Appartement parfait pour trois personnes. Proximité des parkings très appréciables. Départ et retour ski aux pieds.

Bel appartement au centre d'Avoriaz à proximité de tout. Très belle vue. La chambre séparée et le balcon sont des plus indéniables. Les banquettes lit de chaque côté permettent de profiter confortablement des soirées et des après-midis ensoleillés. Nous avons découvert la station d'Avoriaz et l'avons beaucoup appréciée. Un petit rafraichissement de la déco du salon rendrait l'appartement vraiment top (remplacement moquette par parquet, revernissage de la table, meuble de rangement ou étagère cuisine...).

The location is near the Welcome center and you can carry your luggage to the apt without a need for transport. Supermarket is behind the building and pastry shop in front of it. Plenty of restaurants around and two ski shops below the building. Very convenient. The only negative was that you cannot conveniently ski to the building like most of the other properties in Avoriaz. A bit of walking is necessary.

Appartement fonctionnel , bien situé, à 2 pas de nombreuses activités. Le 8ème étage permet d'avoir une magnifique vue ! Propriétaire très sympathique au téléphone et un bon accueil par la personne qui remet les clés. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Unusually for France there was a toaster, a kettle and a hairdryer which were very useful. We were given a phone number to ask for the keys and we were met immediately by someone who showed us into the apartment. Ideally we would have preferred the bedroom to have a window looking to the outside instead of the corridor. This made the bedroom dark during the day and we kept the curtains closed for privacy. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay there again

L'appartement est très bien situé et offre une très belle vue. Sur l'appartement, tout est bien, le seul bémol est l'insonorisation au niveau de la baie vitrée. Malgré le fait que nous soyons au 8ème étage, nous entendions beaucoup le bruit des différents véhicules qui circulaient et cela était de temps en temps désagréable.

Comme chaque année nous avons passé une très belle semaine avec nos 2 enfants. À l année prochaine !

Pour la 3ème année consécutives, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. L'appartement est très très bien. Il est très fonctionnel, correspond aux attentes de tout le monde, très bien équipé, très bien situé, iI se trouve au pied du parking de la falaise, à côté des commerces et surtout ski au pied. La vue est magnifique, le cellier est très pratique pour ranger les chaussures de ski et il se trouve au calme. Rien à redire tout est parfait A l'année prochaine La famille Touzeau

Cela correspondait exactement à ce que l on avait imaginé , avec en plus une neige fraîche et un super soleil

conciergerie efficace à l'arrivée comme au départ, très bonne localisation à 150 m du parking, dernier étage avec belle vue, ménage draps et serviettes fournis, jamais d'attente à l'ascenseur, appartement bien équipé, tous commerces à proximité immédiate

Lovely apartment at the top of the building with the most amazing views of the area. As with all of the apartments we have stayed in Avoriaz they are not huge but ample space for a family of 4. The extra cellar room was a great addition to store empty bags in during our stay. A welcome pack with some basic cleaning materials would be nice and a few minor things could do with a little TLC but overall it was well maintained, clean and well equipped with everything needed for a great stay. Easy access to parking and shops and close to fabulous restaurants. Would highly recommend

L'appartement est spacieux , la vue est extraordinaire ! Bien équipé et situé au 8eme étage. C'est je pense l'endroit d'Avoriaz le plus agréable car à l'entrée de la station mais au 2 pas des commodités. L'accueil sur place a été chaleureux et la communication avec le propriétaire très bonne. Nous reviendrons sans aucunes hésitations.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l' appartement . la vue est superbe et vraiment proche du centre ville. Je tiens à remercier le propriétaire pour son accueil sympathique et la clarté de ses informations. Sur Place nous avons été accueillis par Sandrine et Carole pour la remise des clés et le départ du logement. Là encore rien à dire un accueil sympathique et pro je dirais bravo continuez! Si je dois revenir à Avoriaz l 'année prochaine je sais ou aller ! Cordialement Fcoutant

Appartement bien équipé et idéalement situé dans la station. Le plus : cellier et casier à skis. Voisins très bruyants mais on ne choisit pas son voisinage malheureusement. Sinon, très bon séjour. Je recommande, propriétaire très sympathique.

Une fois de plus, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. L'appartement est parfait, très lumineux avec une très belle vue, au calme, proche du parking et des commerces. A l'année prochaine. La famille Touzeau

Just returned from an amazing week in Avoriaz, exploring the Portes du Soleil area. The apartment was ideal, plenty of space for the 3 of us & would easily have accommodated more. Very well equipped, it also has a cellar (separate storage room) next door to the apartment which was great to keep our cases etc & our ski locker was right next to the door near main reception. Great location, ski to & from outside the main front door & very central for restaurants, bakery & supermarkets. A 2 minute walk into the main area of Avoriaz for more restaurants & bars. Spectacular view from our balcony over the town & mountains, just breathtaking & equally as beautiful at night. Marc (the owner) was really helpful & great communication keeping us informed about our booking & arrival/departure details throughout the process All in all, a brilliant weeks skiing holiday! This is our 2nd visit & love the Portes du Soleil area. This apartment was perfect for us & we will definitely return for future visits. Thanks again Marc. Fee & Fraser Heron

A very practical apartment, close to the center of Avoriaz. All arrangements from booking to getting our keys, handing them in again was done without any problem, no cuing. We were very lucky to have a lot of snow, really a lot, and then you appreciate the location : you step out on the snow track. No need for buses, cars whatsoever.

Great apartment for a ski break. Good size - we were 2 adults and 1 child but would be fine for a family of 4. Comfortable, clean and easy to organise key pick up and drop off. A welcome pack washing liquid, tea towel bin bag etc would have been useful. Great spot for getting to the slopes with places to eat/drink downstairs. Easy walk into main Avoriaz strip. Would definitely use again.
