This property is perfect for our large family (25) to spend a weekend together. It has everything we want: indoor pool, hot tub, game room, good kitchen. We had a blast. The memories are priceless!

We loved our stay at Heavenly View Too...would highly recommend this place to large groups! They were very helpful and very quick to respond with any problem. Hope to come back one day!

There were 14 of us that stayed at this cabin and there was room for all of us to have our own private space. A black bear walked right behind the cabin which everyone thought was cool!

The cabin was very nice and plenty of room for our 18 family members. The issue we had was that the pool was very cold (room was heated but not the pool) the hot tub was dirty, and the movie room was too cold for our kids to spend much time in. The bottom level where all the "fun stuff" was... ended up not fun. We called property management, but no one came. Only the three older kids swam, and we used the movie room once.... way to cold downstairs and never found a thermostat. It was disappointing because the cabin could have been an amazing place for the whole family.

We stayed a whole week at this lovely cabin with 9 adults and 9 children! It was very fun and a relaxful week. Contact with the cabin agency was very prompt. They called us at 11am or so on our arrival date and let us know our cabin was ready to go with some chairs drying from being steam cleaned. We arrived still at regular check in time just with travel but was very nice to know we were set and good to go! Our only two complaints were that the pool temperature was not 84 degrees and was a bit chilly at times. Of course, our children did not care but for adults and the baby, that was not fun. Second complaint is the cabin is in need of some bigger pots and pans to cook. With this cabin being ideal for larger families a bigger pot and pan is definitely needed. We had to think smartly and cook slower because limited pots. We saw 7 bears throughout our stay on multiple occasions. They were out the back and in the forested area and we enjoyed watching them from our balcony.

Our family got together for a week long stay to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday. The accommodations were great and located close to the activities we planned to do. Great view also.

Beautiful mountain location. Great sleeping accommodations. Especially appreciated very quick action to replace malfunctioning refrigerator.

2 out of 3 garbage cans were full upon arrival. Old coffee grounds were left in the coffee maker. A dirty pan had been placed in the cupboard. All but 2 of the remotes needed new batteries. Only one dish towel was provided. Grease pan for the grill did not work and grease went all over the deck. Big enough pots and pans were not provided for a group of 26 people...made cooking a challenge. Could not use the DVD in the theater room, the remote was missing. Dishwasher ran for 3 hours on the minimum cleaning cycle. Overall cleanliness of the cabin was poor. Repeated contact with the managing company was a waste of time. I will never rent anything offered by this rental agency again. The cabin itself was nicely laid out and was big enough to accommodate our group. Pretty setting.

Brought all of our immediate family to stay and had the best time. House was fairly clean just a few things needed taken care of. Fully stocked kitchen was great and pool warm.

Great home, everything we were looking for. Kids loved everything offered. Close to everything, shopping and fun.

Upon arriving we opened the blinds to let some light in. The dust was so thick until it was really disgusting. As we went to our rooms we found not only was the blinds in the living area disgusting all the blinds were dusty. One of the bathrooms had feces left in the toilet. The stairs had not been swept or cleaned there was dirt & spider webs on the stairs and around the pool table. Bedroom # 2 had several blood stain on the mattress & mattress. It also doesn’t have a closet it is actually locked and used for extra bedding for the cleaning crew. Our washer stop working. The iron was leaking and left dark spots on your clothing. We literally had to sweep the floor & clean and dust the bed and bedroom furniture ourselves. Mgmt sent a cleaning service over after I sent pictures of ALL the dirt and dust but she only had time to clean the dust off the bathroom door in 2 rooms & change the mattress cover. She felt so bad for us that she gave us some cleaning supplies so that we could finish cleaning ourselves. Not to mention the trash not being picked up On schedule. We take a family vacation every year and this was the worst trip thus far. The manager David was on vacation also. When I spoke with him. He wasn’t very helpful just very apologetic with no resolution What was the reason to be charged a cleaning fee is beyond crazy to me. We never received a call back to make sure our family was good. I was very disappointed with our stay.

Beautiful home and great amenities. The cleanliness of the house was not great- and the grill caught on fire due to lack of maintenance. We had to clean it up in order to cook on it - it was many many many uses of not being cleaned which could have led to a catastrophe if not handled as quickly as we did. This put a damper on the evening as when you are on vacation it is not expected to have to take out from your time to provide maintenance to something like this.

We enjoyed a funtastic stay. The property provided plenty of space and amenities to enjoy the time spent in the lodge. Every feature was used during our stay - from the comfortable beds to the theater room, pool and games.

We had a wonderful time! My father and his 3 siblings, their children (me and my cousins) and grandchildren went. We have never gone on vacation with all our families before and we had a great time. The cabin was large and we each had our own space as well as common space to hangout. Our kids loved the pool and theater room.

We traveled to Pigeon Forge for the first time and it definitely will not be the last! We have a large family that likes to spring break together every year and it isn't always easy to find something that is big enough for everyone but also affordable. A Heavenly View Too covered all of the bases! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all of the essentials! The kitchen had all the utensils, griddles, coffee maker/Keurig, a Crock Pot, plenty of dishes and bakeware! The only thing we ever found ourselves short on was forks but that was an easy fix. The dishwasher worked like a dream for as many people that we had there and we never once ate out- everything was cooked at the cabin. The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable, with each one having its own bathroom. This was a big hit for the cousins in the bunk rooms! They also all had nice big TVs so everyone could relax before bed in their own rooms. The best part of all was the bottom level with the theater room, game room, pool, and hot tub! This was used multiple times per day by everyone! We loved that the pool room had a lock code on it so we felt safe with the kids not having access to it. The theater room was so fun to watch movies and sports. The hot tub wasn't big but it was all we needed- the water was clean and hot! The pool water was warm and on the hot days the sun would heat that room right up so no one was ever cold! There are no specific pool towels, so if you prefer to keep pool towels/bathroom towels separate, I would bring some pool towels from home. The washer and dryer were also huge and worked great! The management team was phenomenal. Their communication leading up to our trip was better than I've ever had from a rental company (and we travel a lot). I had a couple of questions and they responded immediately. I would highly recommend staying at A Heavenly View Too (or any of Coastal/Mountain Vibe Vacations)! We will be back!

This property was perfect for our family trip! All 23 of us fit comfortably. Everything was clean and in order. We had half a day of rain, which was honestly great because we were able to spend more time at the house and enjoy the indoor pool. The location was very convenient. Definitely recommend!

There were 23 of us that gathered in this wonderful cabin for almost a week! Our four boys, their wives, 13 grandchildren, my husband, and myself! We had never had a picture of all 23 of us together because our sons are scattered from Africa to Texas. We had our picture taken at Dollywood. It was such a blessed time together! The mountain views were so relaxing and the sun sets beautiful! The only negative was maybe that they need to include enough spoons / forks for everyone and the ice maker was a little sluggish. Everyone is ready to go back in a couple of years! We even saw a mama bear and four cubs on the ground level of our cabin as we were looking out the balcony right above them and got some great pictures and video! We also got a skunk video too! We also were so appreciative of the Bibles that were in each room.

This house has it all!!! Many things to keep all ages entertained. Furniture and Beds were extremely comfortable. Overall a very warm welcoming place to stay...

We loved the space and the rooms! Location to activities was great. The kids loved having the pool and the adults loved hot tub.

The amenities were great, pool was nice, need 2 hot tubs for this large of a cabin. The theater room was awesome. We are a group of 55+ men on a holf trip and it worked out great.

A group of 9 adults stayed to celebrate my husband's birthday. The house was clean and view is gorgeous! Highly recommend!

We were very impressed with how well the directions were laid out for us to reach the cabin. Teh property owner suupplied us with extra toiletiers so we didn't immedaitely have to run to the store. The thermostat was set to have the cabin warm and cozy upon arrival. It's also close proximity too food, fun and entertainment. This cabin was by far the best one I've ever stayed at, and I would recommend any large family to visit. We had a pool night a game night and then just a relaxing night all on different levels.

Awesome cabin with tons of things to do inside. My family had a great time and the location wasn’t far from all the attractions. We plan to try and make this a yearly trip and this is just the right amount of space to do so.

We are a great time. The cabin is a great size for my family if 16. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The host answered my questions on a timely matter. I appreciate that. Towels for the pool area would be nice.

We have a large family of 15 adults and 3 children so this cabin gave us enough space for the adults to have some privacy. The pool and hot tub were clean and in great condition. The view was great and the house was clean and comfortable.
