This is a wonderful property in every way. Fabulous pool, hot tub, kitchen, living rooms, bedrooms, and so much more. Every amenity imaginable including lots of spices and condiments. Excellent, prompt communication (thank you, Carol). View of Gulf so lovely.

We loved this property and this house worked out perfectly for our group of seven. There was enough common space to be together and plenty of other quiet space for privacy, if desired. Our favorite was the pool and hot tub area along with the canal waterway! Had fun watching the birds, dolphins, fish and even a manatee. Caught one blue crab in the traps that are onsite but decided after naming him we would let him go. :-) This home was very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped (including spices) and there were plenty of towels which were also in great condition. Carol was very easy to work with and accommodating during the reservation process. I will say this house is difficult for anyone with mobility issues, i.e. wheelchair or scooter. We did end up making some ramps that would allow moving through the doorways which had large frames that you had to step over. We did leave them onsite and hopefully they will keep them there for others. The elevator inside was extremely appreciated. We were also a bit disappointed with the lower level game room area. The lighting isn't good and it's just not a comfortable area - which is very different than the rest of the house. The slot machines didn't work and the video games weren't great. We appreciated the twice weekly garbage pickup but note there isn't recycling. We took our recyclables to the local recycling center, which wasn't far away. All in all our stay was fantastic and we would recommend!

We’ve been going to Florida with one or two other couples the last 5 years. This is the best property we’ve stayed at. The manager was very prompt with her communication and the house was very clean and had everything! Bikes, kayaks, pool table, ping pong, hot tub, pool, fishing poles…..everything was great and exactly as described! We usually pick a different VRBO each year but we’ve decided to go back to this one the next few years if it’s available.

This property is exactly as pictured and described! The home is very spacious, the kitchen is stocked full of all the essentials plus more, and the outside amenities are amazing. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, private dock, and even tried out fishing and using the crab pots. Having private bathrooms attached to the bedrooms was such a bonus for our adult children. And the elevator was an absolute bonus. We did have a few issues arise during our stay but both Carol and Bill were very attentive and addressed everything immediately. They were both so eager to help and pleasant to work with. We absolutely loved the location and enjoyed seeing the dolphins swim by our dock almost daily. The local restaurants were fantastic and served some of the best shrimp and scallops we’ve ever had. Next time we visit Florida, we definitely plan to stay here again.

Overall, the place was perfect for what we were looking for. Plenty to see and do, we just didn't have enough time to enjoy it all. The pool did have an issue, but Bill the maintenance contact was very responsive and did his best to try and fix it but a part still hadn't arrived. We made the most of it and did get to enjoy the hot tub for some of our stay. We loved the kayaks and Bill told us where we could load them much easier, since the dock is quite high up on the water. We did see dolphins briefly and loved kayaking around the channels and out into the gulf some. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything you might need. Just a relaxing place with all that you might need.

Although there were a couple of glitches e.g., Hot tub being cold and not being able to use the fireplace, our stay was Wonderful! The house is very clean and absolutely beautiful! This house has the most well appointed kitchen I have ever seen. Since I was cooking a full Christmas dinner this was a blessing! The beds were comfortable and the elevator helped out tremendously. I would recommend this house to anyone that is looking for multiple activities to keep their guests occupied. My adult children and husband enjoyed the game room very much. If the weather had been warmer the pool would have been utilized as well as the kayaks. Thanks Carol!

Lovely property. The house was great, beds very comfortable, great seating inside and out. Elevator definitely a plus. Pool and jacuzzi wonderful. My only complaint would be some of the door locks to the outside were broke or hard to work. This house will be my vacation rental list for sure. The water view was wonderful.

This was our annual Sisters trip. Property and location were beautiful. The house was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and had lots of fun playing pool and ping pong. We had a great time seeing the dolphins and anhingas that visited every day. The restaurants nearby were very good. The hosts communicate well. All in all it was a wonderful, peaceful vacation.

My teen boys had a blast at this property, they used the kayak provide and caught many fish and crabs. After dark the hot tub, pool and game room was where we enjoyed our time. The views of the gulf were amazing we saw lots of fish, dolphin, crabs and sting rays right off the dock. Carol was a great hostess and was quick to respond to the questions we had, thank you for the great stay!

This properity is Amazing. There is everything you need here to keep everyone busy and happy. From the pool and jacuzzi to fishing off the dock and playing pool or ping pong everyone had a great time. Carol was quick to respond to any questions that we had.

This property is amazing - plenty of space for the whole family, a dock to tie the boat to, beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, and lots to do. There’s plenty of parking, great pool area, and Bill the maintenance guy is incredibly helpful and friendly. The only slight issue was the inability to launch kayaks from the dock (too high above the water). In general, highly recommend the property for a family vacation! Just a note, in 2022 no scallops to be found in this area!

Perfect house for 3 couples and 2 under-10 kiddos! Elevator was a godsend for unloading/loading and old knees! CLEAN, roomy, furnished nicely and comfortably, pingpong/pool table, and arcade game. Pool and spa clean and perfect temp, and dock was so convenient and roomy. Highly recommdend!

Great time for my family’s annual scalloping trip. We loved having a pool and place to leave the boat. My nephew loved the game room, and adults loved playing pool. House and kitchen was well stocked and had extra towels!

We visited Hernando Beach for the first time this July. Myself my husband and our 3 teens. The home was huge and plenty of space for the 5 of us! We had a great view of the sunset off the dock where we caught crabs and lots of fish. We saw dolphins a few times and even a small sea turtle! The home had fishing poles, bikes, chairs, and kayaks. The pool and hot tub were also wonderful! We had great communication with the maintenance man for any issues that came up. Thank you for the stay in your wonderful home!

We travelled to Florida to see friends and family over spring break. This house was perfect for our family to relax and entertain. Enjoyed ping pong, firepit, dinners watching sunset, soaking in the hot tub, kayaking in the canal sand much more. Great local restaurants near by. Visited Caladesi Island, Mermaid springs and much more. Carol was great and easy to communicate with. Thanks for the great memories

In the beginning we thought this was a great property even though it is really not oceanfront, then found out that we could not kayak off our dock as claimed, the large bedroom on the first floor had a closet with an awful smell, so you could not even hang your clothes in there. The air conditioning was not working 3 out of 5 days, so it got up to 83 degrees when we were sleeping, everyone was sweating in their beds. Loose soffit was banging constantly. Three toilets were running. No firewood. Ceiling fan in one bedroom was not working. I know this sounds like a lot of complaining, but I must say, we still had a great time, and this property had a lot of advantages and pluses that we enjoyed and used. Carol and Bill were wonderful to work with and tried their best to accommodate us. This was a rather expensive property but not quite up to par.

We were looking for a quiet place to relax. This house was perfect. The views were amazing the house was beautiful. We enjoyed our time playing in the pool, fishing off the dock and eating meals on the balcony. We also got to see Dolphins swimming down the channel. We will definitely be back

Our vacation plans changed due to my brother having an emergency brain operation…. However, his kids and mine were begging to keep the trip plans! The children and I had a wonderful time, the house is absolutely! The kids loved the pool area and the game room ! We went kayaking, made s’mores in the open fire putt, we enjoyed the views of the gulf, saw lots of fish, dolphin and baby sharks all from the boat dock behind house! We had contacted the owner for a question concerning pool and he quickly answered and resolved issue. The neighborhood is quiet and very charming , it seemed very safe and was a successful get away for all ! Thanks again from Indiana!

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. Great location for boating. Many restaurants nearby. Loved the pool and hot tub. Having kayaks on site to use was great. Enjoyed seeing manatees and dolphins right at the house.

Booking through VRBO was an easy process that opened a direct line of communication with the property owner. The property owner was prompt, attentive, and easy to communicate with! They offered local suggestions for baby equipment rentals, as we were traveling with two children under two. The property was beautiful, spacious, clean, and well equipped! There were several rooms for the families to break off and hang out separately, but there were plenty of roof top and balcony decks for our guests to come together and hang out, too. The pool and hot tub were ideal for our March weekend getaway— we spent a majority of our time there! When we arrived, the pool was not heated and the grounds keeper was at our home within an hour. It was fixed and the weekend went great! We loved this home and everything about our stay. Our group will definitely be going back to visit!

Enjoyed our stay. Nice location, well appointed home. Couple things to note: TV in front bedroom (shared bathroom) doesn’t work. Needs new hook up. Porch is quite soggy around the edges.

The house was great for my family and our friends family. The kids loved swimming in the pool. The house was very clean, great kitchen supplies for cooking, and amazing views. Will be coming back!

Its a lot of fun for those with kids. Heated pool, ping pong table, pool table, video games, and kayaks. There's several scent plug-ins throughout the house, so if you're allergic to those kinds of things you may want to request they be unplugged prior to arrival. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in the area.

Plenty of space, the pool and hot tub were great. The kayaks were a great touch to get out and see the sunsets on the water.
