This property was all we had hoped it would be. In addition to being a very accommodating house for our family of 13 and 4 generations the location could not have been better. From the end of the driveway on the left and 800 feet down the street were all the shops, restaurants, grocery store and liquor store. On the right we were less that 800 feet from one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Again, a perfect week in Florida!

We loved this location, close to the beach as well as short walk to shops. We enjoy the north end of Siesta beach as it is less congested than the south end. Pool & hot tub were a source of great fun. Property managers were responsive immediately responsive with any question or difficulty we had. This is the second time our extended family stayed in this house as it is a challenge to find a 8 bedroom house so close to the beach! The furnishings appeared to have been enjoyed by many people over many years. One refrigerator is a challenge for 20 people. We managed by bringing several large coolers. Despite furnishings, we all enjoyed a fabulous time at this ideal location.

This was a perfect home. The house has a great layout for our family and young grandkids. Very well maintained. We all enjoyed the pool and pool area.

The house was great for accommodating four families with children. Perfect location with a quick walk to either the beach or downtown location. Pristinely clean!!

We came to celebrate my 50th bday with family and had an amazing time. We were walking distance to the beach and also to downtown. The house was just what I wanted, it was super clean, they have everything you need. Great communication with management and easy to check in.

We rented the house for a big family gathering - 5 siblings and their spouses / families with kids of all ages. The house was perfect, each bedroom has its own bath and plenty of space, the pool area is great for Everyone and the kids loved the water slide ! Beach is easily accessible with just a short walk and it’s great for kids too with an amazing sandbar, lots of animals ( we saw manatees, dolphins, sea urchins, crabs, sand dollars, clams…. You name it) and walk The other direction and you are right in town for a nice dinner, grocery stop, the dacqauri bar or even donuts & coffee! It was an ideal location with sooo much space - even with 20 of us we didn’t feel cramped the entire week ! Would definitely stay here again !

We had an amazing stay. Few things needed to be corrected like shower didn’t drain in one bathroom and large leak spot over tub. Would still love to return but when I inquired about 2023 was told price went up 130%. Yes u read it right. I can put a down payment on a home. Disappointed. Really wanted to come back. BUT

The location of this home is perfect. 100 ft to the right, is the beach, 100ft to the left, is the Village. The home looks small from the road but on the inside, it's huge but very well laid out. Bedrooms were a great size and the walls have great sound barrier for anyone that wants to watch TV at night and wont disturb anyone else in other rooms. Noise from the road, was non existent. Even sitting outside by the pool, we were never bothered by any noise. I guess due to all the greenery? The home was very well equipped with everything. The ONLY suggestion, IF I HAD TO make one, is we all wished the fridge was bigger or had an extra fridge outside. With all the people that stayed in the house, storage of fridge food was at a premium and there had to be extra trips to the grocery store...But honestly, the place is wonderful The communication, if I had ANY questions about the property, my emails or phone calls were answered, either immediately or in a timely manner. Communication was perfect. We loved this place so much, we have already booked again for next March. Great memories are made in this house. Maureen

Great location! Loved the layout of the house for our family of 4 generations. Pool/slide/hot tub & Tiki hut was a sure hit for all of the family. Relaxed, casual, beach house was perfect for a wonderful week of fun. Short walk to beach allowed for daily exercise & fun. Short walk to shops & restaurants is so convenient! Management was very nice and responsive to requests. Family wants to vacation here again next year says it all!

Like the house. Liked the location. Short walk to beach. Short walk to village. Management was very responsive to our requests to fix things and provide items we needed. Pool slide was great for the younger kids. Pool and hot tub temperature was always great.

This property was great. It was close to the beach and local restaurants. The house had all the amenities we needed for our week long stay. The pool with slide kept my kids entertained while the cabana kept the adults comfortable in the sun. I highly recommend staying here.

Very easy. The property was exactly as advertised. Loved it!

We had 15 adults and 1 child. So all the couples had their own bedroom. The location of the house was perfect. We walked about 1 block to a beautiful beach and a couple blocks in the other direction to go into the village. The village was wonderful. Great food and shops. We did a ton of activities each day and swam each night in the pool. Perfect! The only complaint was the mosquitoes. I recommend spraying Bifen XTS once a month in the bushes. We would definitely like to return again.

Great stay. We just have one suggestion. The house sleeps 22, but the fridge needs to be bigger. Put in a pantry shelf where the current fridge is and add a double wide on the wall where the cubby bench is. The house set up was wonderful. The pool and tiki area lots of fun.. the walk to the beach awesome.

I love this property! We stayed here for a few days and enjoyed the pool and easy going lay out. If we get another chance, we will definitely go again!

We had a group of 16. Two infants, four toddlers, and 10 adults and we are thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be coming back. The location was perfect with a short 2 minute walk to either the beach or village and the spacing of the house was perfect for babies to nap while the adults still enjoyed having out. The kids favorite part was the pool!

Other than a slight miscommunication regarding check-out this property was PERFECT! Any issues we had (which were MINOR) were addressed by our property manager (Kim) immediately upon notification. Check in was flawless - kitchen might have been a little better equipped to accommodate 15 people but we managed. Beds were comfortable - pool refreshing. Dining room chair covers could be refreshed but didn’t prevent us from using them. Wagon and beach chairs are great for daily beach visits (VERY VERY CLOSE). All in all ... fantastic place to have our family gathering. 15 persons - 6 states.

The layout, accessibility to all Siesta Key has to offer is perfect. The house/pool is AMAZING. Kim is very responsive when I texted a few times. It met and at times exceeded all expectations.

This house was a dream come true for our family! The house is beautiful and well appointed, the pool area is incredible, and the location is absolutely perfect. Only a one or two minute walk to both a beautiful beach, but also to Siesta Key Village with dining and shopping. I was worried that this listing had to be to good to be true, but it exceeded even our highest hopes and expectations! We loved every minute and so will you!

Amazing house with beautiful amenities. Tons of bedrooms with lots of space, every single person in our 9 person group was very comfortable! The house is conveniently located within steps to the beach and siesta key village! Would love to come back with my family!

We had a great stay! The house is perfectly located between the beach and downtown Siesta Key. The house was perfect for our group of 14. The pool with the slide was definitely a main attraction for adults and teens!! Tiki hut and all the chairs were also perfect! We would stay again! Thank you, Kim for your help!

Tropical getaway from all the 2020 craziness. Private, fun pool, with an area for every age. Everyone used the slide and grotto. Tiki bar was a favorite gathering spot. Outstanding ocean access. Great bedrooms with own bathroom was appreciated by all. Beautifully decorated yet comfortable.

The location is fantastic! The layout of the house is better for family. We were 8 senior couples, The 2 bunk rooms sharing a bath wasn’t ideal. Fridge is small, ice maker slow, but a Big cooler in tiki bar was lifesaver. The pool/hot tub were fantastic, spent a lot of time in pool. Would definitely stay there again.

The house and location are amazing. You can’t beat the location of the house. Close to the beach and the village. The pool is fantastic and the kids and adults enjoyed the slide. The house is well appointed and was clean upon arrival. We did see a couple cockroaches and there were little ants all over the house but we called the property manager and she sent someone over right away. Would recommend a better pest control system but otherwise everything about the stay was perfect!

The house and property are beautiful and well equipped. My family of 21 stayed for a week and had a great time in the pool. The kids loved the slide and the adults were in the hot tub a lot. The proximity to the beach and village are perfect. The kitchen was very well supplied. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge and beautiful which I would count as somewhat of a negative as more living space is needed. The table seats 10 and the family room 11 so there is no place for everyone to be together except the pool. Manager was very accommodating.

I think the title says it all. My family’s experience was absolutely flawless. The property lays out beautifully, just about anything and everything you might want is there, and the management of the property (Kelly Hogan) is unparalleled. Loved every minute of our 3 night experience!

We have 8 adults and 5 little ones at this home for a week. Between the pool, hot tub and walking distance to the beach, it was an incredible trip. The kids started every morning in the pool, wandered to the beach, and came home for lunch. Repeat after naps. Ideal for our group.
