Enjoyed the use of this loft. Unique in its floor plan and it’s decor, it felt good being in the space. Well supplied, comfortable and delightful. Fred was helpful with suggestions/recommendations for local restaurants, and a supermarket is a pleasant walk away. The location seemed ideal with convenient access to great hiking at Mt Tamalpais, Pt Reyes, Muir Woods, etc., and of course to one of the worlds best cities.

The property was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the convenient location and the host was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

Located close to Point Reyes and wine country, was great location to get out during the day, and for us wanting to eat in to avoid Covid, close to good restaurants for takeout and supermarkets. Frederic was very responsive and friendly.

The photos accurately depict this spacious home. The owner keeps it quite clean and well decorated. Although it is described as a loft, it feels like a one bedroom with nice living space and an additional half bath and fabulous kitchen. We hope to return.

The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Walking distance to many restaurants, as well as groceries, and Starbucks.

This place is very well maintained. Artfully decorated. The location is convenient and has adequate parking available. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance.

I booked Frederic’s place for a weekend getaway to celebrate my grandmothers birthday. I originally was looking to book something in Tiburon but it was fully booked. I was excited to find Frederic’s listing as it was very close to Tiburon but Mill Valley stole the show. What a cute and charming little town. The space is in the perfect location to explore all of Marin. We explored Mill Valley, San Rafael, Sausalito and Tiburon with ease. The space is spectacularly decorated. We loved all of the creative touches and everything that you could possibly need was provided. Safeway is a short distance from the apartment. Practically next door. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else during future visits. Thank you Frederic!

Frederic’s chic loft dwelling is well-located in Mill Valley. This is an uplifting, sunlit space with comfortable furnishings, a well-implemented kitchen, modern bathrooms — everything was extremely clean —and it came with a parking space. Our experience here was pleasant and easy — we were very happy with this rental.

Well kept and appointed. Would definitely stay again. Location is perfect jump off point for exploring the Mill Valley/ Sausalito area of the Bay area.

Mill Valley is a lovely town and an easy commute into SF

Our stay in Mill Valley required just sleeping space. All other activities, meals, entertainment were at other locations. That said, our accommodations were probably more than what we needed at this location. The property is clean and well maintained. The entrance to the loft is a bit unusual. You walk up 20 plus stairs to get to the door of your unit. That door opens to the lofted entry/laundry/bedroom/bath level which overlooks the living area and kitchen which are down 17 stairs. All is very nice but if stairs are a problem for you then this place would not be a good choice. There is an elevator but it is accessible only when going down from your unit or if someone holds the building door open. Never figured out why the building door is always locked. The advertised rate is for 1 person. My husband was considered my guest. Tenants launder the bedding and towels which cannot be done after 10pm (I suspect due to the noise of the washer dryer). The bathroom is very nice but the shower stream is very limited. I actually washed my hair in the kitchen sink where there was adequate pressure. It is in a great location with good parking, plenty of shops, restaurants and grocery stores near by. The owner was very prompt with returning my texts.

Had everything you need for a couple of days get away. Grocery store and Starbucks a block away. More than enough cooking utensils to make any meals you could want. Don't have plans of going back to California any time soon, but if I did, I would stay here again.

A lovely property perfectly located for my purposes. Nicely appointed furnishings with interesting, sometimes funny and sometimes inspiring artwork, wall decor and photography (specifically a wonderful black and white photo of a streetcar with "legs"). Most of the kitchen appliances were great. The only problem for me was that this condo seems to have been designed for a very tall person. I am just shy of 5'4" and was not able to use the microwave without a stepladder (I did not use it at all although a stepladder was conveniently located in a kitchen cupboard). I was not able to reach anything above the first shelf in the cupboards without a ladder, but what I needed were within reach on the first shelf. The shower head was also made for a tall person as well--to move the head to the side so I could turn the shower on without getting soaked with cold water required an extra inch or a short pole to move it aside. I never found the manuals for the electronics in the unit (only for the fridge and oven) nor the printer that was supposed to be available in a closet somewhere (fortunately I didn't need it). That being said, the unit was comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely stay there again when I'm in the area as it is located quite close to everything the region has to offer, including San Francisco, Muir Woods, Point Reyes and the wine country.

Frederic was a great host. He met us at the loft space when we had an emergency and needed to check in early. He was in contact via text if we needed anything at all. There is a Safeway and Starbucks within about 200 steps and the loft has everything needed to cook in the kitchen, etc. We loved our stay and would definitely come back again.

Look no further. This is a perfect getaway apartment in Mill Valley. Fred met me at the property and walked me through everything. Very comfortable, everything you need is close by. Plenty of restaurants and two grocery stores within walking distance. I would certainly stay here again. Michael

Frederics' Loft is very comfortable, and close to shops, restaurants and transport.

I really enjoyed my time at this Artist Studio Loft in Mill Valley. It is well appointed and is a great creative place. It is walking distance to coffee shops, food, and shopping. And you can do all this in a place surrounded by nature.

Artsy decor made for fun surroundings at our in town Mill Valley loft. Well appointed kitchen, comfy bed(it is a Queen), great hair dryer, convenient in unit washer/dryer, easy walk to Saveway and our fave restaurant Tamalpias Pie(thin crust amazing Pizzas and Delish Brussels Sprouts) all made for a great weeks stay! Nice to have a bath and a half. Love Fredricks clean well decorated unit!

Great location! Could not turn up heat. Very chilly in apartment.
