage to the apartment and from the apartment prior to our airport transfer. They also booked excursions for us which were very fun- rec cave swim and snorkel. Helpful to have washing machine. Dishwasher did not work well but wasn’t a big problem for us.

This was heaven on earth. The place is huge and very nicely done. 10 minutes walk to old town. The view from the deck is so much better than the picture. The air is in 3 zones and you can get the master very cool. Best place I have ever stayed.

Loved this apartment. A 15 minute walk from the old town with a supermarket and a beach on the way. Really spacious apartment with a brilliant covered balcony where you could rest from the heat.

My sister, my husband and her husband spent 5 amazing nights at this property - it was clean, minutes from town with a glorious view from the balcony of the old city. I would recommend this property to everyone! And the service was superb! I want to go back with my daughters now!!!

Layout of this two bedroom unit was well suited for ourselves being two couples travelling together or families. It was nice to have the option of closing the doors between the kitchen, living room & bedroom areas was great. The balcony with the stunning views of the ocean and the old city were spectacular! 15 min walk into town.

Sweet place to stay. We travel a lot - prefer to stay at a place where it is managed by person who owns as opposed to a “rental company”. It’s just more personalized. The lock box did not work and we waited an hour to get in after a 22 hour journey and I felt like I was an inconvenience.

We truly enjoyed our stay here and had a wonderful time. The view is spectacular and the apartment is large with plenty of space. It was very clean and comfortable and we would stay here again. The Croatian people are lovely and so friendly.

The most amazing views from balcony and each bedroom and living roon/dining room. Wonderful amenities and. O for table furniture makes this property a must for the “Th best of Dubrovnik vacation”.

It is a comfortable apartment in a very pleasant area of Dubrovnik. It has a beautiful view of the Old Town and the sea. The Old town is in walking distance (10-15 min). It is a perfect place for a stay in Dubrovnik.

View from the patio was beautiful and the location could not be better! The inside was also sufficient and clean. Our only suggestions for improvement would be to replace the fan in one of the bedrooms as it was not working very well and to adjust the water pressure in the main bathroom shower as it was so strong it hurt to shower in there. The showerhead could also be adjusted or replaced as it moved around making it tough to keep the water in the shower and not on the floor. Other than those minor annoyances, the stay was great.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Check-in and check-out was very professionally done. The location is very convenient with beautiful views from the lovely terrace. The apartment is very clean and spacious. We would not hesitate to rent it again.

This two bedroom apartment was a great place to stay while exploring Dubrovnik. The checkin process was easy and Ivan was from the office was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is just outside of Old Town and the location was perfect for exploring and getting out of the crowds! The location is also very convenient to two different beaches. And lastly coffee from the patio was a dream and a view I won't be forgetting. I would stay here again.

The constant contact with the property was comforting as I was traveling half way across the world. They offered us airport transport for 50 €. When travel plans went sideways, they accommodated an after midnight check in by staying up and waiting for part of the group to arrive. The property itself was better than the photos. The views!! I almost didn’t want to leave! You could see the old city to the right and the beautiful yachts and island right in front. It is a 10 minute walk- downhill to the city, and uphill to the property. I liked the walk. I drink and eat enough on vacation and the food is excellent in Croatia. There are markets nearby. The house has everything you need. We arrived 4 days before sailing the islands and it was a perfect way to settle in to what I can only describe as one of my best vacations ever 😊

Perfect quiet location up the hill from Dubrovnik walled city. Beautiful view. While there are no steps, it is a little trek up a hill from the city of Dubrovnik and down again for dinner and one of our party had mobility issues so that was a struggle. However for able bodied folk it’s a lovely trek to a beautifully clean apartment with beautiful views. Thank you for your quick responses to all our questions. Wonderful views.

The location was ideal, 10mins walk to the old town and only 5 mins to Banje beach. The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was lovely and clean. The balcony was a real bonus, the views are fantastic.

Four adults enjoyed this well-equipped apartment. We especially liked the patio overlooking the sea with a beautiful view of the old town. It is an easy 10 minute walk to Old Dubrovnik.
