We spent our New Years in an Oasis. The property is beautiful and spacious. Beds were very comfortable, used the outdoors hot tub, pool, fireplace and firpit for our cozy nights. The property manager was very helpful and easy to reach when checking in and checking out. Would recommend for a large group or larger family. Warmly, Denise

Our entire family loved this beautiful home. We all were able to decompress & relax during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook together, the pool, BBQ & jacuzzi setting give you a great resort feel!

Donna’s house was the perfect size and space for my family of eight. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was great for cooking and gathering. The pool was a bit shaded but that was because of the time of year. Could use 1-2 more lounge chairs for the large group we had but we made it work. Loved the outdoor fire pit and made s’mores 3-4 times. Thank you Donna for a lovely time in your beautiful home.

Our family had an incredible time at this beautiful La Quinta home. It has plenty of room for everyone, all of the rooms have their own bathroom and the room off of the master was perfect for our 3 yr old granddaughter in a pack in play. The home has every amenity and more from pool floats/toys, bikes, even a golf cart to cruise around the area. The kitchen was fully equipped and there is plenty of dining space for all of us. It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday with all of our family. The home is very large and roomy and accommodated our group perfectly. The backyard was fun for entertaining and also has lots of shade when the temperature in the desert can get really warm it was a perfect set up. The pool was awesome it has a Baja shelf which allowed our granddaughter to play in that pool area and the spa worked great easy to use the controller for the spa Also the home has three air conditioner units that work great, this is the only home we’ve stayed at in the desert where the air conditioning really works efficiently for a house this large. We will absolutely will rent here again and I highly recommend it especially for large groups. Everything was perfect and our hosts were super helpful when we had a question. This was our second summer spending a July weekend in this home. The location is perfect, the entire home is clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and a private pool. We look forward to a third year in 2023!

Beautiful property inside and out. Heads up when golfers are on the course. A few stray golf balls landed in the baxk yard and pool during our four-day stay.

Stunning large home that accommodated our entire group of 8 adults. Nice pool in back yard, large kitchen and living room. We used all 4 en-suite bedrooms and had an enjoyable stay

Had a very enjoyable few days with family and friends in a wonderful location. The home was well equipped, beautifully furnished and a good location for viewing golf tournament. I would definitely return.

The property was beautiful and the house was huge. It faces a public golf course, but it is a ways from a market and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood. The pool and jacuzzi are big enough for a family of 5 or 6 but to cold to go in, in December. My complaint would be there was only 1/2 roll of paper towels and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. There was very little bath soap, no shampoo/conditioner and only one hair dryer for 4 bathrooms. This house should of been stocked with the basic amenities, although, the pantry was welled stocked with basic spices. We also had to take a photo of the gas/electric meters before and after we left to account for our usage, I guess this is for accountability????? Therefore, we were afraid to heat the jacuzzi & outdoor fire pit because of the gas meter. We have never had to do that before in renting a house or condo. But all in all I guess we'd go back. The beds were very comfortable, the TV's were great and they had HBO and Showtime. The garage was big to put your car in. We did not take the golf cart out, it was too cold for us to drive around. We had a great opportunity to stay in this house for the entire month of November, so this review may be a bit long. The location is great, in La Quinta within PGA West. The surrounding area is very nice with many high-end homes and very quiet. The owner, Donna, and property manager, Mark, were very quick to respond to any concerns we had, which really were minor, involving controls to heat the pool and turning on the outside lights. Both issues were resolved completely to our satisfaction and very quickly. Thank you!! So, we really had only 2 major comments. First, because the house backs onto a golf course, the yard was hit by errant golf balls. On average, we found one a day (a few near misses) and often heard others hitting the roof or the house next door. There are beautiful trees at the back of the house that provide partial protection, but it would have been nice to have some type of netting up. I realize it takes away from the ambience of the yard and may not be allowed by the HOA (and yes, I know it’s part of backing onto a golf course), but it does take away some of the enjoyment of sitting outside. The only other material negative aspect is the back yard faces North. In the fall/winter, it’s only in the morning where you get some sun. Later in the day the back is shaded and can feel cool (we are from Canada). So, the positives, first the house is really nice and the pictures really don’t provide a good perspective of how big it is with high ceilings that really give a sense of spaciousness. For most of the month it was just my wife and I, with our youngest daughter visiting for just over a week. It really was too big for us, but we wanted a private pool and there aren’t many options. The house is suited to larger groups with 5 bedrooms of which 4 have their own ensuite (the master has his & her WC’s) so there is lots of room. The house was clean, but as it’s so big it good stand to have a deep clean occasionally. But in general, we were happy with the overall cleanliness. The furniture is nice, maybe a bit dated but suits the size and style of the house. The appliances are okay with the only suggestion to replacing the dishwasher. The bed was okay, maybe a bit older as it was getting some imprints, but we generally had a good sleep. It really is a beautiful house and certainly would be perfect for a couple of families or several couples.

Place was great, location great. For this priced place, I am used to fully stocked dwellings. This was missed, napkins, paper towels, shower toiletries. Also, need to turn up water heaters, all showers luke warm.

We are six Seniors who are lifelong friends celebrating a “Big” Birthday. We wanted a property that had enough bedrooms to accommodate out specific needs. This property fit the bill perfectly. There was enough space for us to be together, yet quiet time and privacy were possible. I would recommend for couples or large family groups to share. The house presented exactly as advertised.

Great location on golf course. Quality furnishings (i.e, not cheap rental furniture). Close access to Stadium and Nicklaus courses.

Rented it for my husband’s 60th with 3 other couples. The home/estate was extremely nice and the decor was beautiful,. great location in PGA West. more then enough room for each couple to have their own room & on suite. Kitchen was fully stocked. Pool & bbq got a lot use and view of the golf course was great. Just watch for incoming golf balls when on patio.plenty of pool toys and towels. Dinning room table was large enough to seat all of us. We’ve rented many vacations homes and this is definitely one of the best. We are already talking about renting it again.

House is spacious, held multiple families just fine. Views are nice, beds are comfortable. Took my wife for her birthday and she was happy. Only negative I have is the pool was dirty, we had to clean out all the leaves and debris every morning because of the tree in the back yard. Would be nice to have a pool guy come before you check in.

Perfect for big family

My cousins and I were looking to get away, unwind, and catch up with one another after having been separated due to Covid- 19. Donna was excellent, prompt & courteous from the beginning to the end of our stay. The house is just as described & she made the entire process easy to handle & manage. The only recommendation we have is for the pool to be a little cleaner. However, we realized there is a lot of shrubbery & trees surrounding the pool which made it difficult to keep the pool free of leaves, etc. The spacing/floor plan of the house is great for gathering together! And if you need to retreat & take a nap/rest from everyone, you can do so in this property without being bothered by other guests who want to play a little longer! Would recommend this home to anyone looking to have a luxurious stay that is effortless. The home owner and property manager were both accessible & available if you needed them.

This property was just what we were looking for. Nice pool, spacious house, well stocked kitchen, cold A/C, and great communication with property managers. Couldn't have asked for more.

Very nice home with plenty of space and sleeping areas for an extended family stay. Tons of rafts already blown up ready to relax in the pool. Multiple bikes in garage to cruise the PGA west neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and views were amazing.

We were in Palm Springs for a guys weekend of golf. This house and location are perfect. We did find a few golf balls in the pool and yard after coming back from our day out playing so know that there is always the possibility of stray shot coming off the course. Would definitely stay there again.

My husband, me and our two kids along with their spouses had such a great family mini vacation in this home! Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful and the pool is a lot of fun... lots of rafts, chairs… Bicycles in the garage are very fun to ride in this beautiful community as well.

Disappointed we could not use the waterfall. The pool could use a good cleaning. Everything else was great kitchen was well stocked. The beds were vey comfortable and clean. We had a great weekend.
