The property has a fantastic location. Watching g the sun rise on the patio was spectacular. The amenities were great. Overall we had a great stay. The house overall was very clean except for the floors. They were sticky and we bought a mop to clean the floors which the mop pads weee black after 3 cleanings. Other than the floors everything was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for the beautiful home. We would definitely stay here again.

Sitting on the balcony we were able to enjoy the view while dolphins gracefully swam down the beach. Any problems or questions our assistant Ms Carolyn was amazing and responded quickly. There is Chick-fil-A and Waffle House are located across the street. While Duncan Donuts is right beside the complex. Will not regret staying here. Enjoy!!

Well-stocked kitchen. It was like home.Bathrooms and Kitchen - SPOTLESS. Big plus.Master bedroom - bed was very comfortable—great view from the room of the ocean. The second bedroom has two queens, we didn't need them but the room was spacious and inviting.Carolyn and her team were excellent. Responsive and accommodating. Some owners will not provide their cell phones. Carolyn encouraged you to text or call directly to her with any issues or concerns. Excellent customer service. The location was PERFECT for the beach. Walk out the back door of this building onto a very private beach area. Steps away.The beach service of the two chairs and the umbrella INCLUDED with your stay is a GREAT touch.Nice pool, clean and inviting.This property is HIGHLY recommended. As advertised. Easy to book and super easy check-in. Email from unit manager gave all codes and info needed for a really stress free arrival. Unit was clean and everything was in order. Kitchen was stocked with everything that one could need! Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Great location on the beach. Easy to follow directions for check-out too!

So convenient !!! Best beach spot !!! We saw dolphins!!! We should’ve stayed longer… A few tips for future rentals… You should provide the basic seasonings .. sugar, salt, pepper, cinnamon etc and cooking oil spray at least… another tip.. At least provide 1-2 pods of detergent for washing clothes … That would’ve been so helpful.. After a long drive, the last thing we wanted to do was go to the market for minor things…no But in all, what a relaxing time…

Right on the beach. 7th floor. Large rooms! Large balcony looking right on the beach. Wow wow wow! Secure parking lot. Everything in the kitchen that anyone would need. High speed internet. The pictures are spot on. We could live there for months!

We had a fantastic stay at Breakers East! Unit was exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable, the unit was supplied with adequate towels/kitchen utensils…..and the view/sunset….just can’t beat it from the balcony! We had a breaker flip but the response from the management team was immediate. We will be back! Great week, great friends, and a great stay at Breakers East!

We have not found anything that we disliked with any of the units that we have stayed in including this unit. Very clean and kitchen stocked well with any kind of utensil you might need even though we do not cook while we are there. Love that it is a smaller complex so that you don't have to deal with such large crowds at the other high rise complexes. Love also having the beach setup included.
