FABULOUS beach house! We had 12 adults, 1 teen, & 8 children and each family had their own "wing" of the house; bedrooms had full bathrooms. House is exactly as described--fully equipped kitchen (2 full-size refrigerators, 3 dishwashers, 2 stove/ovens, lots of garbage containers, 1 drip coffeemaker, 1 drip/Keurig combo coffeemaker, tons of pots/pans/baking pans/dishes/utensils/etc.), 5 sets of washer/dryers, lots of eating space, huge living area, wonderful outside pool area, and close to the beach. And laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, hand soap for all bathrooms & beach chairs are provided. 2 charcoal grills are available. Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals is the best! The drip/Keurig coffeemaker stopped working so I emailed GSVR about it and that we needed more garbage bags and laundry detergent. Within 1 hour they showed up with a new in-the-box drip/Keurig coffeemaker, garbage bags & laundry detergent. Highly recommend this house for a large group!!

We have vacationed in both Orange Beach & Gulf Shores for 25 years. This is the first time that we stayed in The Morning Breeze. It was a new house and was a very well laid out house. The kitchen was immaculate and had a gas range & garage disposal! These were first for our family.

Morning Breeze was a perfect home for our family. We had 21 guests, 9 adults & 12 children. We had plenty of room for everyone. The layout of the living areas was spacious & very comfortable The views from the house are amazing. We will definitely return to this house. It’s the best we have rented!

When we arrived, the house was spotless. And it is the best stocked house we have ever experienced. The promptness of one minor sliding door issue was addressed within 1 hour of our call. Remarkable property and we have reserved it for 2025! Highly Recommend!

Morning Breeze is all thats advertised. Very clean, stocked with all you need for your cooking and entertainment. Loved the 4 sets of washer and driers. Place is large enough allowing privacy at anytime, We did anticipate some hick up's with it being so new. Only hick up was the ice maker was not functioning but the maintenance went out of their way to go and get several bags of ice for us. Greatly appreciated. Pool was awesome for the grandkids. We hope to return.

My wife and I spent 5 nights at Morning Breeze with our two sons, their wives, and their four small children (two each) as well as my sister-in-law and her grown daughter. Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful time.

We had a great stay. The barbecue grill was in bad shape and we could not use it. Hopefully it will be replaced when we come next year. Also would have been nice to know all that was included with home. example the baby chair and bath chair we were told we could rent these but had arranged to have them brought there. Also there was a room with beach chairs and floats. We found this the day before we were leaving. Were not sure if we were allowed to use. Could have used a book on recommendations where to eat, shop and things to do in the area.

Wonderful place. Very pretty and well decorated. If the open area could have been a little cooler. The upstairs bedrooms were very cool. I would guess the large open area is a little harder too cool. We had a wonderful family reunion!

We had booked Morning Breeze months before COVID19 became an issue for a family vacation during our Grandkids Spring break. Our vacation started before the shelter in place was issued. On arrival the home was as described, large, spacious, clean. The heated pool was a great treat as midway through our stay the local attractions and beach were closed as shelter in place became the norm. However, the Grandkids had a great time swimming in the pool, fishing off the pier, and we rented Kayaks to paddle around the lagoon. The weather was awesome high 70's low 80's with bright sunny skies, the warmth felt wonderful. The manager was quick to respond to our questions and provided some good intel on the local area. The home had great lagoon views as well as ocean views and you could hear the waves from the ocean.

We had a wonderful time at our Gulf Shores retreat. The weather was warm and sunny, Morning Breeze was spacious with plenty of room for kids and grandkids. The heated pool made up for the beaches and other attractions being closed because of COVID-19. And of course the seafood was great as carry-out or cooked on the grill.

We had a great time, even when it was raining. Walk to beach was easy. Pool, dock, outdoor furniture were extra nice. Staff was very responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay again.

Arrived for a get-away Christmas with the family. House was beautiful upon arrival. Internet didn't work however. Fireplace isn't working. Pool was quite cool. Ended up calling property manager at least 3 times. Were promised return calls everytime and received none. Internet did get working later. Couple burners on the stovetops didn't want to light unless lit by match. Beds were comfy. Nice decor and Christmas decorations. Lots of plates, glasses, flatware. Would have been nice to have had more info on the house and appliances available - like where the light switch for the pool was located. Good access to beach on Gulf side and to bay. This was a very pretty home with updated decor. Great views. Nice porches front and back. Good breeze. Great dining room table that will seat 16! Elevator was handy for getting luggage up to the bedrooms. Could have used a few more kitchen smallwares. Overall a nice place. Glad we came.

Beautiful place with all the conveniences you hope for while on vacation. The location is wonderful enjoying the best of both worlds....ocean view and access were great and we loved having the lagoon out our back door. The dock was amazing, the heated pool was great, too! The only thing missing was a beachy area to enjoy the lagoon off the dock and a place to safely launch a kayak.
