This house was nice and was lovely for our short weekend. The location was excellent for us. There were no checkout instructions that we could find so we used the checkout procedure from previous VRBOs we had stayed at before. There is no WiFi, but we didn’t need it.

This is a special group of friends that have been enjoying a Christmas getaway together for the last 20 years. This home was perfect. We each had our own bedroom with private bathroom. The open concept kitchen, living and dining space was wonderful as we spent time enjoying each other’s company. We got to see Esther at Sight and Sound theatre. It was an amazing experience. This was a great home for making lasting memories.

This property was very clean and well-stocked. A few minor maintenance issues in the one bathroom as far as cabinet door knobs, missing, and shower handle adjustment, but other than that everything was wonderful.

The bathrooms were all very spacious and the kitchen was large enough we weren’t bumping into each other while cooking. The kitchen was stocked including utensils and a few pots/pans. However, none of the beds were queen (regardless of the description saying each was a queen bedroom), the carpets in the rooms were wrinkled and bunched up in several places (potential fall risks), and the fridge did not work properly to keep it adequately cool (we were unaware of this and ended up having to throw out food that we had just bought). Overall it was a nice stay and it was perfect for our group. As a bonus the furniture had a golf theme which was fun.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The management team was great and accountable. It was a clean and spacious villa for our group. The only downfall is how outdated the furniture is. Not very comfortable. Beds are not comfortable and the bedspreads/carpet in bedrooms is very outdated. We like to travel somewhere for comfort - it was hard to get comfortable here.

However, the instructions said the pool arm bands were behind the front door. No arm bands anywhere. I contacted the rental at 7:32am and they didn't respond until 2:18pm not concerned. No arm bands, we could not swim. If I had known that we would of rented somewhere else. The house was very nice and quiet. The sleeper sofa only had sheets, no pillows or covers. Loved the layout of the house and the bathrooms had huge showers. Great location and just minutes away from the main part of Branson.

Though we have stayed three previous times at this same complex, we were in different units that were well maintained and furnished, so we expected the same with this unit. Unfortunately, this unit was definitely subpar. I was appalled at the lack of maintenance in the unit. All four bedrooms had dirty wrinkled carpets with the wrinkles being so big that they were trip hazards. With one of our party being physically disabled, this was a real problem. In addition, all of the furniture was shabby, worn, and marred. The couch and chair cushions were broken down and uncomfortable. All that being said, the unit was clean, quiet, and spacious.

We had a family of six and everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. It was spacious and we were not walking all over each other. We will definitely stay here again.

We love this property. It is our 4th year spending a week there. However, it is in need of some updates. The dining room table and chairs are wearing poorly. Several bedroom doors are broken or stick. The ice maker was making minimal amounts of ice. The carpets in the bedrooms were pulling up and old. Living room furniture is worn also.

The villa/house was not clean. Furniture was badly stained. Dining room chairs extremely worn and flaked onto our clothing. Floors were filthy. Bathroom were also dirty. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. They sagged in the middle. It appeared that there was no cleaning done prior to our arrival.

Reviewer Comments: This townhouse is in a nice, safe location close to Branson entertainment. The unit needs some maintenance. The carpet in bedrooms is dirty, old and loose under foot which is a tripping hazard. The bathroom door handle fell off first thing. The mattresses are worn out, very soft, and the bed linens are cheap, thin, and don't fit the beds. Towels are cheap and the face cloth provided in my bathroom was stained and nasty looking. No bathmat provided. The back deck was the very best part of the condo and the weather was perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Overall, this could be a very nice place to stay with some attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and updates.

We were very happy, our group was comfortable, had the common area to be together for fellowship, eating and relaxing. Temperature in the unit was perfect and they all stayed cool. The pool was nice and the children enjoyed it. Would even be better if it had a game room. The only drawback was no internet in our unit and the bedrooms need new carpet, it was wrinkled and a little soiled. The bathrooms were very nice and spacious. Overall it was great and just what we wanted. Would recommend this Villa to others!

Very clean, each guy had their own BR and bathroom, common area was very large and it worked perfect to grill and eat dinner in the Villa vs. trying to find a restaurant open late after we played 36 holes of golf.

My wife found this rental house in Branson, it was great! Each room had it's own bathroom, big living room...it was great! If we go back to Branson, we'll definitely stay there again!
