We enjoyed our stay at the Kamaole Sands, this is our 3rd time to Maui, we’ve only stayed at the Kamaole Sands. We’re happy staying here, the Kamaole 3 beach across the street is great. This is the first time seeing insects, not a serious problem but our first time ever. Our host Larry, awesome to deal with and always quick to answer questions and concerns! Thank you Larry! The grounds here are just beautiful and never disappoint!

We had a great stay in this condo. Larry was great to deal with, responded quickly to any of my messages and the check in was super easy and seamless. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We can’t wait to go back!

We spent 8 days at Kamaole Sands in July 2023 and everything about our stay in the unit was great. Check in was seamless and the unit was exactly as described. The trade winds really do pick up in the afternoon so we only used the AC for right before bed to cool down the condo. Larry was easy to communicate with, and was always prompt with answering questions. The location is so central to everything, and having Kam 2 and 3 just across the road was so nice for peaceful morning walks, and sunset swims. Will definitely rebook if we come to Maui again.

Always love. the grounds of Kamaole Sands!!! The condo was great, all that it was listed to be. First time staying in building 1 and enjoyed the closeness to the beach. Great communication from the property management. Can't wait to get back next year.

This place is great. Would definitely stay again. Beach within walking distance. Lots of beaches a short drive away. Lots of shops and dining nearby. Some walkable. One great part was all the beach equipment. Several beach chairs. Couple sets of snorkel gear. Some beach umbrellas. And a rolling cooler. Easy to throw those in the car and leave for the week.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Maui. The condo had access to pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and beautiful landscaping. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beach with great snorkeling and sunsets. Condo was clean and had a great patio for morning coffee.

The view from this spacious unit is perhaps the best in the complex. Beautifully landscaped. Only about a four minute walk to the beach where many people gather for the sunset. Spacious pool with shaded areas. Fast elevator. Very convenient assigned parking. Lots of beach toys in good shape including snorkeling gear. The bedrooms and two baths are great for two couples. The kitchen was nicely equipped for meal prep. Whenever we return to Maui this will be tops on our search list.

Excellent accommodation in a superb location. Large unit with 2 beds and two baths. Right across from Kam 3. Kitchen had everything we needed. Large lanai. Nice view. Beautiful property. Accessories in closet on lanai included boogie boards, umbrellas, cooler, etc.

A great place to stay! It’s right across from the beach, the complex is very well maintained and manicured. The unit was well outfitted with everything that we needed, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. We added a couple of boogie boards to the unit’s inventory.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable and close to the Kam 3 beach across S Kihei Road. The Lanai had a good view of the ocean. We would definitely stay again.

Great condo for 2 couples or a family - lots of space. Condo was clean, very well equipped and the view from the Lanai is fantastic. Property manager is very helpful and checks with you regularly to ensure everything is OK. We would definitely stay here again

This is our second time staying in this particular suite at Kamaole Sands. It’s perfect for families and slept our family of four (kids aged 5 and 2) nicely. The unit has a/c but was not needed during our stay in Nov/Dec as in the evening with the windows open the breeze is perfect. Great location, great suite, and great communication with the host.

Very nice! One thing was it was very hot when we opened the doors and after traveling from Florida we were disappointed. Once we figured out the air-conditioning we were relieved. All was great.

The grounds and buildings were well taken care of. Many beautiful flowers and birds visited the area. Sunsets were easy to view and outstanding.

The lanai closet was stalked with chairs, umbrellas, a large cooler, sand toys, and best of all, a beach wagon to transport it all! Our family was envious of that for sure! Larry was so wonderful to deal with and responded quickly to any message I sent with questions leading up to our stay. And finally, the view! It was amazing! Morning coffee every day on the large lanai staring out to the ocean couldn’t get any better. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo Larry!

AC was controlled by a timer. The timer is a mechanical type like what you find on a SPA. AC stayed on (running) until timer expired.

Well equipped, fantastic views, building and unit location ideal. Needed and had A/C in ALL rooms.

AC worked great throughout the entire condo. Everything you need for the beach (chairs, towels, cooler) is provided. Host was responsive and professional.

The unit has a great view from the lanai of the ocean, and you're right across from the tennis courts and administrative building. It's a short drive to restaurants/bars in Wailea and Kihei, and about 45 minutes from Kaanapali Beach. Larry, the owner, is excellent to deal with. He's quick at responding to any questions or concerns. Definitely would recommend staying here for anyone that wants to be in a nice complex close to the beach.
