We loved our stay! The place was exactly as pictured in photos, well (beyond) stocked for our needs, and the view out onto the river with morning coffee or an evening cocktail was beautiful! We loved the décor throughout the home that brought a fun Nashville vibe. The beds were extremely comfortable, sleeping was great, as the rooms got very dark and were much quieter than we expected being close to neighbors. The bedrooms also had great space for storage and clothing. One of the bathrooms would hold multiple girls getting ready at the same time. The parking was close and a bonus that it was covered since it was pouring rain the day we left! We loved being close enough to walk to and from Broadway (about a mile), and when we wanted to take it down a notch, we really enjoyed walking only about 5-10 minutes to nearby Germantown for many eateries and bars to choose from (we especially enjoyed Jonathan’s). Kim goes above and beyond providing coffee, snacks and making sure you have everything you need before and during – we highly recommend her place!

Kim is a great host and this property is a winner! It was perfect for 2 adult couples. For us coffee lovers, having the Keurig and Kpods ready and waiting in the condo was a huge plus. Location is the best as there is covered parking and downtown is a very short drive. There are a few eateries within walking distance. We will be back next year!

This location, for our group, was the perfect spot. It was close to Broadway and all the energy, while being far enough away for a peace and quiet at down times. The morning views were spectacular. The property was clean, well stocked, and a convenient Uber ride to anywhere in the city.

Perfect place for 5 to spend a ling weekend. Walking distance for just about everything. Clean and Kim was very friendly and accommodating.

Our stay was great! We were within comfortable walking distance to Broadway! The condo was clean, organised, and was the perfect amount of space for two couples.

We had 5 in our group. Its a very cozy condo, it’s a mile walk to Broadway, which was fine in the morning, we chose to Uber back at night, way cheaper than a cab. $75.00 for 3 rides for 5 people. The pool was a nice feature too we used it the night we arrived. The owner stayed in touch, asked if we needed anything, which we didn’t, Kim had thought of everything! Highly recommend this condo! Condo is very close to Broadway. Really close to the baseball stadium and fairgrounds. Which is great if you are taking a bus tour. We walked a lot but Uber at night because Nashville has a lot of homeless these days. Very sad. But i always have fun when I have been to Nashville. But when I return with my husband I will definitely check and see if this condo is available. But if you get in on a early flight and need to store your luggage Kim has a lot of numbers she can share that business will store and deliver your luggage later to the condo so you don’t have to walk around with it.

This was our first trip to Nashville, we enjoyed every moment.. Kim’s condo is in a perfect location to walk to downtown.. The deck we enjoyed watching the boats go by.. Was nice that she has coffee & other necessities available.. All communication was perfect.. We hope to come back again..

We just got home from a 3 night stay. The condo was very cute! It was clean and plenty of room. The immediate area around the condo has a lot of construction going on and there are some “sketchy” areas you have to walk thru if you are doing the Broadway area on foot. We ended up taking Uber after the 1st time we walked it. Overall we loved it and Kim was a great hostess!

Easy location near fun spots. Parking is super easy and felt safe especially being close to tourist attractions. Though our stay was short, we enjoyed making time to relish the breeze and lovely view of the river from the balcony.

We had a great time, all we needed was provided, enjoyed being on the water and seeing the party boats and barges moving during the day.

Location was great. Nice and quiet. Easy to get Lyfts and get around.

If I could give the places more than 5 stars I would. The owner is beyond nice and welcoming. She had food and some drinks already in the kitchen, things in the bathroom already for you to use, etc. Usually, VRBOs you have to bring everything in yourself and clean everything before you leave. This place had it all. Just take out the trash, wash dishes, towels in the basket, and leave blankets on the bed. AMAZING!!!!

I went with 4 of my friends and because the condo sleeps 6, we were very comfortable and it was so nice with 2 bathrooms. We had a beautiful view of the Cumberland River and saw several groundhogs playing in the grass. Owner provided many amenities such as coffee kcups & creamer. We loved that we could easily walk to downtown area son the location was perfect. If you happen to book an upstairs unit, just know that there is no elevator... which was not a problem other than taking our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Owner is very responsive and was so nice to let us drop our suitcases off before check-in time due to our early flight arrival. All in all... a great trip and happy with our booking.

Kim is an incredible communicator and really cares about her place and your comfort. The beds are really comfortable and we were able to walk to Broadway easily. Uber was quick for everything else. Definitely walk to Goat for brunch in Germantown. We came for Taylor Swift and could hear a the concerts from Kim’s balcony. Great experience and thank you.

Clean condo, plenty of space for 2 couples and in a great location. Easy walking distance to Broadway and Nashville fun. Free covered parking was a definite plus. Kim was readily accessible if we had any questions. Would definitely stay there on future Nashville trips.

The property was exactly as pictured and described online. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Kim was helpful in answering our questions about the area, as well as a lot of helpful resources were provided in the unit. Everywhere downtown was walkable, but we loved how quiet this complex was. Ubers were readily available and we loved our day spent in Franklin. Thank you Kim for a great stay. We highly recommend!

The location on the river was good and not too far of a walk from main downtown activities. Tons of construction around the condos which made it challenging sometimes but nothing you could control. Cute place and was fine for the short visit. Finishes were a bit outdated in bathrooms but clean. Beds were comfortable. Good location and pleasant stay overall.

This property is very nice. It was very well stocked and spotlessly clean! Very comfortable stay. It was a little too far for older adults to walk to Broadway attractions; but Lyft was easy and inexpensive.

Couldn't ask for a better host. Kim was helpful in answering any questions, offering suggestions, and just having any toiletries or condiments on hand so we didn't have to pack all the extras. I would definitely recommend this condo but more importantly recommend dealing with Kim. Communication is a plus if you rent out a place. We had a wonderful time and appreciate the hospitality and help shown during our stay. Would definitely go back and rent this unit again.
