Air conditioning didn’t work great. Toilet in master was broken. TV Reception was terrible. Unit door didn’t close. Had to pull close. Dirty under the sink.

The room was very nice as exspected at the Fontainbleau. Hotel was super crowded and rather understaffed for check in process. Food was great as well as weather!

The unit was huge! My family of 4 was very comfortable and it was nice to have a little stove to prepare snacks and two bathrooms. We really enjoyed the balcony and the views from the 14th floor. The fountainbleau never disappoints so I knew what to expect there. The owner of the property was very responsive and supportive! Will definitely book this unit again in the future.

Our overall stay was great! The location was good and room was exactly what we needed. The view from the porch is amazing! We were notified the day of our arrival that check-in would be delayed due to additional cleaning, which worked out ok since they allowed us to access the pool. We understand this is due to additional COVID cleaning procedures and support that, but would've been nice to know before our arrival date so we could adjust to later flights or plan something else for the day, at minimum pack our pool items separately to avoid opening entire suitcases. Additionally, we were charged an extra cleaning fee and had to contact Accounting a few times but they did end up removing it. Overall great place!

House keeping or front desk were not reachable from room Worst part is my door was broken and I was locked out entire trip going up and down four to five times a day alllowing security to let me in and keep changing code to keys On last day , the finally figured out that the door was broken Absolutely ruined my stay. Vrbo must check property to ensure that everything is in working order.The master bathroom tub did not work(could NOT get hot water)to take a bath&The dishwasher did not work(it went on but doesn’t clean dishes or silverware!

The location was great for either staying on the property or quick trips to nearby locations. The space was perfect with a nice place to dine and cook meals in the morning before heading out. Thank you management team

The best experience

Nice one bedroom with kitchen & two bathrooms. Was able to go to Publix & get coffee pods and water. The valet can get a little crazy but you can call ahead of time to have your car waiting.

We had a short 3 night stay before our cruise. The unit, views and property were wonderful ! Would definitely stay here again but much longer.

Beautiful condo with plenty of room. Very clean. Nice to have the two full bathrooms. Beautiful view off the large balcony.

Perfect one barroom condo with all of the amenities of the hotel. FANTASTIC view of the ocean! I would absolutely stay here again!

The Fontainebleau property is huge by US-Florida standards. Reminded us of a Caribbean Resort. The unit we stayed in was perfect for family of 5. Extra large 1 bedroom with over-sized bathroom, walk in closet, living room with pull out couch, full kitchen with all appliances and utensils. (Wish there was a blender). A second full bathroom, dining area, MAC computer with free wifi, large balcony with table and chairs. Did I mention washer/dryer in unit? Supermarkets are near by, so breakfast and lunch were easy in house. Private unit was treated like hotel unit with service ect... Several restaurants on the grounds, Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive are 5 minutes away. Valet Parking was included in my unit, others had to pay $48 per day (Ouch), 15 minute wait was max, but call ahead and car was waiting. Bars were expensive, $15 beers and $26 Mixed however there were several beer/wine stores in 5 minute walking distance. Never a problem finding pool chairs/beach chairs for 5, even with the resort being sold out. Seaweed on the beach the first few days due to storms at sea, but non-issue really. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Loved it so much, looking to re-book already.

Room was spacious and really enjoyed having a full kitchen. Only complaint was the furniture in the room needed some improvements. Some of the pieces, dining chairs, drapes, and master bed had significant damage to them. Sink in the master bath wasn’t draining. Overall great hotel and great room. Would stay here again. No problems checking in or parking with valet. All ran smoothly.

Great place weather could’ve been better but all in all awesome place on Miami Beach
