Great place to stay! My husband and I were very comfortable. The view was awesome and so was the communication with the owner.

We had a great stay with Lynn being readily available to help us settle in on day one. Great vacation and hope to stay in this condo again sometime soon!

Awesome views and great location.

Lynn was an excellent host (even provided us with a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our 51st anniversary). Property was newly decorated in a beautiful beach theme. Bath and kitchen necessities were very well stocked. Location was perfect. No need to go anywhere else for the views because the views of the coastline and sunsets were perfect from our balcony. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Our arrival was rough as the condo had not been cleaned since the last renters. The owner was immediately responsive and got someone out there asap to take care of it that evening. The rest of our stay was amazing - a perfect quiet spot to enjoy the beach and watch the sunset. We will be back!

We were so impressed with this beautiful well-kept, clean condo! The attention to detail made for an enjoyable stay. The views of the beach and bayside were amazing!

The condo was in very good condition. Clean, well maintained, and stocked with all the essentials. The owner provided detailed instructions on how to arrive, check in, and use the condo. She also provided a binder with lots of information on things to do/see in the local area. Minor issues: one of the 2 elevators in the building was out of service for 2 days, which is inconvenient for a condo on the 15th floor. Also, the pedestrian gate was locked shut on 2 days and didn't respond to the provided code. Made it very difficult to get out for our morning walk.

Just A wonderful time

The condo was perfect!! Great view, right on the beach and close to many restaurants and shopping. Being the corner unit we didn’t hear any others coming and going. I would definitely recommend!!

This was our second stay with Lynn at this property. The condo is so comfortable and immaculately clean. All the comforts of home are there. The VIEWS! The balcony is incredible and the end unit offers great privacy. Lynn is also amazing. There was a tornado close by one day and she came out in person just to check on us. She is kind and responsive to any need. The resort itself is wonderful. This is a great place for a couple or small family. We have stayed in many Florida condos and this is the only one we have returned to and will visit again!

This property is in an excellent location in Sandestin! Great amenties and the owner made sure we were taken care of! The unit is on the west end of the 15th floor with great privacy and facing the lovely sunset! We’ll be back!!

Great place!

Beautiful condo with an amazing view even with construction which didn't bother us and Lynn warned us of ahead of time. The photos on line are exactly what you will see and get. Lynn was Great to work with. I would defiantly book here again.

I was advised we were given a discounted rate because of construction. After several conversations w owner and advised construction wld most likely be done and we wld hv access to the pool next door I moved forward w the vacation. The day of arrival I contacted the owner for the pool passcode and she advised me that we no longer hv access and can go to the pool 2 miles away on the tram. I was advised due to construction no balcony access-I was not advised the windows wld be 100% covered. No view whatsoever. I was told by one of the project managers he was under the impression they were not supposed to be renting during all the construction. I think the place would be lovely under different circumstances and there was pool access. The pool wld hv been a deal breaker if I knew in advance.

Condo was extremely clean and updated with very nice furniture. Kitchen was finished with everything you would need and no leftovers from previous renters. People at Beachside II were extremely friendly and helpful. Lynn was helpful with identifying restaurants we were interested in frequenting. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

The unit was very clean and well decorated. It was very inviting and a cozy and comfortable place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone.

We selected this property because of the advertised views, and it did not disappoint. The instructions from the owner were thorough and accurate. The property was in excellent shape. We enjoyed having a glass of wine on the balcony each day.

It was everything we expected and more! The condo was very clean and well organized. Lynn was a joy to work with! We are already planning next year’s vacation! The view and the sunsets are beautiful!!

Condo was super clean! Really nice recently updated the location was Awesome end unit up high with a fantastic balcony with a great view of the beach and ocean! We plan on going back next summer!

Condo was clean and Nice. No complaints at all. Would recommend and would rent the property again as well
