If it wasn’t for Mallorie (shift 3-11pm) my stay would of been horrible. I booked for 2 nights and I was told by the 7-3pm front desk clerk that I had to request a room clean up by 8 in order for housekeeping to straighten my room up and change my sheets. I’ve never had to do that. Mallorie helped me get my room cleaned and gave me fresh sheets. The breakfast was horrible. Everything was gluten free. And it wasn’t a microwave too warm your instant grits or oatmeal. Ms Liz (the cook) apologized for the inconvenience but explained that it was her boss request to not put certain things out. Check it was 11. I always thought check out was at 12. I will never and I do mean never book with them again. It’s garbage and I wasn’t pleased with anything. And the shower suck. You can’t even close it so it’s Easter going everywhere. I don’t recommend it at all

nothing when I got there they said that I didn’t have reservations through booking. The staff stated that because I booked through a third party that’s why the confirmation number did not come up. I stated to the staff I always book through booking.com and has never had any problems. Especially when I’m going out of town booking has not failed me yet! I think they gave my room away because it was through booking.com and I did make it til like 7pm.

Location to shopping and events was good. The front desk staff was very nice.

We stayed on the 3rd floor. The smell was bad all weekend. Garbage in the hall by nearly every room was gross. The sounds from the interstate was very loud. I recently stayed in a TOWNEPLACE in Oxford,MS and it was fantastic. This one in Southaven was below par.

Coffee was good. Breakfast was nothing special.

There were dirty linens piled in the hall when we arrived. Two rooms had bags if trash outside the door. The shower had other guests’ hair on the walls and on the shampoo bottle. The mattress was old and worn out in the middle making it fold up on either side of us. I chose this place because of cleanliness reviews. It’s one of the most expensive inns in the area, but was sub par in every way.

The black guy in the kitchen was VERY VERY RUDE!
