The room was great, and just as described once we got to it! Note that the parking is in back, but the entrance is in front, right next to the restaurant, and you need to go up two very long flights of stairs.

Our family had a great stay. The place was quiet, the beds were comfortable and the amenities were nice. We ate at Koreana right below the apartment and that was fabulous too. After a day of shopping and enjoying downtown, we were close to home. Magpie for breakfast right across the road and Impact Coffee was just down the block.

Wonderful little apartment with a fun location! Since the reserved parking spot was in the alley, we thought the building access door may have been off the alley, as well, but it was just short walk around to the front of the building. Also, had hoped for a 4th kitchen chair since the apartment sleeps 4, but not a big deal.

Easy check in and check out.

Nice 3rd floor apartment facing the Decorah main shopping street. Close to restaurants, shops and multiple coffee. There is a steep stairway to the apartment.

Overall the location and listing are perfect for a get away to Decorah. I look forward to staying here again!

There was a problem with the lock on #3, so the owner immediately switched us to a different room. It was such a great location - right on the main street - that we could walk to everything. I'm glad the other room was available, and we didn't have to leave. We stayed two nights, but I'd love to come back and stay longer. The kitchens mean we'd be able to cook light meals or breakfast without eating out three meals a day. Great stay, great weekend.

Property was nice and what it showed on the pictures. Loud at night as it's on the street side. Lots of loud stairs to get to the apartment. Ceiling fan didn't work. Spiders in the bathroom.

It was all we needed. Quiet, clean, off street parking and right in the heart of the town. Restaurants, shops and coffee all right there. Will stay again. Thank you for the nice accommodations.

I only spent about 24 hours in Decorah but this little apartment was perfect. A small climb up two flights of stairs so I was glad to have packed light. You park in the alley right off Winnebago in spot 3, then walk around the building to the front and enter via the door to the right of the restaurant on Water St. Easy access but not super clear in the listing directions. I enjoyed the powerful AC unit and firm bed and pillows, easy night stay! I didn't have any noise from neighbors or the restaurant.

I would probably stay here again but please upgrade

This is a nice private apartment. Heated tile bathroom floor. Clean comfortable beds. Window heat and air unit works well. It was very cold when we were in Decorah. Parking behind the building. Entrance for unit 3 is in the front of the building a block away. Two story narrow stairs to get to apartment. Good experience.

Stay was good but wish I was instructed that parking was in back and entrance to apt in front. Also they should mention LOTS of stairs 43 to be exact. But great location and I would stay again

We like the facilities and the view!

This place is right downtown and within walking distance to most places you would want to go to here. There was two queen beds so it would be perfect for two couples. My only real complaint is that it was confusing to find the entrance. The parking spot is in the back of the building, but the entrance is in the front. I would recommend just street parking here.
