Location Pool heated and clean

There 7 days and never saw housekeeping. Had to go to office for towels. Mattresses terrible and sheets too small for bed

Internet didn’t work - it wasn’t acknowledged - we gave notice twice - we weren’t told it didn’t work - we we told somebody would come fix it - then it came out later that it wasn’t working it wasn’t going to work it was an on going problem. Is someone had just been up front in the. Beginning - we could have accepted it - but it was like being lied to -

wifi was poor at the time but I understand being addressed.

The location was the best part.

We were placed in the wrong room upon arriving and went to the front desk to resolve the issue and they were not helpful or accommodating at all. We paid for the deluxe queen suite and were placed in a regular open room with 2 small beds. The staff at the hotel blamed booking and booking blamed the hotel and the issue was not at all resolved. We were told we would be refunded and moved to the right room and that never happened. The staff refused to move us to the right room and would say they were “fully booked” and had no vacancies when you could still go online and book a new room for the night. Another guest was having the same issue and trying to book an extra room to have more space and was told they had no vacancies and she went outside booked a room online and went back in and was given the key and check in to her extra room after being told there were none. The location of this hotel being on the beach was the only pleasant thing. Not to mention the pool was dirty and had drained halfway where there was barely any water in it and a staff member came out and poured chemicals in the pool while there were people in it and proceeded to try and “refill” it as people were sitting in the half filled pool.

Sink in bathroom was continually stopped up badly. Room key cards were constantly having to be replaced as they were ineffective after only one day. Marijuana use by some of the guest was prevalent. The odor was terrible in hallways.

Location was amazing! Got there and they didn’t give me the room I picked, but quickly got me the room we booked. Staff was polite and did a great job. There was a water leak one day so we had no water for a few hours, but no huge deal because we were headed out anyway. The WiFi was pretty nonexistent though. Since I was working through my vacation, that wasn’t great but just used my hotspot. Overall, great experience. It’s difficult to find a place right on the beach, with a full kitchen, and not pay $5,000+ for the week.

Jet ski rentals right where guests need the beach. Also, room had some damage ( left over from recent remodel I guess). Also, staff said they would try to check us in early since we arrived 2 hours earlier than we expected. Even let them know my insulin needed to be refrigerated. Wasn't allowed to enter unit until 3:59...

I liked that the hotel was last on the beach. No one to your right side. The beds were comfy.

Mold on the shower head. Dirty walls, ice machine never worked and building just looked like it was honestly falling apart. Kinda sketched me out.

Parking lot poorly laid out. Laundry across main road but they don’t provide change to use it. Old and needs upgrade.

Somewhat dated. Ceiling needed painting. Just the basics supplied.

Back sliding doors don't have locks, be aware, and I booked a different room from what they gave me. Confirmed my refund, but I am now having issues with the hotel confirming my refund to booking.com. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The parking lot only holds like 25 cars if that

when the electric went out on half of my room the staff was fast to react to get it fixed. it was beachside and you can see the dolphins playing. Great view from top floor.

the elevator broke and we was on top floor, when they did work it was slow, seemed like it was a issue from day one. people are rude. no great parking, the front desk lady acted like I was doing something with the room keys because they never seemed to work and I kept them in the paper folder they handed them to me and not once had them next to my phone, they had part of the roof getting repaired and the workers did not make sure wood or metal shavings were kept clean and my daughter had to have some removed out of the bottom of her foot because it was all over the walk way were people have to walk. no it wasn’t blocked off either . I was rather discouraged this trip and we have been here every year for the last 3 years. but found the hotel not great or relaxing as it should be.

Our room was excellent, the view from the balcony absolutely awesome, especially in the morning when all you could hear was the birds. I will definitely try to come back next year for vacation, we had a wonderful time.

The Internet connection left a lot to be desired, very very slow, some of my apps simply did not work at all (i.e. my Kindle app, I could not download a single book).

I loved that it was great for its value, so close to everything including restaurants, pier park, of course the beach

there wasn’t much options for breakfast, there’s no lunch or dinner but its ok we went out to get food and had an oven and fridge in the room so it’s ok
