The room was clean and beds comfortable.The overall room was a little dull. . But it was good place to stay.

The Property is not a bad property in context of cost and location. It is fairly close to main attractions in the area. The check in process was fairly late compared to other places in the area. But I was happy to hear it was because they were cleaning the rooms. Upon arrival, the rooms were very clean, but the WIFI and microwave did not work properly in the room. The pool did have garbage and items left from other guest on the deck, but it was a nice option to have a place to swim after a long day. The staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to resolving a late night noise issue with the next room over. Check out process wasn't available when we left at 8am, only an unlocked key drop off box. Breakfast wasn't available prior to 8:30am.

The room smelt a bit musty and the air conditioner sounded like it was drowning. Every time my partner was in the room they got signs of chest congestion, dizziness and sinus issues. We did mention to the front desk, once we started piecing it together that the signs and symptoms only got worse in the room, that we suspected there was mold. They assured us there was no mold but we had to leave throughout the night on the 2nd night of the stay as my partner could not handle it anymore and we had to abandon our vacation 2 days earlier than expected because my partner was so sick every time they were in the room. After a night and a half it was to much for my partner and the symptoms got worse and as much as they subsided after we left the room it was to late and my partner's lungs were done. We came home and went to the family Dr who put my partner on a puffer for the symptoms. We lost out on the rest of our vacation financially due to cancellation policies of the next 2 venues and we lost out on the vacation experience we had planned for the next 2 days.

It’s our 2nd time we booked and used the property. Our concerns are that the bed is too hard my back was hurting in the morning. The shower head need to be replaced it takes us 25 minutes just to have a shower. The water that coming from the shower is too little, the one from the sink is way more better. Except from that we are fine. Maybe we can go back for the next year.

Room was not ready when we arrived. It has been given a few new details like the shower, but the room was very dark. There were 2 very outstanding holes in the walls that were not fixed. They stood out on the dark red walls. Would not recommend this property. VERY overpriced for a less than average room.

Everything was great.

The property was not well maintained. The bathroom door was broken and would not close.

Convenient, centrally located. But, room not properly cleaned, there were big houseflies in the room. Washroom door is not closing properly. Toilet pot is wobbling.

Our final stop at Port Carling was particularly memorable. The route itself was breathtaking, with nature's splendor truly taking center stage. The two days we spent in Huntsville were equally wonderful, surrounded by such serene and picturesque landscapes. We are deeply appreciative of your hospitality and the effort you put into making our visit so special. The natural beauty of the area has left a lasting impression on us, and we already find ourselves wishing we could stay there indefinitely. Once again, thank you for being such a gracious host. It was a good place to stay overnight before leaving to go somewhere else

This place is not for the people who wants to party at night. It was so quiet. Rest everything was fine. Good place to stay.

Very clean

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Coach House Inn. From the early morning, there was no water in our room, which is completely unacceptable. When we raised the issue, we were offered another room just to have a shower, but this room had no toilet facilities. For six hours in the morning, we couldn't use the toilet, causing significant inconvenience and discomfort. We eventually had to check out due to this issue. The reception coordination was poor, adding to the frustration of the entire situation. The lack of communication and inability to resolve basic amenities issues made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend Coach House Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

It was nice short stay for us. Stay was good.

Friendly easy check in. Breakfast was minimal though complimentary. Bed mattress was a little too worn. Bath towels weee too small. No hooks to hang towel or clothes on bathroom door. Bathroom fan brought in a bad odor. Ok for 1-2 nights. Price was right.

Hotel had all the things you’d need to be comfortable. Although they don’t advertise, they had free coffee/tea and cereal in the morning. Staff was very helpful.

Can do really better in terms of room cleanliness. The cofee machine was dirty, beds were shaking and bathroom door was not able to close . The staff was courteous and the location was good . The complementary breakfast was not great. Atleast there could be addition of eggs. The property has potential to attract more customers if the maintenance is done good.

Beds are very uncomfortable specially the folding bed with mattress is super uncomfortable. Property is clean and located at very safe and convenient place. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Giving four star because of the uncomfortable beds. Besides someone has been playing music in their car or room that I could hear all night. That’s another negative point. Washroom doors are squeaky and old. Overall not a bad place to spend a night.

Well its a motel! Expedia or any online booking is the best option for best prices. The washroom area is very small plus minimal to no lighting. Morning breakfast includes corn flake, bread, milk and coffee.

Wonderful staff, fulfil a request to surprise me on my birthday. Great service

The only thing not great was the low awning we had to duck to get under to get to our room.
