It has now grown into several weeks of beach vacation because of this property. It has a great location. It is about 50 yds from the beach. It is great for large families. Very spacious.Some areas that could use some attention are the mattresses. Some have been replaces which is good. There are a few others in the queen bedrooms that should be replaced. There is a concentration of mosquitos that hang out by the entrance and garage areas around the mulch. That area could use some spraying.All of this aside, it is in a great location, property management is wonderful, and we always look forward to coming back. This is one of the best properties at the beach.

We have been coming to Wrightsville for over 25 years and this is one of the best locations. Lacy is looking very worn. The living room sofas and chair are so filthy we had to cover them with sheets. The sofas no longer have any support and are horribly uncomfortable. It was so bad that we sent pictures to the management company the first business day after our arrival. We were told that the cleaners would be notified. This furniture needs more than cleaning, it needs to be thrown away. Cabinets, doors, walls need to be cleaned and painted. The property just needs to be cared for better because it’s a pretty place. We will watch for updates on the condition of Lacy because if maintained properly by the owners, it’s a great place to stay.

The street is relatively quiet and located within easy walking distance of the beach, food venues and the grocery store. Will return next year!

Expansive living area perfect for large family and friends. Nice kitchen and bar area with ice maker. Well appointed except no kettle. Couches and mattresses need to be renewed as saggy. Reviewer Comments: It was much more spacious than the photos revealed which was really a nice was very quiet which was surprising since there is a unit above but it is very well insulated. It had plenty of beach equipment but you would need to bring umbrellas if you want that kind of coverage. Vicky and Kim with the property management company were wonderful. It would really be nice if they made the beds bc that is the last thing someone wants to do when they have driven a long way to get there.

The house was large, all one floor - enough bedrooms for three families plus kids. The location is perfect, short walk to the beach access (don’t even need a wagon to carry everything since it’s close) plus there are so many restaurants and snack places at the other end of the street. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. The only suggestion I have is that the couches definitely need to be replaced, the cushions are completely worn flat. There was a charcoal grill, which wasn’t the best when attempting to cook for several adults and kids, so we ended up using the oven more or going out to eat. All in all, it’s a perfect house and we had a great time!

We had a wide range of ages from teens to 80s. Everybody LOVED the house! Thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. It was perfect for our needs. We would rent again. I'm sorry to have to point out a few negatives but they are easily corrected. There were a few ants in the master bathroom, a clogged sink in the same and the dishwasher does not clean well. We often had to run dishes twice and/or wash by hand. Still, we enjoyed our stay very much.

This home was nothing short of amazing! We will definitely stay here again! Great location close to the beach, close to all the shopping and restaurants. The House is equipped with anything you would need and everything is very nice and well-kept. A ton of beach chairs, bikes, grill etc. it’s definitely the cleanest property we’ve rented and I think that’s a testament to the management company. Well done! We will be back!

The cottage is airy, clean, very spacious and decorated in a cheery, but contemporary style. This was very important to me as beach cottages can look dumpy and out of date. Each room is ensuite and there are 4 porches to which to retreat. The cottage is located 50 steps from the ocean and is well stocked with wine glasses, dishes, pots and pans and even a pizza pan and pizza knife. You can view the ocean from the main porch and easily walk into town for ice cream or for an evening beach stroll. Loved it!

Everyone enjoyed the ease of one level living after coming up to the first floor. There was space for everyone - children used the den for their toys and the large deck accommodated everyone. Each bedroom had a small deck.
The gourmet kitchen and pantry were well equipped and the ice maker was a bonus. We were able to put on a complete home cooked Thanksgiving dinner.
The house is steps from the beach and Robert's Grocery Store.
