This property was very clean, and the check in process was easy. It is centrally located to many shops, restaurants and the beach. It was perfect for our beach trip!

If interested to be within walking distance of all attractions in Old Naples, and the beach, this location and accommodation is #1. Older property but everything needed is there and it all works. Property manager was attentive and helpful. We would go back again.

Location, location, location! My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the cozy place on Third Street that (as a plus) overlooks a pretty park. Everything is just a short scenic walk way-- a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and coffee shop on Third, 10 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to Fifth Street. The hosts (Marilyn and Gary) were very kind and attentive. We could not have asked for more and have already booked again for next year.

This is a cute little place SO close to old town Naples and the beach. Marilyn was so accommodating and was quick to assist. We had a wonderful stay!! Quick walk to bad ass coffee was a plus! We will be sure to stay again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, the beach, and shopping yet very quiet. The cottage had a very warm and cozy feel, like being at home and not in a rental. The hosts were very accommodating, and I could not have asked for nicer people to work with. I am looking forward to renting here again. Great experience.

We needed a quick breather from busy life back home in MD and access to beach and 3rd and 5th. This property couldn’t have been any more perfect for us! SO lucky we stumbled upon it and will definitely be making a return visit. Just perfect!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The setting is really nice with the palms and the park surrounding. This property is perfect if you like proximity to the beach and also just steps to restaurants and shoppes in Old Naples. Communications and instructions were very clear. We would definitely return in future if we make another trip to the area.

Great location, easy walk to beach and restaurants. The provided beach accessories including towels, chairs, small drink cooler, and cart worked out great for us. Stayed in off season so lots of early bird menu specials at restaurants. The unit is a little dated and could use some upgrades but is very clean and nice, comfortable bed, etc.

This property was the perfect location with great parking. We loved being able to walk to get coffee/dinner, down to the pier/beach and down to 5th avenue for shopping/people watching. The host was very quick to respond to our last minute request to stay at the property. Perfect for a couple that wants more room for comfort than a hotel room offers!

Fantastic location, charming unit, close to everything.

The apartment was very pretty and had everything that you needed. The walk to the beach is very close. I expected it to be a little farther. Lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes. The area at the apartment is very clean and most of all very quiet. We absolutely loved it there. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful place to stay in Old Naples.

I loved this guest cottage. Two blocks to the beach and one block to charming old Naples. I would stay a month!

1 bedroom cottage style rental located within easy walking distance of 5th street and the beach. I had Naples friends over to visit and cook 2 ofnights. It is a great place for one or for a couple. I loved the area. I walked to the beach and to shops.

We loved our stay at this location! It was perfect for our anniversary weekend. The home is a short walk to the beach as well as several restaurants and bars. Marilynn and Gary answered all of our questions immediately and were more than happy to make recommendations for local activities, restaurants, etc. We hope we get a chance to stay here again some day!

Everything about this trip was excellent! The property was in a perfect location… easy walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. will definitely visit again!

We've been staying in Naples for 14 years and have never stayed in as nice a location nor as nice a property as this one. I already tried to book for next year and it's not available, so book soon! If you bring your dog, the hosts leave lovely heart-shaped treats for him. The hosts also greeted us with wine and glasses set up nicely in the dining area. What a lovely touch. This is the lower half of a guesthouse. The upstairs is occupied by other visitors. You will share a corridor with the other visitors. If you happen to get locked out of the house prior to check-in, the owners live directly in front of the location and can assist you. Parking is right out front and free. Plan to cook out at least once because there is a grill and a beautiful patio that is located right next to a cozy downtown Naples park. You cannot get a better location in Naples -- right on Third within walking distance of the shops AND the wonderful Saturday Farmer's Market. This is truly a gem of a place!

This is a lovely cottage that provides plenty of space for two. The patio was a huge bonus that we enjoyed everyday. Hosts were great. Park your car and walk everywhere - beach, 3rd and 5th. We hope to be back soon. Thanks for a fabulous two weeks.

Fantastic location - 100 yards from farmers market and Old Naples stores and restaurants. Unit backed up to Rodgers Park which made the patio a great area for reading and relaxation. Both of the owners took the time to stop by and introduce themselves.

The location of this property is the best ever. Walking distance to 3rd Street, 5th Avenue and the beach. It is a lovely cottage style place to relax. I would highly recommend it!!

Very comfortable and super convenient

We were extremely happy.

We absolutely loved our visit to this delightful property in the old section of Naples. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the Naples pier and waterfront. In addition the property was within driving distance to other attractions such as Sanibel island, Everglades city, Marco island and Gulf coast activities. We felt very safe and secure while staying at this guest house. It was very secluded, private and a very quiet area. Parking was very convenient and was literally a few paces from the front door of the home entrance.
