Awesome location. We loved the apartment it had everything we needed to enjoy it and the beach. Catherine was great and provided so much helpful information that enhanced our stay greatly.

Catherine was extremely helpful and friendly meeting us early on the first day as we arrived early in Menton so we weren’t stuck with our bags for the day. The apartment is Ideally located with wonderful views of the beach from the balcony and the old town from rear bedroom. Aircon was extremely welcome at the end of hot Aug days out. Washing machine, drier and dishwasher all made this apartment a home from home. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely book here again. Many thanks for a lovely holiday.

We spent 10 nights at the property and it was wonderful, very clean and spacious, great location just across from the beach with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment was so quiet as well which helped as we have young children. Highly recommended this property and we cannot wait to stay again

Emplacement idéal. Appartement nickel avec tout ce qu’il faut. Très bon accueil de Catherine. Nous recommandons sans restriction cette location. Un conseil: penser à demander une réservation pour le Parking situé près de l’appartement, car à Menton stationner c’est difficile et très onéreux

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances dans cet appartement. Il est idéalement situé, à proximité des commerces et de la plage. La vue est incroyable. L'annonce est tout à fait conforme à la réalité. Super accueil à l'arrivée.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful building and a great location. It was perfect for our family! Catherine was so helpful and even picked us up from the train with all our luggage.

A straightforward and faultless arrival with a warm welcome from Philippe - what more could one want. A wonderful old building bursting with character right on the edge of the old town. Everything is within easy walking distance. This spotless top floor flat with it's small balcony overlooking the sea, beach and promenade is spacious, well-lit and very well-equipped. Nothing has been overlooked. Trouble opening a new jar of olives? - the right tool is in the cutlery drawer. Rinsing a glass prior to another beer? - the sink has it all. Water pressure, heating, beds and bedding and the lift - first class. Next time we will try using the garden. Thanks again for the oranges, Philippe.

This is a fantastic apartment overlooking the Mediterranean. For us it was used as a weekend retreat so we could partake in the Fête du Citron, but we could have easily stayed longer. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to make it feel like a home. I loved waking up each morning, opening the sliding glass door, watching the sunrise over the sea, and listen to the waves as they washed against the shore. The location is ideal for walking around Menton, or relaxing on the beach. The farmers market(Marché des Halles) is practically next door. If you plan on eating in, this is where I would recommend buying your produce from. Catherine's hospitality is above reproach. Prior to our arrival she saw to it that we had the contact information for a driver to get us too and from the property and airport. Upon our arrival she gave us a laundry list of places to visit, things to see, and restaurants to eat at. We did our best to fit it all in, but might have to make a trip back next year to check the rest of the boxes. The building itself is very secure with a gate and a coded entry. I believe we pretty much had the top floor to ourselves, so it was mostly quiet(we were able to hear muffled voices and a baby crying-not enough to be a disturbance though), but I could envision the sound traveling if there had been people in the neighboring units. There were three of us which allotted us enough room to spread out and have our own space. The apartment sleeps five, but you might feel a tad crowded with that many people there. All in all the trip was incredible thanks to a quaint apartment, wonderful hostess, and beautiful seaside village to explore.

Nous avons passé un moment formidable dans cet appartement: très bien équipé, très confortable avec une vue splendide sur la mer. De belles activités à faire sur place, pas besoin de voiture, on trouve tout à proximité....Nous le recommandons vivement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l appartement de Corinne Tout d abord l accueil a été très chaleureux et la communication extrêmement facile avec Corinne. L appartement bénéficie d une situation géographique idéale à Menton (en front de mer et en centre ville). Nous n avons pas eu à utiliser notre voiture durant le séjour ce qui était un luxe pour nous avec un bébé. L appartement est totalement équipé , c’était « comme à la maison », ce qui nous a offert un confort optimal (climatisation dans toutes les pièces, lave linge et sèche linge , cuisine totalement équipée, lit bébé,...) Enfin tout était très propre dans l appartement. En fin de séjour nous avons demandé à Corinne de prolonger quelques nuits tellement nous étions biens chez elle. Nous reviendrons probablement à Menton chez Corinne car nous savons que nous passerons d excellentes vacances. Merci Corinne Manon et Robin
