The room was clean and smelled great. It's also a lot bigger than most hotel rooms. The rooms look exactly like the pictures. Lots of lighting, huge TV with DIRECTV and movie channels. Wifi was super fast too! Great location, quiet and safe.

The staff......manager, front desk and housekeeping are all assholes. They are the most dull, dry, unfriendly people I've ever met. There was a system error and they charged my card but swore up and down that the charge didn't go through. I even pulled up my account and showed them the charge was pending. I don't know if it was the language barrier or what but they didn't seem to understand what I was trying to explain to them. They were so rude and condescending about the situation when it wasn't even my fault. They told me to either pay with another card, pay cash or check out of the room. The charge was pending for TWO weeks until my bank finally voided it. The beds are awful. They feel like plywood. They only give you 2 really small thin pillows for each queen bed.

Beds were very comfortable, good water pressure.

Rugs when you enter your room. The snow melted off our shoes all over the place. Also, there was only one towel in the entire room. No other towels whatsoever.

Nothing the smell of fabuloso couldn't be aired out.

Mildew a round tub. The handle on toilet broke. I reported it and he said yeah I've already besotted it. So he knew it was broke. They ran my card twice couldnt get their system to work I had to drive to get cash tobpay it toke about 2 hours to get checked in.

parking for 18 wheelers not so great. upon opening door to room found that cushions on love seat stained with sexual bodily fluids. also the no refund policy.

Everything was as good. I will stay there again.
