Logement impeccable, tout est à disposition pour ne manquer de rien et l’accueil est vraiment parfait Propriétaire en or ( super rare de tomber sur une personne comme ça 😊) vraiment rien dire à par que c’est que du bonheur de séjourner là bas 🙂

L'appartement est grand, très bien équipé, et très pratique. Malgré la proximité des autres habitations, on ne souffre absolument pas de la promiscuité . Quartier très calme. Un grand merci à Antonia pour sa gentillesse, la confiance qu'elle nous a témoignée, et sa disponibilité. Nous y séjournerons à nouveau très certainement si nous sommes amenés à revenir dans la région.

Je passé deux jours là bas, c'est magnifique, très bien accueilli, l'appartement très propre, sympa. On a bien fait la fête, endroit très calme. ON VEUT RETOURNÉ.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung mit klima. Es fehlt an nichts, wenn doch besorgt es die vermieterin. ruhig. ca. 1km von see und 10km vom Meer ( carry le rouet). Am Haus große Terrasse zum grillen und anderes. sehr entfellenswert.

This upstairs apartment was quite adequate for the needs of the 2 of us and the proprietress was very friendly and helpful. Despite being close to the airport, it was very quiet - something we had worried needlessly about. Additional advantages: there is a sandy beach a mere 10 minutes north on Avenue de la Plage (close to the airport), as is a Base Nautique where you can rent windsurfers, paddleboards, etc. Marignane is centrally located so that we had short drives (~1 hour) to Arles, Avignon, Mirepoix, Cassis, etc. The Calanques at Cassis are a must; we worried about parking in Cassis, but that proved no problem even in mid-July. The proprietress keeps chickens, so hearing the cocks crow at 5 am added to the rustic charm of the place. Contrary to the HomeAway description, the proprietress Antonia speaks little English and did not respond to our communications that weren't in French; Google Translate is your friend for this purpose. Finding the place was very difficult for various reasons. The house is on Rue de Beugons, but there are 6-8 of these "rues" with the same name in the neighborhood and Google Maps places her house (#103, she wrote) in the middle of an adjacent field. Worse, the number "103" corresponds to a different house than hers. Her "Rue de Beugons" is what we would call an alley, not a road, and dead-ends at a house with gate (our GPS thought the alley went through and tried to take us in from the south end, which you cannot do). Her Rue de Beugons is the first alley after passing the fields as you head west toward the Etang. On that alley, hers is the last house on the left before the gate and has no identifying number. Incidentally, bringing a GPS with maps for France is almost indispensable, especially finding your way through the maze of neighborhoods of Marignane. The two air conditioning units were much appreciated in the heat of July. The patio was very pleasant in the cooler evening time. Contrary to a prior review, toilet paper was provided. The WiFi was pretty good, unlike many places. Thus, we can recommend Antonia's property, albeit with a few reservations.

Idéal pour passer des vacances au calme et près de tout ; à 15 mn de Marseille; location très bien équipée et très joliment décorée. J'ai aimé aussi la compagnie des poules .la propriétaire est très sympathique. Superbe rencontre. J'y retournerai.

Four of us stayed here after cycling for two weeks in France. We chose this location due to proximity to the airport (8km). I have booked through HomeAway for week long house rentals, but not for just two days in a smaller place. The property is hard to find... we had to nose around until somebody could help us (there are many houses that share the same address). We finally found the house and our host, who was kind and helpful. The patio, pictured on the Homeaway site is nice, but the apartment itself is a little tired. Beds were not made up (we had to do it ourselves). The kitchen was OK, shower area a little moldy, no toilet paper, and a few other disappointments. It's in a quiet area except for the neighboring rooster that woke us daily at 5:30. When we arrived things were tidy, but we were asked to "tidy a little"before we left, so wasn't sure if it was being cleaned after we left. As a result we did clean everything up and left it just as we found it - other than the sheets we used were put into the laundry basket. Seemed a little odd, since we had rented similar apartments and were never left with an expectation to clean up to that extent. It wasn't clear on the website what we were expected to do... so we played it safe. So, this place is OK but could use some work.

appartement très confortable, spacieux et encore mieux que les photos . Logement très propre, très bien entretenu avec tout le confort que l'on peux retrouver chez soi et où les animaux sont les bienvenus ! Antonia est très chaleureuse tout en se faisant discrète . Location très propre et très bien tenue, tout à fait conforme aux photos, et dans laquelle tout est fait, dans les moindres détails, pour qu'on se sente chez soi. Propriétaire très avenante. A recommander.

des vacances de rêve comme on peut les imaginer, un cadre verdoyant, à proximité de la mer et de l'étang de Berre, proche également des sites à visiter , ainsi que pour y faire des sorties nocturnes . Il ne manque rien à la location ,et la propriétaire est au petits soins pour nous rendre la vie des plus agréable. Que souhaiter de plus...revenir l'an prochain si l'on veut de nous .Merci Antonia . Mon fils et moi avons passé un excellent séjour au calme . Antonia la propriétaire est juste au Top ,toujours aux petits soins, très discrète et d'une gentillesse incroyable. La maison est très agréable , pratique et décorée avec gout, très propre, ambiance chaleureuse on s'y sent bien, comme à la maison. Il ne manque rien elle a pensé à tout . La terrasse toujours au soleil permet de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur . Tout cela à 10 mn des plus belles plages de la Côte Bleue . Rendez vous l'an prochain sans aucune hésitation Encore merci pour tout ...

Superbe location spacieuse, bien équipée, décorée avec goût (rien ne manque pour satisfaire les vacanciers) dans un endroit agréable et calme. Antonia, la propriétaire des lieux est une personne avenante, arrangeante et discrète. Avons apprécie la semaine passée dans cet appartement. Si nous devons revenir sur Marignane, il est certain que nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.

Accueil très chaleureux, la propriétaire facilite l'installation par des conseils judicieux. Equipement moderne ,Wifi, grand écran télé, clarté, climatisation, souci du détail et entretien parfait...etc. Grande terrasse confortable avec barbecue pour profiter du soleil et du repos. Loisirs et commodités proches. Plage du Jaï à 5 mns pour la baignade et les festinades en soirées.Vraiment nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle maison. Nous remercions la propriétaire pour son extrême gentillesse.

appartement trés calme, correspondant tout à fait aux photos. Trés bien équipé avec un accueil au top. En un quart d'heure vous avez atteint la grande bleue ou la grande ville de marseille. un lieu que je recommande et où je retournerai si on redescend dans la région.
