There was no secure lock on the exterior door and when I mentioned it to the motel representative in the morning he replied “ it is a very safe area” . This was a rediculous answer. Other than the above problem the stay was excellent.

Quiet and comfortable Clean and tidy. Well equipped. Walking distance to center and lake is great. Staffs are helpful.

Beds are too soft (maybe only to us) and made quite a noise when sit or lie down. Tap water tastes not good - like rust. Unstable water pressure - shower has basically no running water when toilet flushed.

My wife and I loved this location, everything is within walking distance, the rooms were clean and cool, the back balcony was an excellent touch. There was a good amount of space and couch in the room also for relaxing. I actually can't find anything negative to say about our stay. We both loved it and will back here again when we visit the Tobes! ❤

I asked my wife what we didn't like and we literally cannot think of anything to dislike about it We enjoyed the hotel and the service.

The room was in need of a little TLC i.e. paint was chipped from chairs hitting it. The curtains just covered the sliding so left gaps at the sides & middle which lowered the privacy factor. need something in bathroom to set your things on while in the bath or shower

Very comfortable and clean, excellent location that 3 min walking distance to the cruise line dock, and 15 min drive to Grotto parking lots.
