The third time required a lot of explanations and discussions about # of nights, amount of $ "rolled over" from previous deposits, and a staff that made me feel that I was being unreasonable with pretty simple questions. We had meant to stay the night of the 27th, and it was booked far in advance, for their convenience, but I recognize my error (although their booking system looks nothing like any other hotel/homestay/bnb website/air travel site that I use). We went from booking a flight, using an calendar where you highlight the amount of days you want to stay, and then booking our Bailey property using the same logic (highlighting the days we'd be there) and ended up doing the wrong thing. Regardless, I ended up asking them about another night, and the response was firm, prompt, and rude! When made to feel like I was an idiot for one too few nights, I guess I expected a suggestion like...staying in another of their many properties... Instead it was "Well we have another guest coming in so you need to be out". Ok, thanks...I called Marriott to book the night of the 27th and had probably five "Can we help you with anything else?" -type questions. I mean, yeah, you can, and here's my money, and my five star review to you, Marriott. Sorry Bailey, for being so inconvenient when wanting another night at your properties. I was happy to spend my money elsewhere. That's what I will be doing in the future as well. Rio Cheshire is across the street and is way easier to book, in case you wanted to know.

The unit hasn’t changed during these years and, though well-cleaned and having a well equipped kitchen, could do with an up-date and new carpeting.

Was such a nice cozy place to stay by the beach!

We really enjoyed our view of the bay, the sunsets and the night sky. The space is comfortable and near to many enjoyable places.

The best thing about this unit was the location...right in the center of what we wanted to see and do. Also, it was quiet and peaceful with a view of the ocean. We would return.

The apartment was tiny but, clean. Bed was hard as a rock, stove larger burner didn’t work. Heater didn’t work so the apartment was cold all the time. Instructions were not understandable which made the vacation difficult.

We loved our stay in Aptos. The condo was very conveniently located across from Rio del Mar beach, very scenic as well. The property manager was very responsive to our questions.

Had a lovely, relaxing week with stunning views and a fully appointed condo. No complaints!

Everything we need is there, we love the property, has own parkibg space, near grocerie store, very convenient and spacious for the 3 of us. We will definitely come back, nice beach compare to capitola beach.

Great property. Water views. Perfect for a couple of people. Would be a little crowded with more than 3. I believe it said it had a washer dryer- not positive, there isn’t one available for use. Would definitely recommend

Great location and amenities

Not only was it a great location, it was comfortable. Listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach all night was our favorite! Will definitely be staying here again next year!

The place was very clean, well supplied, great view, short walk to coffee and the beach.

View was really nice, even though you could see the roof tops of other unit. Watched whales every evening. Owner had great taste in music that was left for our enjoyment. Overall, would stay again in a heart beat

The place is cozy and has two parking spots. Beautiful views from the living room. You can hear the sound of the ocean. Bed is comfortable.

This property is a little dated and run down, but still easy to access and has everything that two people would need for a short stay. Also very well located - 15 minutes to Capitola and Santa Cruz and 30 minutes from Monterey / Carmel. View of the ocean is beautiful, but you also look out at the hot-tar-finish roof tops of the adjacent units and cannot actually see the beach. the wall paper is curling at the seams in the bathroom, but it was clean and the linens were fresh and clean. We would stay here again in a pinch.

Our unit was dirty when we arrived. Taped up window coverings and dirty silverware and pans i.e.: I pulled out a pan to do some cooking and found dried up food stuck to the bottom. The bathroom and kitchen small rugs were old and dirty. The management company promptly had them washed and gave us a new throw rug. There was dust and mold buildup inside the shower doors. All in all we left the unit cleaner than we found it. There was a lamp that was taped together.

The condo is very nice. It has a slightly obstructed view of the water bit still plenty of wide open ocean to view. It was very quite and had all the comforts of home. It is centrally located, you can walk to the beach, deli, restaurants and small grocery store. It is a short drive to Santa Cruz, Capitola and Watsonville. Easy accesses to Whale Watching, hiking and water sports.

This property has an amazing view, we enjoyed watching dolphins and whales every morning, amazing show of nature, took long walks on the beach and just relaxed. I couldn't give it 5 starts because the kitchen needs to be updated, there is a weird old smell as you walk in and it comes from every kitchen cabinet, otherwise we would stay here again.
