It was OK for sleeping, but it’s honestly one of the worst Motels I’ve ever been in. I gave it points for being quiet, and a very simple check in, but if you don’t read all 50 signs in the office ahead of time, you’re going to be thrown off by something. It wasn’t clean, when we walked in the room smelled like old cigars AND the AC was off so that was gross. The bathroom door was clearly not clean. Many of their towels are permanently stained (in the human brain, stained = dirty, I don’t make the rules). The microwave was sitting inside of the fridge that was next to the table INSIDE of the closet (so if you needed to actually hang a bunch of things, you couldn’t). The property is definitely one of those you want to have some form of protection on you, because you might be approached by a traveling “lot lizard” or suspicious person. The bed and bedsheets have stains on them (dried blood isn’t much of a pathogen but it is definitely gross). BUT if you try to raise concerns to the office, they’ll just threaten to cancel your reservation instead of saying “I’m sorry, I can try to fix that”. If you try to park where you have eyesight of your vehicle, you’ll get scolded for not parking where you’re “supposed” to be (there’s no signage for that, I checked). I give them a B for consistency, because “no vaping” but also “steam baths will set off the smoke alarm”, ON WHAT PLANET?! The outlets are a fire hazard itself! Also, the crotchety old guy shouldn’t be working with the public.

Maid only came once on second day of 5 day stay. I ran out of towels on last day. Garbage was not emptied during entire stay. Toilet paper rack spindle was missing. The place was run down and not not kept up with even minimal repars.

We were late arrivals didn't get there till about midnight the gentleman still took care of us rang the doorbell and he came and got us our room overall it was a nice place to lay our heads for about 4 hours before our flight took off

I didn’t like anything about this place it was dirty, unsafe, had a terrible smell (a mixture of cigarettes with alcohol mixed with pinesole). The property also called us around 7pm to let us know that we had to make the reservation payment over the phone in order to keep the reservation because we weren’t able to make the payment after midnight. So we would loose the reservation we made the payment but we stay for only 20 minutes after arrival around midnight. We called ahead to let them know we would be arriving late and it was okayed by the property. We couldn’t handle the smell that was in that room, and how everything was dirty or broken. This place needs to be either fixed or get shut down. There was no safety lock, there was hair and dust everywhere, and a vibe like someone was watching us. When we asked for a refund the front desk guy refused saying we had to speak with Expedia, I tried to explain that since we paid him directly that he had to do it whether it was partial or full. He then started to be become loud and rude with me, since it was late at night and we are two girls we took ourselves out of the situation and get somewhere save. For anyone staying there, please don’t for your own safety.

I want a refund I didn't stay my cousin was refunded her money she found bed bug's this motel was not what it appeared during booking.

Easy to get to, 20 minutes from the fairgrounds & was clean.

The room smell like pee I basically have had to clean it myself with two times I stayed there the manager called me and asked me why I gave him such a bad review first time I stayed there the tub didn't work the water was up to my calf muscles and the second time I stayed there the shower smell like peeing and I had to change the shower curtain myself that's why I didn't

Staff was nice. The room has been updated and was nice for a motel.

Upfront info: I’m a single dude and I needed a place to sleep and that’s pretty much it so I wasn’t personally dissatisfied especially for the price. However, the water was not the best (undrinkable), there was evidence of the last renter (chips etc under the bed) and the property is in general older and in need of some TLC (duct tape etc holding some tiles and whatnot in place). It served its purpose and I didn’t overpay. Check-in was easy. I didn’t need anything so I didn’t interact with staff. I slept fine. I wouldn’t recommend you stay here if you’re particularly picky but I found it to be enough for what I needed.

It was a no frills motel. We were in town for one night and just needed a place to lay our heads. The bed was soooo comfortable and did it’s job for our short stay.

Poor staffing,poor customer service, bedding,towels and cleaning not maintained. We had to clean out trashcans and regularly refresh towels from office. Love sweaty humid sheets,changed once, offered to do it,but,leaving next day manager said," what the point". Maybe call it a self serve hotel, that would be a good or better description. Stay 1 night, your good, after that. NO way.

Everything went smooth. The place was clean and quiet!!! We will be back the next time we are in town!!!

It did the job of providing a cheap bed during the Indy 500 weekend. However, my room was fairly dirty and the bathroom had several maintenance issues.

The person at the front desk was very nice. The room needs some attention. The bed was comfortable but the cleaning needs some work . The bathroom could have been better. And not all the lights worked. I would stay there again if I were looking for a cheap place to stay.

Everyone is very friendly. Checking in and out was very simple and straight forward. I would recomend staying here over some of the more expensive hotels in the area. Easy access to indianapolis international airport. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

My sons and myself had a wonderful time and a warm welcome. The hospitality was awesome.

There was no pillows in the room and when I called for them the front desk guy brought them but he was holding them under his arms with a wife beater t shirt

Quick and easy check-in Bed was comfy Nice big fridge - no shampoo or conditioner left - Tv setup was just a Fire tv - bathroom was rough showing signs of a remodel that weren’t cleaned up

I was glad that the bedding looked clean. There were no wash clothes. Service was limited to specific times then the office was closed. The worst thing was that it was by far the filthiest place I had ever stayed. Remnants of food and trash on floor. If you took your shoes off your feet were totally black in no time. The tub and walls were also very dirty.

The room was clean and freshly painted. It was a great color. Attention to detail would have made it a little nicer, but overall, it was a fine room.

I booked two rooms through Hotels.com. When I arrived, only one room was available. This was problematic since we had 6 people. We made the best of it, but it sounds like there was a disconnect between hotels.com and the actual motel.

it was convienant but i assume the prooms next to us had people who acutally lived there and i felt a little uncomfortable.

The bed was large and comfortable, but sheets were a bit small. Could tell the property was not in optimal shape, but repairs could be seen on wall trim, ceiling, floor, etc. Shower was hot and standard supply on soap, shampoo, and conditioner. A bit more care in cleaning cobwebs in corners the AC filters is needed.
