Cozy, charming house with a nice yard! Awesome location; 10 minutes walk to the beach, ice cream shop and the restaurants. It’s our first time in Aptos and we had a great time. Thank you!

My family came from the East Coast to visit with me so we needed a large place close to the water to stay. The ocean was the perfect distance away. We walked there almost every day. The property owner or manager was fast to respond and help when we found out the access code had changed without her knowledge. She was super friendly and even dropped off a wine opener when the one at the space had broken. Thats a great service! Defiantly recommend a space to stay with family and friends. As long as you plan on being respectful to the close by neighbors. The house is in a neighborhood so of course being respectful and no loud music or parties is expected. Nice back area with some views too! Thanks so much!

The house is beautiful. I wish they had a little more kid friendly dishes. I think the neighbors are using the trash cans, they were full when we arrived. The outside furniture could have been cleaner, we didn’t use it because of spider webs. But overall it is a beautiful place and I am glad I was able to rent it for my family.

Loved the home, especially the back yard. We spent most of our time there. There are three separate seating areas and lovely live oak trees gracing the yard. Up on a hillside, you can look over the surrounding area. The house was as expected from the photos. The layout and room sizes were ample. Missed a dining room table, but we made do with the table in the yard., where our party of seven gathered for meals. We left a couple items in the home and the host was very kind and responsive and returned them via UPS promptly.

My husband and I met up with friends for the weekend. The home is very clean and well kept, the backyard is beautiful. We would stay there again.

We travelled with another family of 3 and the house was perfect for our needs. One family upstairs and my family stayed in the bedrooms on the main floor. We spent a lot of quality time in the open kitchen/sitting room space, and the deck and backyard area is great as well! Location wise, the property is GREAT, close to restaurants and the beach.

Listing should state TV downstairs has no cable or internet connection to stream. Constant construction noise during the day from several neighbors. The weeds in back yard not tended to this year. We loved our stay there. We were 2 families for 3 nights. Big and comfortable house. The only reason I am not rating 5 stars is we did not have an access to the laundry room. If you are staying for more than 3 nights 2 families make sure you get an extra towels. We did use our own beach towels for the beach. But still with Covid we wanted at least wash them.

Great rest stop on our way home from Shelter Cove. Great dinner at Manuel’s outside near the beautiful garden. Beautiful home and very comfortable. We LOVED it!!! Thank You.

My family and I stayed in Alla's property and had a wonderful, relaxing time. We really enjoyed being able to spread out and take advantage of the amenities such as yard, deck and grill. The location is perfect and Aptos is a gem of a town to visit.

Everything was flawless. The property was beautiful and well kept, the backyard was relaxing, the area was quiet and neighbors were nice! Close to everything. The owner was prompt to all requests. Thank you for a great stay!

Had a good time with my Husband and Son with family for there celebration. Property clean and easy to access.

Not a house as expected, but a small converted attic. Very steep narrow stairs to access. Not a comfortable place by any means. No comfortable place to sit. Dining table quite high and comfortable for about 2 minutes. One chair and one large pillow for sitting in one bedroom, for comfortable place to relax I guess you have to lie in bed or leave. TV is a 'streaming only' afterthought. No cable, no network TV. Just streaming. No dressers for clothes so you will live out of your suitcase. No access to heating or air conditioning. Not even ceiling fans so you are at the mercy of the weather. Kitchen just has a hot plate, no stove. Coffee maker is just a 'grind and brew' so not useful unless you bring beans. No curtains or window coverings for windows and skylights. Photo shows nice yard, but you have no access to it.
