The pool and the space

Needs to repair the safety lock when you close the door put the little latch and it locks it, but the other side was not there

I liked that the pool was right out the front door. Very convenient. Location was convenient to everything. Staff was phenomenal!! Every issue I had was responded to very quickly!!

The condo was not as clean as I would have hoped for. There were issues with the hot water on our second day but this resolved. I did not like that the photos indicated a washer and dryer on site and it was hard to find quarters to wash clothes. Had we known this we could have made arrangements beforehand. Did not like that beach access was a distance up the road. With two small children walking there was impossible. Had to pay every time we went to the beach. The gentleman across the street let some people in the beach access the were staying at Las Palmas but he turned us away. Very aggressive as well.

The set up was perfect

It is dirty stained has broken down furniture out of date furniture and you have to pay to park to go to the beach a half mile down the road

The walk to the beach was doable. The big coffee maker was nice.

The whole place was filthy and smelled moldy. I thought they were going to clean and bring fresh towels. There was popcorn on the couch and an open box of cookies under the king bed, hair all over both bathrooms, the stall curtain was dirty and mildewed , the tub stopper didn't work, there was sand in the beds and the king bedspread was wadded up dirty in the closet so sheets all had to be washed to sleep in, the floors turned socks and bare feet black as charcoal and made black soles on shoes, the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and we had to wash everything we used, the stove and counters were sticky and dirty, and a bloody Q-tip was left by the kitchen faucet. Basically it looked like someone had been living there and had just left. Also excessive street noise all night made sleep difficult, i.e. beeping trash pick-up, loud vehicles, sirens, a police 3-car chase. Very unpleasant. I truly believe I should have a refund of the "professional cleaning service" fee. Will definitely NOT return.

Great price. Great location, just right for walking, far enough away from the busy places. Nice convince store with a great little coffee shop . Well within walking distance.

Internet went out often. Would be nice if we had beach access right across the street, we had to walk a little distance for public beach access.

Minor thing have to carry my stuff up the stairs.
