Apartamento muy completo ubicado en la comunidad de Puerta del Sol con todo lo necesario (menaje de cocina, toallas de playa, nevera de playa, sillas, etc.) para pasar unos días en la isla. Un detalle que hubiese especias y agua fría en la nevera cuando llegamos, así como todo el menaje de cocina en buen estado. Pedimos una toalla adicional para el baño y nos la trajeron sin problema ese mismo día. Tanto Malu como Gladys son muy amables y atentas a tus necesidades, contestando rápido y gestionando las peticiones. Finalmente, se me olvidó la cartera en el apartamento y me la mandaron de vuelta a la península sin problema y rápido

La calle estaba lleva en plena remodelación desde hace meses, por lo que se colaba algo de polvo por la ventana del baño. Hubiese estado bien saber que la calle estaba en obras, ya que cuando llegamos dimos muchas vueltas para aparcar y no conocíamos la zona. El horno es eléctrico y no funcionaba muy bien, pero hace el apaño. En lo referente a las zonas comunes de la urbanización (piscina), no se respetan las normas de reserva de hamaca ni de fumar ni de ruidos; mayoritariamente estos incumplimientos son por parte de extranjeros, pero de eso no tienen la culpa los arrendatarios, sino la falta de civismo.

Perfect apartment in a great location, just a short stroll to the main restaurants/beach/shops. The apartment is comfortable and has thoughtful touches, e.g., small cool box with frozen gel packs to use when taking a picnic, a bbq, extra blankets should you need them. The outdoor area is good with a view to the pool. Parking just outside the complex.

The location was prefect, the apartment was superb, the balcony overlooking the pool was great to sit out with lots of room for a table and seats.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable. So many thoughtful finishing touches from fresh fruit on arrival, tea, pool towels etc. We were met by the lovely Ana who showed us where everything was. Will book again.

Great location with excellent facilities. The apartment had everything we needed. Our stay was very enjoyable and we hope to come back to the same apartment.

The apartment has everything you need for your holiday.Very peaceful complex with a lovely swimming pool.The square with restaurants and bars is on your doorstep and you don't hear any noise.Great to open the patio doors in the morning and have a cuppa in the sun.Nice stroll to the beach to feed the chipmunk then carry on round to the Marina to see the sea lion's.Then on to the beautiful bay and have a welcome drink at the beach bar.

There is a lot of properties having work done but there are also some that looks completely run down.

All good. Could get very crowded in high season.
