Great experience overall. Simple walk to the beach (2 blocks), amazing private pool and nice neighborhood. Only "negative", due to traffic on the main road (located next to the house) you get some noise, but nothing major. I would recommend this house to anyone.

House was very nice. Location to the beach was awesome but to close to busy noisy Gulf Drive. Pool and outdoor was great but sun not on pool this time of year. Wish there was an elevator and better pans for cooking and need plastic bowls and plates for the pool area.

We used the hot tub and pool daily, and the area below the deck was really nice with all the furniture. The sleeping arrangements are great for groups, however the pillows in this location desperately need to be replaced. The information on the property leads renters to believe it is closer to the beach than it actually is, and you cannot see the beach at all from the house. it is up the road and about a 5 minute walk. There are chairs and an umbrella in the garage we used, which was really nice because we almost hired a company to bring them. Overall, the house was really spacious and we had tons of room and didn't feel crowded with our family of 8 staying there. It was really comfortable (except the pillows on the beds).

Lovely stay at this property. The beach is one of the closest and beautiful’s on the area, Anna Maria Islands offers the cleanest beach and the must family oriented atmosphere ever. Love this place and the Sato Rentals team.

This home has it all!! The location couldn’t have been better. The amenities were super. We enjoyed the pool so much that some days we forgot to walk the short 2 blocks to the ocean! Our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kiddos) had the most perfect time.

My family had a ball at this beautiful house. The beach was right down the street and the pool and hot tub were used every day of our stay. My only criticism is the grill. For such a high end house, the grill was very low end, dirty and unusable. We wanted to grill but at the last minute discovered that the starter was broken. Our dinner plans went out the window as we had no matches or lighter. Also, the kitchen is not well stocked with cooking tools if you want to make your meals here. For example, no big pot for spaghetti! Cooking utensils were minimal. I guess most guests do not do much cooking. However, this is still a five star property, and our stay here was very enjoyable.

We had a party of 10-2 families. Easy check-in checkout. Had everything we needed for Thanksgiving.

We loved the location of the house, the number of bedrooms & bathrooms and the pool area. But it is very loud from the constant traffic on Gulf Dr. It's difficult to sleep in any of the bedrooms. The house could also use extra blankets.

We had such a great time staying at this house. The house is clean, spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Minutes walk to the beach ! We stayed with kids ages ranging from 6 months to 8 years old and everyone enjoyed their stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and organized when we got there. Pros: - cleanliness - comfort in rooms and living room (my room was the blue room which was gorgeous!) -bathrooms were really nice (you can tell they were upgraded) -walking distance to the beach (no more than 2 min walking) -pool and jacuzzi (nice space around the pool area to sit and relax) - spacious kitchen Cons: - the kitchen had labels of where things were supposed fo go however, there were a lot of items missing, not sure what happened. -the pool was freezing. We had told the manager and they did send someone however, they didn’t measure the temperature the best way. The post said the pool was heated. - We didn’t have neighbors on our left however, if they were ppl there it would have been really close. (We we’re happy that there wasn’t anyone there) Overall: We enjoyed our stay and would return! I hope this was informative for others. :)

The home was clean and was a few minute walk to the beach. The home had everything we needed, and was spacious enough for everyone. The pool and hot and outdoor seating were very nice to sit and relax. The home is located on the corner and the street is a little busy.

The property was great and the rental company was quick to respond. The house was clean inside. The only problem was the area around the pool needed to be cleaned, there was broken glass that unfortunately I stepped on and the outdoor furniture needs a little cleaning. Just be aware that the house is next to a busy road. Other than that it’s a great place for a vacation.

The property is amazing. It was very clean on the check-in. It provides bath and pool towels, pool heat and grill included. It is super close to the beach (less than 3min walking). Definitely recommended!

House was beautiful and well furnished. Just a couple minutes walk to the beach. Busiest we have seen Anna Maria, assuming it’s because no one is staying in hotels, renting houses instead. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.

We were so looking forward to a relaxing getaway after months of being quarantined with the kids. We had heard about the beauty of Anna Maria Island and were very excited about this trip! Given the health concerns at the time, and covid 19 fears, we were very wary about choosing the right place. We trusted that renting from Vrbo would ensure we were in a clean, disinfected and safe home where we could disconnect for a bit and relax. Sadly, we are disappointed with our experience overall and are upset with what we encountered. Upon arrival we noticed the extremely busy and loud street right next to the house, not to mention dangerous for kids. It is not only loud, but the walls in some of the bedrooms rattle when cars drive by. There is dust everywhere, and we mean everywhere: Lamps, wall decorations, the door of the air handler, etc. The kitchen was simply not thoroughly cleaned. It was not clean to our usual standards but most definitely not for COVID-19 standards. All the cabinet doors were dirty. It was dusty inside the kitchen cabinets, all the glasses, pans, utensils were dirty. Pots and pans where actually and literally dirty. They were in the cabinet not washed! The floors where sticky and sandy. The doors throughout the house had black dirty finger and hand prints all over them. None of the outdoor furniture was cleaned. The pool was dirty, the floor around the pool looked and felt under your feet like it had not been cleaned in years. The outdoor fans barely worked. We were never able to figure out which of the many remotes we found in a drawer worked the TV outside, we were never able to use it. Why are they not labelEd???? Why is it a guessing game? Basics were completely missing! There was not enough soap, toilet paper or paper towels. The internet barely functioned. Making it impossible for us to work (which was part of our plan while here). This caused major mayhem. In fact that is the case overall with this house. Not only was it not “normally” cleaned it was most definitely not to the standards that should be being followed due to the situation we are living in with the Pandemic. By comparison, the house next door was in much better condition. Definitely much cleaner, and especially looking at the stairs in the backyard Which are very dangerous and have no grip of any kind. Considering there is no bathroom downstairs, and you have to walk up and down the stairs, this is an extremely concerning situation.

The house was fantastic and located just a short walk from the beach. There were several beach items available for us to use so we didn't have to buy our own equipment. It was nice to have our own pool and hot tub. Also very convenient to have laundry facilities to wash the provided beach/pool towels.

Location was a short walk to beach which was great but it is on a busy street. The house was generally well equipped with all of the essentials, including beach towels, but I would recommend bringing extra blankets, and your own pillow if you can (they were thin). The booking and check in process were very easy. The beaches in Anna Maria are beautiful. The pool area was the best aspect of the house. There was a shaded tiki bar area as well as a great hot tub.

The property was well maintained. Instructions were clear for the pool, etc. we enjoyed the proximity to the beach!

The house was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 4 plus my parents and my sister. There was plenty of space and rooms were nice sizes with large bathrooms. The only negative was the bedding. There aren't comforters, just bedspreads and we were cold the first night. We called the next day and within a couple hours they dropped off comforters and blankets for us. Slept great after that. We have 2 boys ages 5 & 8. The heated pool and hot tub got used 2-3 times per day- one of the best parts of this house. Pool was gorgeous. It was a very short walk to the beach~2 min walk. It was also right across the street from the trolley stop which was so convenient. We utilized the free trolley many times. Check in was super easy and fast. We really enjoyed this house for our first visit to Anna Maria. Would highly recommend.

It was easy, as expected and a good rental company to deal with

Lots of space to spread out for big group. Great showers in baths, spacious kitchen, fabulous back yard - nice and big for entertaining. Pool, hot tub - all worked well, clean. Back yard doesn't get much sun - trees hide it 1/2 of day - but still great place to hang out. It's only 2blocks to gorgeous beach - not crowded. Condo supplies lots of beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs - that's excellent. Big downside - this property is on corner of main artery avenue coming into Anna Maria. Busy, noisy traffic all day, though quiet at night. there are no shops immediately nearby, it's a long walk or you can wait for the Tram (free bus). Also, steps to pool/hot tub is down iron circular narrow stairs (like in a lighthouse), so small kids, older folks, or drunken folks need to be extra careful. Amenities are dated - old TV, not a smart TV, so bring an HDMI cable. Coffee maker, microwave, all dated and need replacing. It's a good property for big groups, just know that you're right on the main drag even though you're also close to the beach.

Only a short walk to the beach. Great house for a large group. Enjoyed close family staying. Nice pool area with heated hot tub which was even nice in the summer. Only draw back for us was limited kitchen supplies for families eating mostly in home and no rugs at all in the house for coming in and in common areas which allowed the floors to get dirty quick.

The property, as listed, was exactly as described when we arrived. We enjoyed a family beach get-away with our grown children and grandchildren. The home provided the opportunity for all of us to make lifetime memories together. My only comment would be to provide additional kitchen items (serving platters, bowls, cookware). We had to get creative in preparing meals but otherwise the home and amenities were great. Would definitely recommend! The grandkids are already asking when we can return.
