We are 5 retired women who travel well together but like to have our own bedrooms. This property was perfect for us with comfortable furnishings and a wonderful pool area. Our check in 3 stars reflect a plumbing issue which delayed our arrival time and heating the pool. Miguel and owner Daniel were easy to communicate with and responsive. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay!

As advertised. if the location is right for how you are travelling around, you can’t go wrong with this home.

Our family lives on the central coast where it’s usually foggy and cold in the winter. We love coming to Palm Springs to get a break from the cold. We had a lovely time soaking in the sun. The house was a perfect place to do just that.

We had an excellent time! There were 6 ladies over 60 staying for a week. It was clean and had plenty of towels. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you can need! A couple hiccups at checking in but resolved very quickly! We will definitely be back!

The accommodations were clean and comfortable Kitchen has everything you would every need to prepare a meal Outdoor cushions need to be replaced but still useable The central air is noisy at night when it starts up Very pleasant stay all in all!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. Everyone had their own rooms and privacy. Plenty of bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the family. The younger kids lived in it! Plenty of space in the kitchen, dining room or outdoor patio for eating. I would recommend to all for a home away from home!

Our family of 7 had a fantastic time. The house was very comfortable and well stocked. The pool and hot tub were very popular. Charming, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely go back again.

There was an issue with our booking and so the house was not ready when we arrived. However the property manager rushed over and got it set up for us, and the owner and I came to a fair agreement to make up for the inconvenience. The place was great! Lots of space and big comfy beds. Everyone had some privacy. The pool was nice too, we spent basically all our time there. It’s totally walking distance to a lot of places, but we didn’t walk anywhere because it was 118. Really appreciated the dishwasher and the easy check out process. There were several little things that needed to be repaired (the couch leg, cabinet doors, etc) but these were pretty minor. More than anything I appreciated being able to communicate with the owner directly (the phone number listed here is inaccurate and does not go anywhere— I got the right number from the manager). He was very kind and apologetic for the issues.

The house was roomy and had more than enough space for us. The checkin process was seamless and I would definitely use the property again. The kids and adults alike enjoyed the pool and spa. There were more than enough amenities for me and my family. The neighbors were very nice, the grocery stories, restaurants, coffee shops, casino and bars were all within 1 mile of the property. It was an awesome time with the family in the pool during the whole weekend. The neighborhood is quiet so you have to be mindful of noise for the other neighbors as well. The house is clean and spacious. The person who helped us check in that afternoon, Brenda, was awesome as well. Will definitely be coming back here again.

This property works well for a family gathering. Great location, pool/hot tub and a large outdoor table. Unfortunately, the property manager wasn't managing. This house was incredibly dirty/disrepair. The owner did replace the fridge, called the plumber and apologized, including a gift basket. We did a lot of cleaning!

Three generations were there for 11 days and we had a marvelous holiday. Extra table and chairs were provided. there was even a play pen for the baby. Thank you for your extra considerations!

The house was large and plenty big enough for 3 families. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Everything worked well and the grandkids were happy with channel selection for their kids movies. Our 4 year old granddaughter learned to swim while we were there. I highly recommend this property.

Our family spent a wonderful week at this lovely home in Palm Springs. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Everyone had a wonderful time in the pool. The property manager responded quickly to one small problem we had. We would highly recommend this home for a large group. The location was great. We were able to walk to the park with the kids. We are very grateful for our family get together.

I rented this property for my daughters bachelorette party. There was plenty of room for 8 people. The property was located in a great location, close to grocery store, restaurants and night life. We had a great time! Brenda was very nice when checking in and informative.

Close to airport, downtown, clean, and beautiful. My friends and I had a wonderful time relaxing and celebrating here.

Our Family truly enjoyed staying at the Life of Riley Home while we celebrated my Husband's 80th Birthday. The person (woman) who checked us in upon arrival was very welcoming and was able to get us in early which was greatly appreciated. The Pool and Spa were wonderful and worked perfectly. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and made cooking several meals fairly easily. The 5 bedrooms were excellent with very good mattresses. I do suggest you advertise this rental as sleeping for 10, not 12. The futon appears to have one broken leg and is quite soft. It is also not convenient to have someone sleeping in the living/dining area. It would also be nice if the dining table would seat at least 10 as the place is advertised for and preferably 12+ which we needed for our Birthday Dinner Party. Perhaps even adding a folding card table and folding chairs would be helpful. A few of the electrical plugs do not work and the light in the dining room needs some bulbs replaced. Parking was very convenient and the lock on the door with thee code worked great. It was nice not having to have keys for the number of people we had in our group. We also loved have close it was to town as several of our group brought bicycles and had fun riding around the area and to town. All in all - we really liked the place and would definitely think of using it again. The weather was even very nice after Thursday - Just a little cool!

The owners and house keeping is joy to work with. We felt it was truly home away from home. Super nice people to work with. Thank you for everything!
