Carpet a bit old with stains. No wheelchair available in case of a need for one.

The only thing i didnt like is that i got double charged. Was told it was just a "hold on the money" and "should get it back in a couple days" when at check in i got told i wouldnt be charged at all till check out. So in total they put a hold on 200 dollars ....

Beds were awful. Hard beds, too hot or too cold due to bedding. Time for a mattress change.

Convenient location near the airport.

Wish they had a workout room.

I wish the bathroom was split so when one is showering the vanity can still be used. if you could put a magnified mirror in the bathroom that would be awesome.

Door going out to pool was broken so you could not come back in that way, elevator went out and I was on the 3rd floor which was difficult for my age and health and had to change rooms 3 times. Staff moved me to the first floor when the elevator went out which was appreciated but after having to move from another room because the door quit locking was ridiculous.

I booked the hotel and requested two queen beds in the room. I received an email confirmation that I was in a room with queen beds. Upon arrival, the room had two double beds and the hotel said that they don't have queen beds. The beds were horrible.
