This is an awesome place for multiple families to stay together! The location is very nice, at most a 5 minute walk to the beach (for children with little legs). I will say the only thing lacking is beach supplies. 3 small chairs was pretty much it. We left behind a bunch of sand toys but you will need your own tent or umbrella. Overall we will definitely stay here again!

Very nice home for our family of 10! Perfect layout with multiple king beds and bunks for kids. King mattresses were very worn down but worked!

There were pros and cons to this property. It was a large home that accommodated our family of 10 quite well. The location was very nice. Just a short 2 block walk to the beach and very close to many shops and restaurants. The pool was also a good size and had many toys/accessories to keep our family occupied for hours. Unfortunately, the home was not very clean when we arrived. Specifically, the floors and furniture. We spent some time immediately upon arrival vacuuming. There was sand EVERYWHERE and the carpet in the living room was filthy. The couches in the living room are very well worn and covered in stains. I understand it’s a rental, but I think it’s time for some upgrades to this property. It’s much more worn than the online pictures show. My last con is that there is very little shade outside. We were constantly moving furniture around as the day went on to be out of the sun. Overall, we had a nice vacation at this rental. With a few changes, this property would be perfect!

They have somebody doesn’t like the people rent at this home because we was at the pool just talking between 4 people and someone call the police so you can’t talk outside you have to be silent absolutely

The Silver Surf was the perfect space for our group of (12) family and friends. The pictures don’t do it justice!! We used the pool and hot tub daily and enjoyed the convenience of the beach a short 2 blocks away!

The house and location were great! The only downside was that the landscaping around the pool has grown a lot since the photo of the pool and we had no sun on the pool at all. Other than that a great family trip!!

Walking distance to the beach, very spacious and meticulously clean. Weather was awesome. We had a wonderful time. We will definitely come back.

We had a group of 9 people (5 adults, 4 kids) and we had a wonderful time in the house. The whole house was clean and organized when we got there. All the adults had king beds which was a huge plus. The short walk to the beach was perfect! The pool kept us entertained throughout our stay as well. We will definitely be back for another vacation stay!

Had 6 adults and 2 Toddlers. Great house. Loved the pool and hot tub. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach (2 blocks). We will be back!!!

The house was lovely and the pool area was quite nice but more attention could have been spent on cleaning the floors prior to our visit. We also felt that the kitchen could have been better equipped. We had to call for supplies and management responded quickly but cleaning crew should pay better attention to items such as kitchen scissors, measuirng spoons, kitchen mits and the such. Lastly it would have been nice to know of items at the house such as Xbox (we could have brought games), beach toys and wagon so we didn't have to bring extra items with us.

Location was amazing. House is beautiful. 3 minutes to beautiful beach. Only real issue is House was not stocked similar to other vrbo’s we have stayed in. No condiments. Basic cooking supplies. We had to buy own toilet paper. Also after long day of travel had to go to office to get code that could have been texted to us.

This clean, beautiful, large home was the great fit for us and our friends winter beach getaway! 2 blocks from the powdery beach, great pool and hot tub, short distance from restaurants, bars, grocery and activities made it easy for our large group to come and go. All appliances and dishes there and ready to use, along with beach towels, chairs, umbrella and wagon (wish it listed these so we didn't have to travel with towels) ready for us to use. Large kitchen made it nice to stay in and cook or get food delivered.

Our group of 10 had a wonderful week at Silver Surf! The house is spacious and nicely decorated. There are three separate bedroom areas, which provided some good privacy — one up a short flight of stairs with two bedrooms, a sitting area, and a full bath, one at the front of the house with an en suite full bathroom, and two off of the living rom with two full bathrooms and a hallway area with two bunk beds (there’s no door for the bunk bed area). The beds were comfortable, and the linen service provided plenty of bath and beach towels. The pool is heated and large with a hot tub and lush tropical landscaping, and the beautiful beach is a short 5-minute walk at the end of the street. The management company was very responsive to our calls about a few minor items. Overall, it’s a great property!

The house and location were everything you could want. It’s just a short stroll to the beach and the pool was a great way to cool off. Inside, the house was large and comfortable. The only negative was that the outdoor furniture needs to be updated. Our group of twelve all agreed we would go back in a heartbeat.

This home had everything we needed. Attention to details was a huge plus. Beds were comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Had an issue with our tv and management was on top of it and had it replaced immediately. Enjoyed our time there.

From arrival, this property made us feel like home. For 4 nights, my family and I enjoyed the heated pool, short walk to the beach, and plentiful living space in the kitchen/family room area. The home was presently for sale, and the agency was very good about letting me know about a last minute showing of the house, just so we were informed. Check-in and check-out were also very simple. The home was among the cleanest places I have ever stayed at, with plenty of instructions and information about pretty much anything you could think of. Would definitely consider it next time we stay on Anna Maria Island.

Sato real estate is a great place to work with. They always responded to our call. The only complaint is they need more then one trash can for a 5 bedroom house

We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach area and loved having the pool at our house. The customer service before and during the trip was good. the furnishings and rooms were all excellent.
