We recently had the pleasure of vacationing in Jamaica with a group of friends for a surprise 50th for my wife. It was an incredible experience that exceeded all our expectations. It was simply breathtaking, vibrant culture, and warm hospitality by the staff at Sun Kissed, provided us with an unforgettable trip filled with fun, relaxation, and adventure. The crystal-clear turquoise waters were straight out of a postcard. We spent countless hours swimming, snorkeling, and soaking up the sun, enjoying the perfect tropical paradise right at the house. Amoy (chef) and Orville were just awesome!! Wain drove us all over as we had the opportunity to explore the stunning Blue Hole, where we climbed and hiked amidst the cascading waterfalls. It was an exhilarating adventure that brought us closer to nature and created lasting memories. The Jamaican people are incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everywhere we went, from the staff to the locals we encountered, we were greeted with genuine smiles and welcoming spirits. They made us feel at home and their vibrant culture added a special touch to our vacation. Sampling traditional Jamaican dishes like jerk chicken, ackee and saltfish, and fresh tropic fruit that Amoy brought daily. WE CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK!! -Diaz

The house and staff was amazing, the chef Amoy was wonderful and very helpful, Orville the butler was also a great help, and the security johan was great.. in all my stay was great. The house can use a lil reorganizing but overall it was a beautiful house.

7 women all gathered at Sunkissed to celebrate our dear friend's 60th. We had a great time because the villa was perfect. Plenty of room inside and out. Everyone had her own bathroom and bedroom and the outdoor terrace era was so nice. We could all be together or break off from the group at any time for peace and quiet on the beach.

Sun Kissed Villa was the perfect location to celebrate my 65th birthday with 7 best girlfriends. It was absolutely gorgeous. First, Deana helped setup an unforgettable weekend. Every local vendor recommended was top notch. She was always reachable and accommodating, like when we had flight delays and needed to rearrange transportation. I can’t say enough about the staff who became family to us. Chef Amoy had free reign with meals and she did not disappoint. She is an amazing cook. Her sweet plantains are to die for. Amoy made several local dishes and took special care with my birthday dinner on the beach. Orville provided great service during our meals with his charming personality. Johno didn’t just make sure we were secure at night. He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He even helped us turn the living room into a stage for our talent show. His bonfire during the beach dinner made for great pictures. Miriam quietly went about the business of keeping the villa clean and in order. Even our driver Clevie was the best. When he saw that we like to party he brought the boombox onto the bus as we went out on excursions. If you’re looking for a beautiful location with a great staff Sun Kissed Villa is the place for you!

The house is great for a large family. The staff is fantastic and taking care of the group. Amoy really did a great job with the food preparing various local dishes along with crowd favorites. If you want a great place to truly relax you have everything you need. The pool is great, the beach is great for all ages, the house is clean, and the beds are very comfy. We were there over New Year's and Jahno made the most spectacular bonfire on the beach to celebrate as well as lock up each night. Jav was always there for great drinks and our DJ. Marian was behind the scenes keeping the place looking like a resort. Between the staff service and the great house and location, you can’t go wrong staying at Sun Kissed Villa.

The staff was great. Always on point and willing to help. Bird made authentic, great tasting food for every meal. Grounds were clean every day and the house was spotless, even with 10 of us staying. Cleveland, our driver, really made our trip special his knowledge of the island added a memorable touch. The house is not in the cities but a short distance from almost every where we wanted to go. All without the hustle and bustle of a city. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in Jamaica.

Bird, the chef was excellent and all meals were of a high standard. He was also very good with music support during our stay! Several of the bathroom amenities did not work and this detracted from the stay. While walking around the pool, two electrical boxes project a little from the surface, making walking very unsafe. This caused an injury, and extreme care needs to be taken while walking around the pool.

Perfect venue for making wonderful family memories!! Loved the villa and the very caring and highly professional staff!! Appreciated Bird’s ability and willingness to adapt to our dietary restrictions and prepare such sumptuous meals and provide us with useful and helpful advice about entertainment options around town. Bird and Al were also phenomenal at Karaoke and made it easy for even the shyest family member to sing out loud! Marianne kept the place spotless and handled all of our laundry requests. Jahno kept the pool and the grounds impeccable and stayed up late with the rest of us! You simply can’t go wrong with Sunkissed Villa!!

We had an awesome time at the villa. The staff was amazing from beginning to end. Bird even entertained us and DJ for us one day. They danced with us, song karaoke and the whole nine. The groundsman took care of everything we needed at the property. The housekeeper kept the property nice and clean each day. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place! Great people!

The staff was excellent. Very accommodating, welcoming and friendly! We had the best birthday dance party courtesy of DJ (Chef) Byrd and Jahno built the most amazing bonfire imaginable!! Al was on point during meal service and clean up. Marianne quietly went about the housekeeping while constantly laughing at our goofy little girls. The house is absolutely gorgeous. Some of the photos in the listing don’t match the current layout. (I believe that one of the pics might be from another house altogether.) Not a big deal but it did make room selection with the littles a bit more difficult. There is definitely some maintenance necessary that should not fall on the staff to fix and they should be addressed sooner than later. One big example is the set of large accordion doors for the living room. They cannot be opened because there is a broken key in the lock. As a result there was no air flow in that section of the house so we didn’t spend any time in there whatsoever. Do not be afraid to ask the staff for the things you need (beach towels, bath towels, something specific from the store… etc) they will do their very best to accommodate you!! This truly was a slice of island living where we made beautiful family memories with the help of our wonderful staff.

We were a group of 12. Most of us were in our upper 40s. We wanted a nice place that we could have to ourselves and have our own good time. This is the perfect place for that. The accommodations were excellent. Bird Man's cooking was top notch. We filled out the rental sheet with what we would like and met with him on our second day to prepare meals for the rest of the week. No one went hungry during our trip. Al, Jay and Mary Ann were all very friendly. Al ended up being our resident D-Jay for the week. Jay made sure everyone was safe and locked up the place in the evenings. Mary Ann took care of the clothes and linens and made sure our rooms were always clean. The beach was nice and calm. There is a small stretch of shells as you get in the water but only a few feet before getting to sand. The kayaks and paddle boards were a hit. I don't think they went a day without being used. The bay was nice with calm waters and a cool current circling through which made it nice. The pool was nice and relaxing also. The pool table was used extensively throughout our stay also. The only complaint I have was the communication prior to our trip wasn't as good as I felt it should have been. Some of the items we requested weren't at the house when we arrived either. We did find out the concierge responds way better on What's App compared to email, so we started using that mode. This drastically improved communications. It wasn't a make or break deal without the items being there, but that's what keeps it from being a full five star rating from us. All in all the group feels it was a solid 4.8 to 4.9. If we're in the market for a big house to stay in again, we won't hesitate to have this one on the list. Thanks.

Sun Kissed Villa was breathtaking. I honestly don’t know where to start. Our friends/family of 11, enjoyed every minute of celebrating my girlfriend’s 30th birthday in Jamaica. Overall, our stay and the staff were so amazing. Deana (the concierge), was very helpful and also amazing. She helped choreograph a surprise for my girlfriend by decorating the master bedroom and scheduling a private massage for her and so much more prior to our arrival. Upon, our arrival we met the staff Bird (chef), Al (butler), Johno (pool assistant) and Marianne (housekeeper). I can’t stress this enough on how amazing and awesome the staff were. They treated us like family and made us feel so comfortable. We had such an amazing time with them. Every room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The pictures online doesn’t do much justice of how spectacular the Villa really is. Bird, accommodated all of our food wishes with a menu/meal request provided to him for breakfast and dinner of our liking. The food was very delicious and it was served to us family style every time, which we all enjoyed. Al, was always available and in sight when needed. He made sure we were pleased for anything we asked for. Johno, was super nice and friendly. He made us all a tasteful ginger tea and set up a beautiful bonfire. Marianne, was super quiet but yet so nice and friendly. Each day as we left the Villa, we always came back to a nice clean room. To whomever comes across this review, I will highly recommend staying at Sun Kissed Villa. The staff and concierge was so delightful. The outside and inside of the Villa was once again spectacular. The Wi-Fi was amazing, we were all able to enjoy our social media and connect with families back home. Although, we had our own private transportation the house was fully stocked with groceries prior to our arrival. If we had any cons, it will be that we were not used to the natural beauty of humidity as we walked into the Villa. However, each room had its own central A/C; plus we were outside majority of the time enjoying the pool and private beach. Not to mention, Bird and Al were great DJ’S, we even had a karaoke night. Also, some of us went kayaking accompanied by Bird and Al. If we were ever to come back to Jamaica, we all would love to stay here again. We would like to thank you all again. I wish I can give more stars then five!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my bachelorette trip. Staff was amazing and treating us like family. We enjoyed a lot.

The property has deteriorated significantly from what is shown in photos, and is in need of an upgrade. Showers didn't work properly, bath tub in one room was unstable, WiFi does not work in bedrooms, no lights in closets, property needs repainting, funky smell coming from drains, bar sink inoperable, pool needed chlorine treatment, beach eroded, and there's a cargo pier nearby that is omitted from photos. The one saving grace is the friendly staff. In particular, the chef was excellent. They are in need of better management, however. We were never visited by the concierge, and it was obvious that there was no clear leader on the team to ensure that guests had the best possible experience.

All you could ask for. Beautiful and comfortable place on the beach. Truly top tier, but what made it magic was how well thee tire staff was - Marion, Jonno, Al and Bird went above and beyond all expectations. All three generations of our family were effusive in their praise. Spotless place, fabulous food, nightly domino games by the pool, we’ll planned excursions and more. 110% would do again.

Overall, the house had beautiful views and a friendly staff. There were only a few reasons I didn't give this home a 5 star review and because of an incident that occurred on our last night there. We were traveling with young children and requested snacks be served on arrival. When we arrived they were running late on turn over, which is understandable, but there was no snacks. We had to wait almost til dinner before we got anything, even after asking multiple times. This was unfortunate because I had sent over a simple menu for the first few days long in advance. The facilities were in good overall condition. The master shower did not work well and never produced hot water. The tub in the master was not secured and rocked back and forth freely. The other bathrooms got hot water but the first night we had to remind the staff to keep the water heat on. I believe it’s Solar heat during the day, with an electric backup. If you book the VRBO experience , keep in mind grocery cost is very high. There is not much you can do about that. The cook made an excellent Escovitch fish, jerk chicken, Curry Goat and Lobster tail while we were there. Also, it’s definitely a good idea to book your own transportation. Some of the add-on services the experience provided, are highly over priced. They also require full cash payment which seemed odd. We ended up paying a 5% surcharge through VRBO to be able to use our credit card. We regret not looking into this. Last and main reason for not giving it a perfect review is that on our last night there, a man appeared in our backyard very close to the house. He was acting very sketchy and would not leave when we asked him to. He claimed to be security, didnt have any proof, and kept asking for rolling papers. Our nightwatch had been sleeping and didn't hear us calling, so we ended up contacting the concierge/planning manager (who never greeted us nor came to see us during the ENTIRE stay). After an hour or so, they told us this random man was the community gatekeeper. The whole situation was super scary and just left us all on edge, the rest of the night we didn't feel safe at all. I'd like to end with stating that the house staff was very good with the kids and had great vibes. They did make our stay enjoyable and the view was perfect.

Sun Kissed Villa is exceptional in every respect, from the glorious setting, the generous lay-out, the tasteful and elegantly relaxed furnishing to, last but certainly not least (!) the lovely, effective and dedicated staff of four. Our family of 10, including significant others, enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you!

The overall experience of the staff and the villa was amazing. We were supposed to stay here 2020 but the vacation was pushed back because of COVID-19. Throughout the entire time the property manager was in contact with me and was very helpful. Because this was my first time staying at a villa she made sure that I understood everything. She assisted with everything from picking out activities to locations for photography shoots. The onsite staff was amazing; everyone from the driver to the chef. The food was prepared daily with special attention to food allergies but also included local dishes. If you decide to stay here know that the villa is located down a private/gated street so you can go for a quick walk if you like. All of the bedrooms are location in one section of the home while the common areas are on the other. Perfect location for families or friends who just want to be in a more intimate setting, I will most definitely book here again.

Upon arrival we meet all of the staff and began out tour of the property. Every room is adorable, comfy, clean and cute. When you walk out on the pool deck it is just as pretty as the photo. The staff was amazing. Bird our chef made amazing meals, three times a day because we didn’t want to go off property because of Covid. With this guy, you will not go hungry and he can cook. Marion the housekeeper, was the ninja silent one that would magically clean all the rooms when we were sitting down for breakfast. Al our Butler, livened things up and made sure that we had everything we needed. Jonas, made us a bonfire one night, made sure the grounds were clean always and locked down the house at night. Overall it was an amazing experience, I had 4 couples and we all had an absolutely wonderful time.

We had such a blast, Deana help guide our stay and the group on site made it memorable. Our family didn’t want to leave. The private beach, kayaking, pool…beautiful. We will forever remember this special trip. We will forever remember the staff. Thank you!

Our family needed this getaway so much, but staying in a villa for the first time, we did not know what to expect. What we found was an extended family and exemplary service from our chef, driver, house keeper and grounds keeper. Each in there own way made the trip special for our family. We will certainly miss them and thank them for a short but memorable stay.

This place is a piece of heaven! The house is great, the staff is outstanding! We will remember this week for ever! Food is amazing 😻 and the staff make the stay so fun. Al and Junior became part of our crew! They were so sweet with the kids .

This place is absolutely amazing! From the private beach to the personal chef, it has everything!! This was the most relaxing vacation I've ever experienced! The place is big and offers so many places to hang out on the property. The staff was excellent, very friendly, and accommodating! We loved the food options! We asked the driver to take us to the local grocery store after our airport pick-up so that our group could choose some food items/beverages. We didn't leave the villa for 5 days and had the best time just relaxing by the pool and the beach. I would highly recommend this property to other travelers.

It was an amazing experience, the properly looks better in reality than in pictures. The staff was very accommodating and very engaging. I would recommend this property to anyone and I'll definitely be planning a trip again.

The property was exactly as advertised and displayed in the on-line pictures. Staff was excellent and provided friendly service. Excellent meals. My family is Jamaican. I know Jamaican cooking! The property provides a nice venue for a quiet visit to the island. Only two areas for improvement would be on the wifi, which is suitable for infrequent social use but not if you intend to work remotely. Secondly, I suggest additional water sport options such as a new paddle board and perhaps boards for body surfing.I've traveled to a number of islands and stayed in a variety of accomodadtions. Overall, I highly recommended this property.

Everything was perfect! The host was spectacular, the staff were super accommodating and I enjoyed all two and a half weeks of my stay. I cant wait to return!
