I like everything about the apartment

The appartment was bigger than expected and beautifully furnished. The location just above 5th street was good and supermarkets and excellent restaurants very close by. The communication with the host via email was very smoothly and he responded instantly any time.

There was a distinctive smell in the living room and the view wasn’t great from the lower appartment.

Team is very quick to send updates regarding check ins etc although have zero compassion. We had booked a 5 week holiday although unfortunately 4 days into our holiday our son had an accident and required surgery and we returned to Australia after he was discharged. Despite rescuing out to both the property and Bookings.com there was zero empathy and “Bruno” simply reiterated policy needed to be applied. It think Bruno needs some training on customer service and escalating requests. No refund.L and no chance we would ever book with this property again

The details of the Appartment undersold the facilities. We were told there was no beach towels, minimal cleaning materials. Both were supplied.

Location

Most of the apartments didn´t have the nice balcony pictured. Only a long and narrow one at the back with a view of the trash cans. Access to the balcony was through one of the bedrooms.

lovely apartment right in the heart of south beach. I really liked the apartment- really nice furniture and decor and spacious. easy entry and exit at all times of the day.

minor thing- we couldn’t open the cupboard where the washer was but there was a laundromat right beside the apartment

The apartment was great, the location was perfect, close to the beach, but in a quiet neighborhood.

We arrived at 2 pm and I asked if we could leave our luggage there. As nobody was there we tried to get in the room with the code. The room was ready but they didn’t let us go in, we just stayed outside until it was 4pm. So I found it unnecessary and stupid. Also, in the photos there were an umbrella and sunbeds on the beach, but it wasn’t the case. We received 2 beach towels, but we were 4 people.
