Très bon emplacement près des pistes. Dans résidence Pierre & Vacances avec personnel agréable, billard, baby-foot et de grandes salles avec casiers à ski (porte chaussure chauffant toujours très appréciable). Seuls petits bémols, la propreté de la literie à améliorer et la vue sur flanc de montagne.

Appartement en très bon état et bien équipé, idéalement situé au pied des pistes. Propriétaire agréable et très arrangeant.

We had a very nice stay in the apartment in Flaine. It's cozy and clean and has all the amenities you might need including a nice bath to provide the muscles some relaxation after skiing. The apartment is perfect for four people. More is possible but might be cramped. Easy communication with the owners. We recommend this apartment.

Appt très bien adapter pour 1 semaine en montagne, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 pers, très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu il faut. Je vous le conseil vivement .

A well equipped apartment and a short walk to the slopes. There were 5 of us (3 kids) and we never felt cramped. The communication from Nicolas the owner was excellent and any questions or issues we had were quickly resolved.

This was my first stay in Flaine. I was very impressed by the variety of the terrain and the size of the area, linked resorts etc. The apartment was spacious and clean, everything worked and was fully equipped including a dishwasher which was a bonus. Key access and laundry was available after a five min trip down the village. The staff on the reception were very helpful with places to go to eat and drink etc, but bear in mind that this apartment is owned independent of Pierre et Vacances so they cant help with everything, you would need to contact the owner direct. We had now issues however. All in all a great trip and i would stay here again, ideally in the same apartment.

Parfait pour une semaine en famille

Excellent séjour dans un appartement très sympas, très propres, bien équipé et confortable. Les pistes à quelques mètres avec un très beau domaine skiable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement calme et bien aménagé. Il est bien équipé . Nous sommes tout près des pistes. C'est parfait. Si nous pouvons nous reviendrons.

Property was easily accessed by minibus from the short transfer from Geneva. It is a 1 minute walk from the nearest lift so really easy access to the ski area. Good ski room with plenty of private locker space for skis and boots. Apartment was comfortable for 3 people and had everything needed to cook a decent meal after a hard days skiing. Everything in the apartment worked nicely and it felt well looked after. British freeview TV channels available. The caretaker was also very nice and was contactable throughout our stay, also was very accommodating to our logistical needs on the last day, thank-you! The town is not to everyone's taste but but you can read plenty about that in numerous resort reviews online. The skiing however is very good especially if you get the Grand Massif pass - something to challenge all abilities with some really nice long runs that will be within most peoples' capabilities - runs are very well managed and freeride areas feel adventurous without being too risky. Overall, a good value skiing holiday.

L'appartement est très bien situé, tout près des pistes et non loin des commerces. Son véritable avantage est d'être situé au dernier étage, au calme (nous y étions pourtant pour les fêtes de fin d'année). Il est bien agencé et entretenu. Véritable chambre séparée du coin séjour. Propriétaires réactifs et prévenants. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille très agréable, reposant et nous y reviendrons !

We knew the area from previous stays so knew what to expect. The apartment was super clean and delivered on every front. Would definitely book again, thanks to Nicolas for the great communication. Stuart.

I stayed with my 17 year old daughter and her friend. It was good to have a separate bedroom if anyone wanted to sleep in. The kitchen is small but very will equipped. It is a perfect one man kitchen which worked fine for us as I was the only one doing the cooking. I had everything I needed all in close reach and it was great to have a dishwasher. The location was very good - close enough to the Spar and opposite the lift to the forum. The ski locker was good and I liked the direct access to the street from the locker. It was only a short walk in ski boots to the ticket office and closest ski lifts - no need to wait for a bus. It was not posh of fancy, but served us well and was a comfortable size. My only request would have been the addition of a hair dryer. Thank you we really enjoyed out stay.

Good sized and comfortable apartment in a resort built for skiing convenience. Located very close to the ski lifts. Communications from owner were very helpful throughout stay, and our arrival and departure outside normal times were accommodated making the whole experience a breeze! Many thanks to Nicolas

The apartment was a comfortable place to stay for a family of four during a skiing vacation. It is, indeed, located close to everything Flaine has to offer, and all the shops, ski rentals etc. can be easily reached on foot. However, we found out that "50 m from the slopes" seems to be an underestimation. Count on having to make around 400 steps from the apartment door to the nearest chairlift. Everything else is as detailed in the description. We encountered some minor inconveniences, for example, for the price we were paying we would have liked the bed linen and towels to be included, the cleaning staff could have done a slightly better job and the "basic" wifi (15eur/week) was very slow. Last, but not least, it was a pleasure to communicate with the owner who promptly answered all our questions and provided the necessary explanations for Flaine first-timers. Best regards to the owner!
