Charity was the BEST host! House had everything you would need and then some. Pool was fantastic and the kids enjoyed the downstairs game room and theater! Very spacious house and beautiful! Would definitely recommend, especially if you have teenagers. Thanks Charity!

Our stay was great , pool was a big hit after the lake at night . Charity is awesome to deal with . Everyone had a great time . I had one couple complain of bed could be replaced . But everyone had different taste in that . This was our 2 nd year to stay n trying to go back next year .

We enjoyed a full week of relaxation and family craziness in Hot Springs. The house is beautiful and had plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms for our group of 15. The new pool was perfect. We had to call Charity one morning because the pool wasn’t filling. She came right over, got the pool maintenance man involved. It ended up being a small issue caused by our grandchildren which was a quick fix. And what does Charity do? She goes out and buys the kids a box of donuts! She’s so sweet. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans etc. plenty of towels, nice hand soap in all the bathrooms and I can’t forget the thoughtful welcome gifts she left for our arrival. You won’t be disappointed!!

Absolutely gorgeous home and property. Very clean. Has everything you could want. Teenagers were never bored. Very relaxing and perfect location. Highly recommend!! ❤️

This property did not disappoint! Everyone in our group loved the home, pool, dock, etc. The home is conveniently located to all the local restaurants, stores, & downtown!

We had 20 family members staying here and had plenty of room for all us. The house is well equipped and a great location. Everyone enjoyed all of the activities available from the game room, movie room, hot tub,pool, fire pit and the lake. Highly recommend this house. And the communication with owner is excellent.

The property was in a great location and is exactly as pictured. We enjoyed our stay. The only real issues were the sofa/chairs and small TVs throughout home. It is in need of replacing. Chairs were worn out and you can tell ever time you get up from sitting. Other than those things it is a great place for a large group and is very spacious.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house on Lake Hamilton! Swimming pool is great for small children and our 3-1/2 year old granddaughter was in it every day. We also played ping pong and pool every day and enjoyed the theater room as well! The house was well-stocked and Charity was very responsive when we had a couple of questions. Rented kayaks for our stay (with convenient delivery and pickup) and enjoyed being out on the lake a little every day. We also loved Garvan Gardens, played putt putt, walked around downtown, ate ice cream, shopped at the Christmas store, and enjoyed the beautiful hiking trails. Very enjoyable family getaway!!

The property was wonderful and met all of our needs. It is perfect for a large group we enjoyed our long weekend celebrating our parents 54 wedding anniversary. It was very clean, spacious, beautiful views and a great location. We are looking forward to staying at this property again. P.S. The host provided the ‘Anniversary Couple’ with a bottle of Champagne and a few other nice treats!

It has everything you could possibly want. The property manager is quick to respond. We love the addition of the pool and fire pit too!

Rented this property for a short Christmas get together for extended family of 13. This house offered just what we needed. Large kitchen for cooking Christmas meal, had all of the kitchen items needed. The game and theater room on ground floor provided extra activities for all of us to enjoy together. House was short drive to the Casino and to the downtown area to visit the national park and do some shopping. Grocery stores, Walmart and other shopping within short drive to pick up last minute items

Our family, ages 9-70, had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. It’s a very quiet neighborhood but still close to downtown. And even though the lake is lowered in winter, there was still enough water to be pretty. The house is incredibly well stocked with absolutely everything you need in the kitchen to do lots of cooking. We loved the hot tub and even did some cold plunges in the new pool. Highly recommend this place!

We love this property as does our entire family. So much for everyone to do and so much space to spread out and also have privacy. We are already looking forward to Christmas 2023!

Life long group of men (all over 60) took their annual golf long weekend in Hot Springs and our stay was made most comfortable with our stay at this property. We had 3 days of golf at nearby courses and a day on the lake. Enough beds and baths for 8 guys to have enough of their own space, but gathering on the deck for meals and preparing our own food with a kitchen well equiped made it a great time. Great place, would go back again and recommend to anyone I know.

From the grandparents down to the 4 year old (who 1st suggested that Poppo should buy this house so we can come back anytime we want to), everyone loves the house and the location. We have stayed in 10-12 beach houses in Gulf Shores AL (as a three generation family of 18), but this one surpassed all our expectations. The game room is awesome; all sports fans [and movie fans] will love the theater room. The layout is fantabulous - firepit by the dock for smores was historically memorable. The host was very responsive with information and very accommodating. Again, this is a beautiful, quiet and peaceful location - the house is topnotch - and the porches overlooking the lake beg you to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, or afternoon beverage. We all are dreaming of our next visit.

Need a Deep freezer in the garage… Because the freezer on the refrigerator side do not hold ice cream… We had to throw away our ice cream TVs did not work in the living room… TV was too small in the downstairs bedroom … Downstairs bed is very uncomfortable

Beautiful house on a quiet cul-de-sac. Well laid out and comfortable for our group of eight golfers but could easily accommodate double that if we ever needed too. This was our second stay at this house and we will be back.

Great house, great location! Kitchen had everything you need, tons of room for everyone! Would only add some board games, luckily we brought our own!

We had our family reunion here. Everyone commented what a great home it is! The property owner was so prompt in responding to messages and also helpful in making suggestions. The home is tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed, even has a crock pot! Since it was so hot, we spent a lot of time boating, tubing, and swimming near the dock. We brought down our Seadoo and rented a pontoon. Hot Springs Marine has newer boats and very friendly help. Only 8 minutes from home. There is a 2 stall dock which was just what we needed. Easy walk down to the dock. Stairs for swimming in the lake. 5 star mattresses, linens, and towels. Also has 4 beach towels. Very comfortable mattresses. The teens and adults really enjoyed the game room. May need to upgrade the pool table sometime, but still a lot of fun. We watched some old movies of past get togethers in the theater room, which was fun entertainment! The deck was beautiful and would be even better in the fall. We sat out in the morning, but too hot and humid by afternoon. If you have a large group, this is a perfect choice. It will exceed your expectations! Charity, So glad we were able to enjoy your Big home! Thanks so much for sharing it with us! It was such a blessing!

The location of the property is great....no wear and tear on your boat: The beds were very comfy and the game room was a hit!

We loved this home and all of the amenities it had to offer. It was a perfect stay for our Family Christmas celebration. Hope to do it again this year. Plenty of room for all of the kids and opportunities for quiet time for adults while the kids played games.

Our family had a great stay at this property. The house had lots of space for all of us to hang out. We really enjoyed the large balcony that overlooked the lake. The owner was very easy to work with and accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience!
