We loved the 3 floor layout and the tremendous amount of space. Kitchen, laundry and bathrooms were more than enough!!

Awesome communication with owner who is close by if there are any concerns. Golf carts are great for the beach trips and evening rides through the community. Great quiet community, kids loved the game room in the garage. House was clean, great space and comfortable.

We loved this house and will definitely rent again in the future. Plenty of space for our families to separate and come together as a whole. Everything you need is available for the beach, cooking, family time, etc.

This house was great! We had 7 adults and 3 little kids 4 and under. There was EVERYTHING we could imagine for us here! The kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of utensils and plates. The rooms were a great size. The 2 kitchens, 2 washer/dryers, and 2 golf carts were key for our family, the lower level was great for evening game night and the outdoor area was fun too!
Oceanside Village was a great area for kids with the splash pad area and 2 pools and the beach was a short golf cart ride away! The golf carts, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas are provided was awesome! We did not need to bring any extras in the car it was great!
Overall, this property is wonderful, Diane was great to work with, very responsive to texts. I would stay here again and recommend this property.

The house was amazing. It was very close to everything you need. Such a beautiful property. Especially liked that we were able to shiffle some things and store our bikes in the garage. We did have a friend who was handicapped that came along with his wife and they loved the downstairs being so open and accessible for him. I do wish there was a small ramp leading in and out of the doorways, but we managed with what we brought. I recommend this place for anyone.

We had a great vacation in this beautiful house!! The house was able to accommodate our large family without us feeling like we were on top of each other. The amenities are wonderful. The house is not the closest to the beach (which we knew) however, it was fun to take the golf cart and ride through the community! I highly recommend!!

It was nice and clean and came with everything you might need for a beach vacay! The mattresses were very comfortable! I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family. Dianne was amazing to work with! We would definitely stay here again!

Golf Trip
Property was advertised. Very nice and clean. Great location and lots of amenities. Golf cart ride to the beach and grocery store less than 1 mile. The property owner went out of her way to accommodate us when we had flight issues.

Great Baseball Weekend
A group of three families were down for a baseball tournament in Georgetown. Even though it ended up being 40 minutes away, this house was worth it. Excellent communication from Diane during the entire process. We used the golf carts, ping pong table, foosball, and bicycles. The house had everything imaginable even including the margarita glasses. We went down to the baseball fields on site and practiced and the boys played basketball. Definitely recommend and will book again in the future.

Beautiful property with all the amenities you need!
We really enjoyed our stay - the place was perfect for our family of 10 - with a separate downstairs area where the littlest family members could nap while the rest of the family hung out or played ping pong. Kids loved the pools and riding in the golf carts to the pool and beach and also had fun with the game room set up. They’ve stocked the place so well - it has everything you need! Loved having beach chairs and towels all there as well - a very nice convenience. Diane was so quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent for families
We so enjoyed our stay at this home. It was exactly as described and in excellent condition. So very clean and had all the amenities we needed with enough beach chairs and towels provided ! AND….. beach toys for kids, and Bicycles for adults and kids. Golf carts were fun for the whole family. Diane was excellent to work with and available at all times … even before we arrived to answer any questions. She even checked on us after arrival to see if we needed anything… I would Highly recommend this for any family wanting a great place to stay.

Great house
We had a large family vacation, wanted something we could all attend without being cramped. There was plenty of room for our whole family, the golf carts and beach chairs made it much more enjoyable to get to the beach and enjoy it. It is a farther walk to the beach than it looked on the map, but with the bikes and the golf carts it wasn’t a problem. Diane was easy to work with, and gave us some recommendations for the local July 4th events, which was greatly appreciated. Overall it was a great experience from start to finish.

Great for the entire family
This place was very well stocked! Chairs, umbrellas, plenty of games, a large table in the back lower patio to enjoy dinners. The community is so cute and family oriented. We had so much fun driving the golf carts to the beach. Host was great and very involved and helpful during our stay.

Wildly exceeded our expectations. 11 fit beyond comfortably, home was in great condition
We had the best experience with Diane and her communication was wonderful. The location of the property was phenomenal, on a small private part of lake with beautiful decks. The golf carts were very helpful, truly a 4 minute ride to the private beach. Everything we needed was provided.

Clean, safe neighborhood. Easy access to beach with golf carts. Many things to do for all ages. Property manager friendly and helpful. Beautiful, clean house with everything provided. Would highly recommend it.

This place was a gem! Perfect for our first adventure to the beach. House is set up for privacy and community. Loved shower outside to clear sand from everything. Also look closely at community offerings. Outdoor pool and shortcuts to beach and ice cream socials. We enjoyed golf carts! Hope to return in a few years!!! KC

We had such a great time. Golf carts available along with beach chairs. Access to beach and easy to get to places of interest nearby such as Georgetown and pawleys island. Plenty of room and live the open floor plan upstairs.

Soccer/Family Weekend
Our family enjoyed a soccer tournament at The Market Commons and this was a great place to stay and enjoy family at the same time. The kids loved all the activities to do downstairs as well as the indoor pool(rainy, cold weather on Saturday). We ate at the Cafe right on the beach outside the gates and it was delicious. Thanks for the recommendation!

This year we decided to rent a large enough place for our kids and grandkids. They had the best Thanksgiving ever. The heated pool was awesome. The house was perfect!! The 2 kitchens amazing!! All the bikes and the game area. The golf carts were such fun!! Dianne was very hospitable and answered all our questions. Thank you for a great memory!!

Best family time ever!

Great Home!
Diane was so easy to work with, and the house and amenities were fabulous! The house is so spacious, and there was so much available to keep the both the teenagers and young kids entertained - games, bikes, toys, golf carts.... Fun, relaxing trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home had every amenity needed and Diane was very accommodating. The house was very comfortable and we loved the front porch, deck and bottom patio. Our only wish would have been to be closer the the beach. Wonderful stay!

Wonderful Experience

So many extras!
The house was amazing and perfect for our family of 7. But the extras made the trip perfect—Diane provided chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, beach towels, bikes and of course the very fun golf carts. This made packing for the trip a lot easier. Thanks for the memories. We are already looking forward to a future visit.

Awesome Family Vacation
Diane is a great host and we enjoyed the week at her beautiful beach house. All the toys are there, golf carts, beach chairs, umbrellas, even kids toys for the sand! Great gameroom with Ping Pong and Foosball table. Beds were comfortable and all you need to bring with you is your bathing suit and toothbrush! Thank you for the great stay!

Wonderful Vacation!!
My Children and grandchildren stayed at this delightful home in June. Our stay couldn't of been more perfect. The house was wonderful and Dianne was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Can't say enough good things about the gated community. Absolutely perfect for families! Totally awed!! Thanks Dianne!!

Great location and great for large groups
Loved the location of the property. Short drive to Myrtle beach and Murrells Inlet. Nicely furnished and overall very clean. Community felt safe and was quiet. The kids loved the golf carts and all the beach supplies. We also enjoyed our ping pong and corn hole battles. The outdoor pool with splash pad was great as well. Only complaints would be the floor seemed swept but not mopped before our stay, the kitchen supplies could use some updating (no nice plastic plates or kid-friendly supplies/ needs new cutting boards and some of the stuff just needs to be gotten rid of)
I’m spoiled by often staying beach front but golf cart to beach wasn’t bad.

Our best stay yet!!!
We love traveling and normally book a vacation rental because we have small kids and it just makes life easier. This property has been our favorite for so many reasons. The location was great, very clean, had everything you need for a beach vacation in the garage. If we ever go back to Myrtle Beach area we will try to get this property again!

Delightful, charming home. Convenient to beach and other activities. An enjoyable stay!
We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It had plenty of room for our group - 5 adults, 5 pre-teen/teens. I like that the hallways are wide, 2 kitchens with refrigerators (loved having the crock pot) and 2 family rooms to hang out. We used the bikes everyday and the golf carts. It was so convenient to have nice, big beach towels and beach chairs there so we didn’t have to travel with them. Getting to the beach is a quick ride by cart or bike. The owner is easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions. It was a lovely stay. Thank you Diane!
