This rental checked all our boxes for our visit in Palm Springs. The unit was very clean, functional, organized, private, and quite charming. We just loved the setting as it made us feel like we were back in mid-century times with the decor and chill environment around the pool. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was expertly organized. We also appreciated the security doors and gates. Highly recommend this rental property.

Great location, great amenities, clean. The only minor complaint is to turn off the pool music earlier. It's a little loud for us early to bed, early risers. Otherwise, we loved our stay and visit in Palm Springs!

Loved every minute we stayed here. Gary and Rick were amazing! Pool and hot tub were spectacular! Decor was perfectly detailed and the neon lights were the icing on the cake! Can’t wait to come back!!

With lots to do nearby, the location was great. The unit was very comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed and more. The patio with hot tub was private and fantastic and the shared courtyard with heated pool was even more fun. My wife and I loved it. Would like to stay longer next time!

My husband and I spent 9 nights in this charming VRBO. It had everything you need for a great stay in Palm Springs. If staying in, making a meal and watching TV is your ideal evening - then this is the place for you. If getting dressed up and going out on the town is your idea of a good time, you are ideally situated with a 10 minute walk to the downtown. If a day of golfing followed by a soak in the hot tub is how you like to spend your time - you can do that too! We did all of these things and had a great stay....the bed is super comfy too! The owner checked in on us when we arrived and responded immediately when we had a question - thank you Rick. The place and experience was awesome. I highly recommend this place if you are planning a trip to Palm Springs.

This cottage was so cute and so well stocked. It truly felt like walking into your own vacation home. Just add groceries. We will definitely be back.

we left the property, we were very comfortable truly looking forward to rebooking again just because we enjoyed our stay and felt so comfortable everything so very accommodating. The only small comment we have is there was an insect issue with ants and nats throughout the house. Coffee maker had coffee filter with coffee still in it from the previous visitor. Aside from that we thought the bed was super comfortable the couch as well everything so accommodating and clean. Truly looking forward to rebooking soon we would want to revisit Palm Springs again just because how much we loved our stay thank you again for providing such a warm and comforting place…

Awesome. The neon lights, pool, and music had us at hello. This place had the best vibe of any rental property that I've had. Highly recommended.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this cottage. The dedicated parking and private entrance were perfect. My wife and I fell in love with the cottage. It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed and the unique decor was very interesting to explore. As stated, everything we needed was provided and high end, including shampoo, conditioner and plenty of towels. Rick was responsive to our text messages and very nice. We met the people staying in the other cottages and they loved their places as well. The location was great and close to all the action. The pool was clean and there are plenty of chairs and floats. Most importantly, the air conditioner kept our room at a chilly 70 degrees. We will definitely stay at this location again. We talked about renting out all three cottages for a getaway with friends.

Loved this place. Would absolutely stay again. Parking is easy. The private hot tub was the highlight. The interior was super cute and fully stocked kitchen. Pool was pretty and patio was decorated retro. My only issue was the bathroom doors being shutter doors so there was no privacy there. Other than that, loved it!!!!

This property is unlike any other. It is an oasis in the desert. Full of charm, lots of privacy and located just far enough from downtown but still close enough if you want the nightlife of Palm Springs. I really like that the Tahquitz Canyon hiking trail is right down the street and I would highly recommend it. It's an easy hike and the waterfall is still going full blast. Rick and his partner are excellent hosts and respond quickly if anything arises. My only concern, and it has nothing to do with the hosts or the property, is the mild sounds of construction going on near the property. But this is Palm Springs and construction seems to be going on everywhere. Can't wait to for the opportunity to come back.

We have in the past all rented one big house for July bdays.. This is the perfect place. 3 kitchens,enough bathrooms etc. We rented all 3 at same time.. brilliant!!! Thank you so much, beautiful and relaxing ..

Our stay was fabulous! The owners have thought of everything and it is a wonderful oasis. Would love to come back with friends and family and book the entire place. It is close to everything and very private. Cannot say enough about the experience!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a getaway with that Palm Springs vibe and this was perfect for us. From the communication to the decor, from the cleanliness to the amenities this location made our getaway so worth it. Thank you Rick for being an amazing host! We shall be back!

The units can be rented as one or rent all for a group. The ambience, the amenities and location to other everything else is perfect. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay easy.

We loved our stay at this incredible cottage. It provided us with every amenity we could have wished for. Spotless and luxurious inside and out! Perfect location to downtown Palm Springs and very close to the Indian Canyon hiking trails. Host was extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. We look forward to booking this place again in October!

The location is great! Convenient to all Palm Springs has to offer. Private courtyard with your own spa and only share the pool with 2 other units. The unit was comfortable and spacious with laundry, well stocked kitchen and a beautiful marble walk-in shower. Rick and Gary were friendly and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again!

We felt safe. Fun decorations. 40's music in pool area we enjoyed. Shared pool and private hot tub. We expected it to be closer to town, but enjoy walking, so location was fine. Quiet area.
