We had to check out little bit late, it was informed to staff as well. But strange point is that, when we entered into lift (to go down) card didnot work and lift door got closed and did not open thereafter even on pressing the key (button). There is no phone number given in lift (display) so as to contact. But luckily, there is a system to call them and staff responded and finally, lift moved down. Suggestion- there should be contact number also displayed in the lift to be called in case of emergency.

The breakfast buffet was passable and the staff was helpful in helping us amend our reservation.

Atrociously overpriced for the quality of the room. Dust covering certain surfaces, sweat stained pillows (the staff replaced them at our request), a scratched up plastic chair being the only thing to sit on, and the bed was quite uncomfortable (the whole thing noisily wobbled upon making the smallest movement).

Parking should have been included in the price.

Hotel is relatively new, so it looks nice. Rooms are tiny, there is no option to cast anything to the TV and there few tv stations and there was na youtube or other apps. Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of choices. However, there was only one type of coffee served and it wasn't the best.

Location was very good. Parking was additional and I think should be included in the stay or have a special discounted rate for the hotel guests. Breakfast was very good, there was a good choice of food.

Parking arrangements were not great. Gym was small. No fridges or tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Rooms were a bit dark.

Was able to open a little windows to let cold air in.

Duvet was way to warm, had to take it off to get a comfortable sleep.
