The house is very spacious and can easily accommondate several families each with their own key, floor and fully equipped kitchen. The pool and outside kitchen/dinning area are fantastic. On top of it - you can within some 10-15 minutes walk to central St. Maxime and the ferry to St. Tropez.

Nous avons réservé cette magnifique maison la semaine du jour de l’An avec nos enfants et des amis. La vue est époustouflante , et possède un très grand confort du fait des trois niveaux indépendants. Cette demeure est très bien située, proche des commerces, mais au calme. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Vanessa , très à l’écoute. En bref, nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour, (malgré un temps capricieux) et c’est sûr, nous y retournerons !

Toute la famille a beaucoup apprécié son séjour, en dépit du mauvais temps. La maison est très bien équipée , et le découpage en 3 appartements nous a finalement été favorable, chacun de nos 3 enfants ayant eu son étage avec son conjoint et ses propres enfants. Il y a donc de bonnes chances que nous vous sollicitions pour un nouveau séjour la saison prochaine. Nous avons également été contents de Vanessa.

Vous voulez un endroit de rêve à proximité de tout avec un confort exceptionnel ou vous, votre famille et vos amis conserverez de magnifiques souvenirs, ne cherchez plus, vous y êtes. Beaucoup d’espace pour tous et chacun et un lieu de rassemblement pour tous à proximité de la pool house ou vous trouverez tout pour des repas festifs. Chambres propres et spacieuses, 4 cuisines, 3 salons, un immense stationnement, une magnifique piscine, tout y est ! Finalement, vous êtes à distance de marche de 3 minutes du marché, 5 minutes des restos et boutiques et 8 minutes de la plage. Merci à Laurent et Vanessa pour les 3 magnifiques semaines ou nous y avons séjourné.

Das Haus besitzt 3 separate Wohnungen. Jede einzelne ist komplett ausgestattet und ein Traum. Die Aussenküche ist ebenfalls komplett ausgestattet. Über einen kleinen Weg kommt man in wenigen Minuten ins Zentrum. Die tollen kleinen Geschäfte sind idyllisch.

Charme et bonheur. Maison placée en centre ville qui permet de ne pas utiliser la voiture. Aménagement extérieur rationnel pour vivre au grand air quand il fait beau Piscine chauffée qui permet de se baigner quand la mer est encore à 15° Seul inconvénient : pour une famille de 12 séjour un peu petit pour réunir tout le monde quand on doit rester à l’interieur. (Repas et détente)

Belle propriété,centre de sainte Maxime à pieds, avec une belle vue sur la baie.Ideal pour une famille avec plusieurs couples avec 3 étages équipés.Cuisine d’été très agréable. Nous recommandons.

Tolles Haus sehr geeignet um einen ruhigen und erholsamen Aufenthalt zu verbringen. Auch durch seine Grösse und Aufteilung kann man sich sehr gut aus dem Weg gehen, sofern man das wünscht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt an nichts fehlen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man in fünf Minuten zu Fuss im Stadtzentrum wo man alles findet was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Leider ist nicht alles Gold was glänzt und dafür fehlt der fünfte Stern. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war im Grossen und Ganzen sehr gut. Wenn man aber die Küchenschränke öffnete fand man das genaue Gegenteil vor. Sowohl Bestecke als auch Geschirr (Teller, Gläser etc.) waren einfach nur schmutzig und mussten daher erstmal gesäubert werden. Schade! Auch bräuchte das Haus an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas mehr Pflege sowohl im Haus als auch im Aussenbereich. Trotz dieser Kritiken ein Haus das ich weiterempfehlen kann.

La propriété est à la fois charmante, spacieuse et au calme ; elle est aussi sécurisée et centrale. Cette proximité immédiate du centre ville, du port, des commerces et de la plage... est sans doute son plus bel atout. A moins que ce ne soit ses nombreuses terrasses panoramiques, sa grande piscine chauffée, ses 4 cuisines et 3 grands salons, ou bien ses vues dégagées sur le Golfe de Saint-Tropez ! Maison très bien équipée et pratique pour les familles nombreuses avec enfants. En résumé : un séjour inoubliable dans une villa idéale pour les vacances.

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Ideale Grösse für 14 Personen. Schöner Platz vor dem Haus. Hinten findet sich noch ein wunderbarer Pool. Wir waren restlos begeistert. Die Nähe zum Zentrum des Städtchens ist einfach toll. Gross, luftig und sauber ist diese Villa ein Traum. Parking für 5-6 Autos, Waschmaschine und Tumbler - was will man mehr! Der Besitzer (oder eine Person vor Ort) ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilft gerne weiter, wenn es Fragen gibt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und herrliche Ferien verbracht! Die Villa ist vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen. Gerne immer wieder aufs neue.

E' stata davvero un bel soggiorno. La casa è composta da tre piani: al piano semi-interrato un appartamento affacciato sulla piscina da 6 posti letto con 3 camere e 2 bagni. L'appartamento è collegato da una scala interna al piano terra, dove c'è un bel trilocale con 2 camere e 1 bagno. Una scala esterna porta al terzo appartamento, che gode forse della vista migliore, composto anch'esso da 2 camere e 1 bagno. Ogni piano è completato da una cucina funzionale. La casa è molto bella esternamente, e gode di ampi spazi, verde e una vista tra le migliori che ho visto nella mia vita. L'arredamento è funzionale, anche se un pò povero nelle dotazioni (cucina piuttosto sguarnita per un italiano. ma si può rimediare portandosi qualcosa da casa). Stranamente alcune delle pentole fornite non sono adatte per l'utilizzo sul piano a cottura ad induzione presente in tutte e tre le cucine. Nel complesso mi sarei aspettato un pò più di cura all'interno degli appartamenti (le immagini fornite sono realistiche ma un pò patinate). Pur avendo un immenso amore per la Francia e pur provando infinita ammirazione per i cugini d'oltralpe, il bagno alla "francese" non credo di riuscire a comprenderlo. Nel complesso, alcuni aspetti dell'allestimento interno potrebbero essere curati con un pò più di attenzione. Il centro di Sainte-Maxime è splendido e caratteristico, il porto bellissimo e l'autostrada per tuffarsi nella Cote d'Azur è a due passi. Prezzi nella media, forse un pò cari per gli standard italiani, ma complessivamente accettabili. Il proprietario e la referente sul posto sono molto cordiali e presenti.

We rented the villa for 2 weeks in June 2016 and had a fantastic time. The villa is very well equipped with all you need for making your own lunches or dinners and close to the local market for fresh fish, meat and vegetables. The bedrooms are nice and large as well and you could live at least two families with separate entrances but still in the same villa. The size of the pool is good and liks nicely to the outside area to chill as well as a bbq. We were met at the villa at our arrival and were given a bottle of wine as a welcome gift - a nice touch. Sainte Maxime is a nice place and quite place where the boat over to St Tropez goes almost every 10/15 min in the peak time. We will recommend this villa to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Inside and outside the villa it's very calm, at night is quiet and silence. The house was clean and spotless and was very well furnished with an amazing kitchen outside full equipped, which was great as we spent a few nights cooking. All the stuff inside is absolutely high-end. Large dining and lounge areas. Most importantly I liked the location which provides easy access to town centre (walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions within the beach surrounding) as well as privacy that is always sought to make a holiday comfortable. For those who are driving, as it's difficult to find a spot on the street, you will enjoy the private parking inside the property, which is good to save money and time. Lot of space makes the place perfect to stay, and it was important for our large family to be comfortable inside too. The house and the large terraces on each floor provides breathtaking views ! I am so grateful for this stay that I would definitely come again next time in Sainte-Maxime.

Excellentes vacances dans une villa d'exception à plusieurs titres. Une prestation proche du luxe. Une villa très fonctionnelle pour familles nombreuses. La proximité du centre est très pratique. Et pour finir, une VUE à vous couper le souffle !
