Frukost var bra och har inget att klaga på den. Däremot var vistelsen en katastrof och en sömnlös natt
Hotellet.... Ja det är precis vid Coop supermarket med stor parkering och genomfartsväg, dessvärre samlas ortens ungdomar intill hotellet på Coops parkering nattetid mot helger i alla fall, de festar, kör epa, hojtar, kör moped, bilburna ungdomar med gasglada bilar och skrikande däck. Här sladdar man, gasar på och spelar musik på högsta volym så det dånar, samt sparkar i staketet vid parkeringen. Ej ljudisolerade rum mot parkeringen och vägen intill blev en högst otrevlig upplevelse hela natten. Saknade även återkoppling i konversation med värden. Vi ville bland annat få en fjärrkontroll till teven (saknades) för att dränka något av ljuden utanför, men det var inte intressant att ens svara oss.
Vi avbokade andra natten och sökte oss till annat hotell, men ägaren ville bara återbetala halva priset på dag 2.
Planerar ni att övernatta här - ta med öronproppar och hörselkåpor och ett stort knippe tålamod.

The place is pleasant and the people are friendly. It's worth visiting as the mine is located nearby. There are also nature areas also close by to enjoy some relaxing time.
Nothing, if I have to say something we were close to the train station, but my little son enjoyed it so much, saw the trains around, and also at about 21 there were no more trains until 8.30 in the morning

The whole hotel is a nice, cozy place with a lot of charme and history and the room was really nice, too. The breakfast was outstanding and the best we´ve had on our whole trip to Sweden.

The hotel is located in an old, charming building. The room was spacious and the beds were wonderfully comfortable.
The only missing thing was the wi-fi info. I’ve left still unsure of this facility even existing.

The building has character - the odd squeaky floor board is part of the charm
Dinner options nearby (in summer) - Tabergstoppen cafe (great view), or deli/ cake shop with salads (until 1800), or pizza. (In a small town)
Blackout curtains could be thicker. (Though existing ones were fine for me)
Otherwise very hard to find anything to improve given the extremely competitive price point (no it’s not a park Hyatt with 247 concierge etc - but it’s tasteful refurbished old building.)

Hotel is in a historical beautiful building. breakfast was good. check in was easy inspite we arrived later than check in time. Worker gave us instructions how to get in per phone. rooms were clean. bathrooms were updated and had enough space.
the staff was very nice.
there was baby chair at the breakfast table.
we booked two rooms and we had 2 babies and 1 child. the staff seamed to be surprised about that. we also booked two baby beds, which we didn’t have in the rooms when we arrived. as it was late, we also didn’t call back to ask for them. instead we had to arranged the situation with baby sleeping differently so that it is secure.
the rooms had old smell. one of the rooms was very cold. we turned on the heater, it was working.
tv was turning itself on during the night.
wifi was very bad.
beds were very soft and not comfortable at all. the matraces were sliding off the bed.
orange juice was very strange. there was only margarine, no butter.
we had rooms to the street. starting form 5am there were a lot of cars passing by so it was very loud in the rooms.
there was only one super small garbage bin in the bathroom.

Me and my colleague were staying there for Elmia Subcontractor fair which was in Jönköping. The location is only 15 minutes down the highway from the conference center which is great for traveling there and back.
The reception was closed upon arrival, but we didn't have any issue getting in the room. Breakfast was served with a great choice of meats, very tasty buns and other bits for sandwiches as well as eggs, bacon and sausages.
Wifi in the room was performing well to take care of emails and browsing.
The owner was very helpful and friendly in the mornings, always having a chat and taking interest.
Rooms were clean, nicely furnished and warm considering it is middle of November.
It also has a small shop for Christmas presents downstairs which i found really nice.

I was amazed by how beautiful this hotel is. From the outside you see a beautiful building. When you get I side you see the amazingly decorated interior. The rooms are clean and also well decorated. Breakfast was served on the first floor and there was a huge variety of things to drink and eat in the stunning dining room. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would love to come back to this great historical place.
