This establishment should not be in business. I wonder how they pass health inspection. Awful service and very dirty and most importantly UNSAFE . That’s why I had to cancel

It was dirty the staff was really mean and they didn’t help me they didn’t have my room that I payed for they said I was suppose to get refund

Well 3:00 a.m. it started to thunder and lightning and rain and I received water from the outside on the inside of my room so I cleaned up water basically all night try to reach the front desk no one was there went down in the pouring rain to see what the problem was no one was there the note on the door said I'll return shortly no one ever returned until 6:30 a.m. then when they returned they informed me that they would send maintenance I really didn't care about maintenance all I wanted was another room so I ended up paying for another room and this awful charge that they charge you $25.30 bucks utility cost I asked what was that and reference of he couldn't explain he said management whatever that meant so I ended up paying $107 through booking.com and then $87 when I got to the room wow mind you they never did anything about me and the water damage to my clothing my luggage I had to wash and dry my luggage myself they never offered to reimburse me of anything way to go thanks a lot studio 6 booking.com way to go

The tv wasn’t working and I asked everyday 1 or 2 times for it to be fixed. The manager (Indian woman I think) was not at all interested in resolving this issue and kept saying it would be. I was there almost a week! I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience to her and how dare I ask for a working tv!!! She was making fun of me and being sarcastic about everything! Also, there was NOT ONE towel in the room upon arrival and I was basically mocked when I asked for towels on the 2nd day and she asked if I showered and if so how without a towel… and seemed to be insinuating I was lying or something I don’t know, but I’ve never experienced such communication issues with a hotel, concierge or reception when Requesting things that are included and certainly not a luxury!!! It took almost 48 hours to get towels And I had to use a T-shirt to dry off!!! I also mentioned that there were several cockroaches in the room and she told me they would spray in the room and they never did! Furthermore, she told me they would be matching the rate at $85 a night from the Booking.com rate when i paid directly to her to extend my stay and I did and in fact, she charged me more ! The lack of professionalism and pure disregard for my basic requests is unacceptable and I will never return to that hotel or any From that brand!

This is the second time that I’ve stayed in this hotel because I travel for work. This last experience they put me in a room upstairs. The bathroom had no door no toilet paper no paint no towels to shower.
