Great place for multiple couples or large family. Just a short drive to any activity.

Neat, well maintained. Large interior, with four bedrooms and full baths with each. Comfortable for all. Loved the large back porch that was lined with trees. It felt isolated. And was very quiet.

The house was perfect for our group of 8 friends! Loved the walk-in showers and large common area. Will definitely stay here again!

Description of property was spot on. We were very impressed with cleanliness, comfort, layout and location. It was our first time visiting Branson and we loved the proximity to all our activities.
I would love to stay again if we ever find ourselves back this way! Highly recommend for a family or large grouo of frineds.

This is a wonderful place to stay ,very well centrally located to everything in Branson. The unit was clean and well equipped . The host owners clearly included in the VRBO instructions everything you need to know. Definitely a 5 star stay. I love it when they include a few snacks and water .

I booked for 6 days with my husband and 5 sisters during the week of my son's wedding. We loved the entire property, especially the spacious bathrooms and large living/dining/kitchen areas. The bathrooms provided plenty of elbow room for 7 people to get wedding ready and the magnifing makeup mirrors were wonderful! We spent hours at the pool & on the back deck.highly recommend.

The beds were so comfortable as well as the chairs in the living room. It was great for all of us to have our own bathrooms and showers. Nothing that that host could prevent as far as I know but there were multiple centipedes which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5! Great host and would love to rent from them again!

Rooms were clean and well put together. Very nice area and very nice layout. Was just perfect for a girls weekend. However, one of the bedrooms was slightly dirty, some fingernail clippings were found on floor and bed when entering the room. Overall was great and would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time in this lovely house. We were a group of five ranging in age from 65 to 95. Convenient to all the things we wanted to do. Top of the Rock, Dogwood Canyon and Branson Landing. You will not be disappointed in anything with this house. Hope to return again.

This property is truly a 5 star. The house was clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated. The house layout was perfect for our reunion. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well supplied and the whole house was perfect for our family. Because of colder weather, we spent more time at the house and it was great. The location was a short drive (10-15 minutes) from all the attractions and just a couple of minutes from restaurants and shopping. We all agreed we would definitely stay in home again when we visit Branson!

This was a perfect place for 4 adult couples to gather. 4 equally sized bedrooms with equal bathrooms. Beautifully decorated and homey. Great living area with ample seating and dining table just the right size. Kitchen was very nice and well equipped. Good location for attending PraiseFest at the Mansion Theater. We didn't do any cooking but there was a grille on the balcony.

I would highly recommended this vacation house.
Three small suggestion to help maintance, not to critize:
1) left front bedroom/bathroom towel rack needs to be tightened.
2) right front bedroom mattress cover has some stains.
3) right front bedroom/bathroom shower has a small amount of mold.

We stayed in this home for a family holiday trip and had a great time. This is the perfect property for family and friends. Plenty of privacy with a central gathering space and stocked everything you need. Close to downtown Branson, the Landing, and all attractions. We loved our stay and the owners were very helpful, great communication. Thank you for helping to make our stay so enjoyable! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed staying together and enjoying time together. Lots of time was spent relaxing and visiting in the living room with the fireplace. All the kitchen essentials were available for us to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. Very clean property!

The property was perfect. We have 4 couples so the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was very accommodating. Close to entertainment.

Wonderful all around! Only drawback was alot of wasp on back deck, mostly flying around ceiling area! If it were my place, I'd screen it in to avoid flying insects. Bit we did not get stung, yeah! A blessing of a place to stay with no stairs, we are OLD😭😭😭😭

We really enjoy this property! This is the second time staying here! The house is very clean. They have comfortable beds. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. It was even festively decorated for Christmas! We would highly recommend this property for a Branson, MO stay! You will return again, as we did!

We so enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was beautiful and clean. For our family it was a perfect fit with 4 bedrooms and 4 big bathrooms. The place was stocked with everything you need. The deck was large with a beautiful view. Everything was close by whether it be attractions or downtown. Hope to stay here again sometime.

Property was lovely, well supplied, and comfy. At least one shower should have a grab bar for seniors. One of the porch doors needs to be repaired. Otherwise it’s a fabulous place to stay. Thank you!

This property is stunning! Everyone was so comfortable, they had their own space but also a large common area, inside and out to fellowship. Large enough kitchen for all of us to participate in cooking meals together (which we love!) And the turkeys and deer were an added bonus! We can't thank Leroy and Judy enough for allowing us this much needed family time together in their gorgeous home!

The property was in a nice neighborhood and included access to the golf course and swimming pool. It was clean, nicely decorated and the amenities were as described in the listing. Judith was a great hostess who communicated everything we needed to know in a timely manner. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

The house was perfect for our golf trip. We were four senior golfers playing at nearby Big Cedar Resort. Each of the four bedrooms had it’s own full bathroom. The house was spacious and spotless with all the amenities we needed. Any and all questions asked of the owners (Judy and Leroy) we’re quickly answered and helpful. The location was very convenient to shops, restaurants and only about 15 minutes from the Big Cedar courses. Would definitely stay there again.
