Very enjoyable Bruny in comfortable accommodation.

Loved Bruny Island, the local wallabies came to front of house every night. Saw albino wallabies. Pennicott cruise fabulous and oysters best ever.

Clean and tidy. Was great to have lots of space. Great spot to experience the local wildlife. Tranquil.

Overall the house was great. My husband and I stayed in the upstairs room, which was lovely. The downstairs area was a little more tired looking, but was still suitable for our needs.

Fabulous accommodation in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and the Bruny Island cruise terminal. We went there with our grandkids and family, and the layout was perfect with a separate parents retreat upstairs.

A comfy, clean and well appointed home away from home in quiet Adventure Bay. We loved our stay here as we could take time out to relax when we wanted and when we were feeling adventurous we had beautiful bush walks and foody places to explore. The house had wonderful views out every window and it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Loved our stay.

We stayed with our teenage daughters, who loved the comfortable beds& coathangers to hang their clothes. The two living areas were great, as well as two bathrooms,(ensuite off main bedroom) full kitchen, bbq area, lovely views from the deck area. Fantastic location. Beautifully presented home away from home.

We had a fantastic stay at Yolla Beach House. The beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed and the location was perfect. On our last night we were even lucky enough to catch sight of a white wallaby in the garden behind us.

Clean, functional kitchen.
Upstairs bedroom has bay windows that open onto beautiful Adventure Bay.

Fantastic property
I highly recommend this lovely modern cottage - a perfect location with easy beach access; a good layout with two living spaces; a well appointed kitchen; beautifully clean; and the host was very accommodating and quick to respond to my questions. It was perfect for our 3 night stay.

We very much enjoyed our 3 day stay at Adventure Bay. Yolla Beach House was very comfortable and warm with spectacular views across the water. Sunsets were a highlight.

This property is very comfortable, well equiped and everything we wanted. The location is great. The white kangaroo on the front grass was an added bonus.

Wife's Summer Birthday weekender
We wished we'd stayed longer. The house is high quality and the upper floor as a parents retreat with Full height windows, views over the water and lovely stream out back worked wonderfully. This place might be one of the few places we could see enjoying ourselves as much in winter with the cosy accommodation, warmed by northern windows and Bruny's amazing nature experiences at every turn. My wife loved the bottle of wibe gesture.

Lovely Adventure Bay
This was our first time to Bruny Island and Adventure Bay. We absolutely loved Yolla beach house. The location was perfect, the main beach was great for a morning walk or run and it was a safe beach for the children to swim and play. Yolla beach house is a high quality property that had everything we needed. We would definitely visit again.

Perfect getaway
Wonderful , well equipped and modern beach house. Warm and cosy on a winter’s day, and brilliant decks to make the most of the sun. Comfy beds, terrific parents retreat and all the kitchen bits you could wish for. Great location and stunning wildlife including white wallabies. Great location for beach, walks and jetty fishing. Highly recommended.

Amazing, calm location and a beautiful property to match
We went to Bruny for food, wine, hiking and relaxation and we got all of it and even a white wallaby was thrown in. The property was exactly as the description, heat was on before we arrived and we felt the owners didn’t miss anything, so thank you and very wonderful experience from us and we were hoping we would go into lockdown to stay there for a few more months!!

Great location & access to Bruny Island Criuses
Yolla was fabulous for us; two couples touring around Tasmania. It was in close proximity to Bruny Island Cruises (a must do) and the Adventure Bay General Store. The views are beautiful and if swimming or kayaking is your thing; it's perfect. Thanks Carolyn.

Amazing family property in perfect location.
We rented this property for a week with our family (2 adults/2children). It is a fantastic, spacious and well appointed property. Everything you could need was available and it was spotlessly clean.
The location is perfect, a few steps to the beautiful beach, walking distance to the Jetty, the National Park and the local shop and cafe.

Perfect location in Adventure Bay
Yolla beach house is in a prime position in Adventure Bay. It's close to the Bligh Museum (a must see for history lovers), the general store, Bruny Island Cruises, and it's directly across from the beautiful beach.
Carolyn is a fabulous host who will do her best to assist where she can.
The only downside of this property that I can think of is that there's no wifi, but this seems like a minor problem given the many positives the house has to offer. I'd highly recommend it, and look forward to staying at Yolla again.

Paradise at Yolla
We stayed at Yolla for four nights and it wasn't long enough! We're already planning to go back next year. The house is lovely - very clean, well appointed and the location between the beach and a creek is incredible. Loads of wildlife on your doorstep and the South Bruny National Park around the corner. Communication with Carolyn was easy and check-in smooth. Can't recommend highly enough!
